Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zu Beschichtung der Innenoberf lache von Metallrohren mit einem Thermoplastüberzug einschlieβlich einer Strangpressanlage und einer Mehrzweckdüse. Damit der Material- und Arbeitsaufwand bei der Herstellung der Beschichtung verringert und die Genauigkeit und die Eigenschaften der Beschichtung verbessert werden, sieht die Vorrichtung vor, dass die Mehrzweckdüse einen Zufuhrkanal (1) aufweist und mit einem Verteilerkopf (2) und einem Aufsatzstück (3) versehen ist, dass der Verteilerkopf (2) mit dem Auf satzstück (3) austauschbar ist, dass seine Ausführung es ermöglicht, Metallrohre mit unterschiedlicher Lange, unterschiedlichen Innendurchmessern und unterschiedlicher Beschichtungsstarke zu beschichten, wobei die Lange der Rohre nur durch die Lange des Zufuhrkanals (1) begrenzt ist, dass der Verteilerkopf (2) dabei mit einer Bohrung versehen ist, die mit dem Zufuhrkanal verbunden ist, dass der Zufuhrkanal (1) in Form eines Stabs mit einer Axialbohrung ausgebildet ist und mindestens vier Rohrheizkörper enthält, die in Aufnahmenuten des Stabs angeordnet sind und dass dabei die Auβenfläche des Aufsatzstücks (3) mindestens bis zur 7. Rauhigkeitsklasse vorbehandelt ist, um eine glatte Beschichtungsflache zu erreichen. Das Verfahren zum Herstellen der Beschichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zufuhrkanal (1) vor dem Einpressen von Thermoplast mittels im Kanal eingebauter Rohrheizkörper bis zu einer Temperatur erhitzt wird, welche um 20 bis 30° C hόher ist als die Temperatur, bei der Thermoplast zahflüssig wird, dass Kühlflüssigkeit bzw. Kühlwasser aus der Wasserleitung (6) in den Hohlraum eines Auf satzstücks (3) unter Druck gefördert wird, um die Wande abzukϋhlen und die Temperatur des Auf satzstücks (3) von maximal 40° C auf rechtzuerhalten und dass dabei die Erhartung der Beschichtung und die Herstellung einer gleichmaβigen Struktur der Beschichtung und eine feste Adhasion mit dem Metallrohr erreicht werden.
