Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de prolifération de cellules de Schwann progénitrices et un procédé de production de cellules de Schwann progénitrices. Quand des nerfs périphériques sont lésés, des cellules qui sont dérivées desdits nerfs périphériques et qui ont été isolées 24 heures à 6 semaines après la lésion, sont soumises à une culture flottante. Des cellules de Schwann progénitrices indifférenciées ayant une capacité de prolifération élevée peuvent ainsi être produites. Une composition de transplantation contenant lesdites cellules de Schwann progénitrices indifférenciées est efficace pour traiter les maladies associées à une lésion nerveuse ou à une neuropathie.
