电子支付是指以商用电子化工具和各类电子货币为媒介, 以计算机和 通信技术为手段, 通过电子数据存储和传递的形式在计算机网络系统上实 现资金的流通和支付。
近年来, 随着因特网、 移动通信和计算机等技术的结合, 以移动支付 为代表的移动电子商务应运而生。 作为新兴的电子支付方式, 移动支付拥 有随时随地和方便、 快捷、 支付成本低等诸多优点。 消费者只要拥有一部 手机, 就可以完成理财或交易, 享受移动支付带来的便利。 如今, 手机支 付正成为电子商务的新亮点。
另外, 近期一项调查显示, 有 82 %的受访者担心, 如果他们的手机丟 失或被盗, 有人会利用存储在他们手机(包括智能卡) 中的信息进行欺诈。 同时,有 90 %的受访者担心手机丟失后会丟失自己的个人资料、金融资料, 另有 72 %的人承认存储在自己手机中的信息非常重要、 难以取代。 因为用 户使用手机从事各种不同的活动, 如电子支付等, 手机丟失对用户来说不 啻为一场灾难。 在此次调查中, 有 91 %的受访者表示, 用于电子支付的手 机丟失对他们而言将导致严重损失。 同时, 随着人们对手机的依赖程度越 来越深, 运营商必须使自己的用户有安全感。 更广泛地使用手机是好事, 但移动运营商必须加强用户个人数据信息的安全性和管理水平, 以防患于 未然。 目前, 针对基于电子支付手机的丟失、 被盗后的处理, 已有人提出 一些解决方案。 但这些解决方案都有一定的不足之处, 或系统跟当前的支 付流程有很大的不同, 需要作很大的改动, 或系统安全性不够, 用户的支 付信息还是被他人不法使用, 从而伪造支付。 或系统对手机遗失情况处理 不及时从而造成用户巨大损失, 使用户缺乏安全感。 目前尚未提出有效的 解决方案。 发明内容
针对基于电子支付手机丟失、 被盗后的处理或系统跟当前的支付流程 有很大的不同, 需要作很大的改动, 或系统安全性不够, 用户的支付信息 还是被他人不法使用, 从而伪造支付, 或系统对手机遗失情况处理不及时 从而造成用户巨大损失, 使用户缺乏安全感的问题而提出本发明, 为此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种智能卡远程控制的方法及系统, 以解决上 述问题。
为了实现上述目的, 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种智能卡远程 控制的方法。
优选地, 智能卡管理平台接收来自用户的对智能卡进行销毁的请求; 智能卡管理平台通过移动网络平台根据请求与终端侧进行交互处理, 使得 终端侧对智能卡进行销毁。
优选地, 上述终端侧包括: 移动台和智能卡。

通过本发明, 采用智能卡管理平台接收来自用户的对智能卡进行销毁 的请求; 智能卡管理平台通过移动网络平台根据请求与终端侧进行交互处 理, 使得终端侧对智能卡进行销毁, 解决了基于电子支付手机丟失、 被盗 后的处理或系统跟当前的支付流程有很大的不同, 需要作很大的改动, 或 系统安全性不够, 用户的支付信息还是被他人不法使用, 从而伪造支付, 或系统对手机遗失情况处理不及时从而造成用户巨大损失, 使用户缺乏安 全感的问题, 进而使得在支付用户终端遭劫、 遗失、 被盗以及有严重违规 行为时能够避免因此造成的损失问题, 并为支付系统提供了较强的灵活性。

需要说明的是, 在不沖突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的 特征可以相互组合。 下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。

步骤 S100, 接收到用户向智能卡管理平台发出的对智能卡进行销毁的 请求, 该管理平台匹配数据库, 若智能卡无效则返回失败消息, 当前处理 流程结束; 若智能卡有效则转下一步;
步骤 S102, 智能卡管理平台通过移动网络平台查找该智能卡所在移动 台当前状态信息, 若智能卡所在移动台为正常开机状态则将由移动网络平 台直接向智能卡所在移动台发送销毁命令, 智能卡所在移动台执行该销毁 命令将智能卡销毁后, 向移动网络平台返回成功消息, 移动网络平台更改 该智能卡的状态为销毁状态并通知智能卡管理平台将智能卡状态更新为销 毁状态; 若智能卡所在移动台为离线状态 (关机状态、 开机但不在服务区 等), 则移动网络平台将其状态更新为等待销毁状态, 并通知智能卡管理平 台更新状态数据库;

在该方法中, 在步骤 S102中所述智能卡所在移动台执行该销毁命令将 智能卡销毁。 包括:

上述步骤 S202中所述预置软件执行体 (装置 ), 可以预置于智能卡中, 也可以预置于智能卡所在移动台中。 例如, 一种通过销毁硬件来销毁智能卡的方法, 将手机电池电压直接 加在智能卡的供电电路中, 由于智能卡正常电压较低( 1.8v/3v ) 而移动终 端工作电压一般可在 3.6v至 4.2v, ( 5v的卡可以用另外的销毁方法,) 因此 可以直接销毁该智能卡, 并且不可修复。

