Therefore, it is not necessary to mutually adjust the mounting positions between the plurality of one hinge plate portions 72a and 72b, and the plurality of one hinge plate portions 72a and 72b can be easily mounted.
- the opening angle regulating mechanism 75 is simplified by the guide member 85 and the lock member 86 formed in a pin shape, the fitting portion 93 formed in a slit hole shape, and the engaging portion 94 formed in a notch groove shape. And can be easily manufactured.
- the door panel 20 can be reduced in weight by a hollow closed cross-sectional structure formed by the outer plate 21 and the inner plate 23 thinner than the outer plate 21, and the inner plate 23 and the thicker outer plate 21 Due to the hollow closed cross-section structure with a sufficient height formed by the above, it is possible to provide a robust door panel 20 that can secure sufficient strength against an impact from the outside at a low cost, and further, the outer plate 21 and the inner plate 23 With the foam material 24 filled between the two, the sound generated from the door panel 20 itself can be effectively attenuated, and the noise can be effectively reduced.
- the load acting on the hinge 71 can be reduced.
- the durability of can be improved.
- FIG. 10 shows a hinge 71a used for the door panel 20a having a small width or weight, and this hinge 71a is provided with a single hold stay member 92 only on the other hinge plate portion 74 on the lower side that is accessible.
- An opening angle regulating mechanism 75a is provided.
- the opening angle restriction mechanism 75a can be changed from the opening angle restriction mechanism 75 shown in FIG. 1 or the like to a single hold stay member 92 without greatly changing the design.
- the hinge and door device according to the present invention can be used for side doors, rear doors, engine hoods and the like of work machines such as hydraulic excavators.
