Abstract
Linvention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage dune surface fonctionnelle servant au guidage ou au traitement dune bande de matériau, de préférence dune bande de non-tissé. Ledit dispositif présente un corps de rouleau monté rotatif, sur la circonférence duquel sont agencés plusieurs segments de brosse cylindriques creux, qui sont reliés les un aux autres par complémentarité de forme et qui sont tendus entre deux bagues darrêt agencées sur la circonférence du corps de rouleau. Linvention vise à obtenir une tension fiable des segments de brosse indépendamment des conditions environnantes. A cet effet, au moins une des bagues darrêt est fixée de manière mobile axialement sur la circonférence du corps de rouleau et une bague de pression reliée de façon solidaire en rotation aux bagues darrêt mobile est tendue axialement par le corps de rouleau au moyen dun élément de type ressort de telle manière quest produite une force de tension axiale agissant sur les segments de brosse.