智能卡管理平台, 智能卡管理平台包括但不限于智能卡应用管理系统, 负责提供和管理智能卡片发行商自有应用或其托管的应用, 智能卡管理平 台还包括智能卡应用提供商管理平台, 通过该系统记录智能卡应用提供商 的有关信息, 规定智能卡应用提供商的业务权限等。
请求装置, 获取用户请求。
通讯装置, 移动网络平台处理和移动台之间的交互; 移动网络平台和 卡管理平台之间的通讯以及数据同步等。
执行装置, 移动台执行智能卡的销毁。
上述智能卡包括但不限于 sim卡, R-UIM卡, usim卡, csim卡, UICC 卡, java卡, 金融卡, 交通卡, 预付费卡以及上述卡类的组合类卡。
上述移动终端或移动台包括但不限于 GSM , CDMA , WCDMA , Td-Scdma, cdma2000, 数据卡, 固定台, LTE; LTE+等制式以及他们之间 任意组合的多模终端。
装置实施例
根据本发明的实施例, 提供了一种智能卡远程控制系统。
图 9是根据本发明实施例的优选的智能卡远程控制系统的示意图。 如图 9所示, 该系统包括: 请求装置、 通讯装置和执行装置。
具体地, 请求装置, 用于获取用户请求; 通讯装置, 用于移动网络平 台处理和移动台之间的交互, 移动网络平台和卡管理平台之间的通讯以及 数据同步等; 执行装置, 用于移动台执行智能卡的销毁。

从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明使得支付用户终端遭劫、 遗失、 被盗以及有严重违规行为时能够避免因此造成的损失问题, 并为支付系统 提供了较强的灵活性。

2.根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端侧还包括移动 台, 所述智能卡管理平台与终端侧进行信令交互, 包括:
所述移动台处于正常使用状态时, 接收到移动网络平台发送的销毁命 令;
所述移动台执行所述销毁命令, 对所述智能卡进行销毁。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 所述移动台对所述智能卡进行销毁之 后, 所述方法还包括:
所述智能卡处于销毁状态。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡处于销毁状 态之后, 所述移动台向所述移动网络平台返回销毁成功消息。
5.根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动台执行所述销 毁命令, 对所述智能卡进行销毁, 包括:
所述移动台通过销毁智能卡硬件的方法使智能卡功能失效;
或者, 所述移动台通过执行预置软件执行体的方法使智能卡功能失效。
6.根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述智能卡所在移动台处于离线状态时, 所述智能卡更新为等待销毁 状态;
所述智能卡所在的移动台向所述移动网络平台进行登记时, 所述移动 网络平台向所述智能卡所在移动台发送销毁命令, 所述移动台执行所述销 毁命令。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述离线状态包括: 所述移动台处于关机状态;
或所述移动台不在服务区内。
8.根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡管理平台接 收到用户的申请之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述智能卡管理平台判断所述智能卡是否有效。
9.根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡管理平台通 过移动网络平台与终端侧进行信令交互之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述移动网络平台与所述终端侧进行安全认证。
10.根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡管理平台接 收来自用户的对智能卡进行销毁的请求之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述智能卡管理平台通过所述移动网络平台查找所述智能卡所在移动 台的离线或在线状态信息。
11.根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡管理平台通 过所述移动网络平台查找所述智能卡所在移动台的离线或在线状态信息, 包括:
所述智能卡管理平台经由所述移动网络平台, 根据所述移动台的移动 识别码和位置区域信息查找到所述移动台的离线或在线状态信息。
12.—种智能卡远程控制的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
智能卡监管平台发现用户使用智能卡有违规行为时, 通知智能卡管理 平台对所述智能卡进行销毁;
所述智能卡管理平台通过移动网络平台与终端侧进行信令交互, 控制 所述终端侧完成对所述智能卡的销毁。
13.根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡管理平台通 过所述移动网络平台向终端侧发送智能卡销毁命令, 包括:
所述智能卡管理平台通过移动网络平台查找所述智能卡所在移动台的 状态信息;
所述移动台为正常使用状态时, 所述移动网络平台向所述移动台发送 销毁命令;
所述移动台执行所述销毁命令, 将所述智能卡销毁。
14.根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动台执行所述销 毁命令将所述智能卡销毁之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述移动台向所述移动网络平台返回销毁成功消息;
所述移动网络平台更改所述智能卡的状态为销毁状态。
15.根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡管理平台通 过移动网络平台查找该智能卡所在移动台的状态信息, 包括: 别码和位置区域信息查找到所述移动台的状态信息。
16.根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡管理平台通 过移动网络平台查找该智能卡所在移动台的状态信息之后, 所述方法还包 括:
所述智能卡所在移动台为离线状态时, 所述移动网络平台将自身状态 更新为等待销毁状态。
17.—种智能卡远程控制的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
移动网络平台, 用于发送销毁命令;
移动台, 用于执行所述销毁命令以将智能卡销毁。
18.根据权利要求 17所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括: 智能卡管理平台, 用于接收用户的请求并通过所述移动网络平台和所 述移动台进行信令交互。
19.根据权利要求 18所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动网络平台还用 于查找所述智能卡所在移动台的状态信息。
20.—种移动终端, 包括移动台和智能卡, 其特征在于, 还包括: 接收模块, 用于接收对所述智能卡的销毁请求;
执行模块, 用于执行对所述智能卡的销毁。
21.根据权利要求 20所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 发送模块, 用于发送销毁成功消息。
22.—种移动网络平台, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 当移动台处于正常使用状态时, 用于向所述移动台发送销 毁命令; 以及
更新模块, 用于更新智能卡的状态, 移动台和智能卡处于在线状态, 且成功执行销毁命令时, 将智能卡的状态更新为销毁状态; 移动台和智能 卡处于离线状态时, 将智能卡的状态更新为等待销毁状态。
