なお、「所定の数」とは、管理サーバを運営する管理者などが、予め規定した数を意味する。
なお、以下の文章において、告発受理先(後述する告発情報閲覧端末5を利用するものであって、告発情報を受理する者)の「団体」には、例えば警察、消費者庁、地方自治体、公正取引委員会、国税局、新聞社、放送局などが含まれ、告発受理先(後述する告発情報閲覧端末5を利用するものであって、告発情報を受理する者)の「個人」には、例えば弁護士や税理士などが含まれる。

従って、本発明のシステムを導入した団体や個人は、不正行為に対して今までより比較的厳しく法令遵守を徹底させなくてはならなくなり、このことが商品やサービスの不正行為、及び様々な不正行為を未然に防ぐことに反映されることになる。

該情報記録手段に記録された前記告発情報について、告発先の団体名若しくは個人名、告発対象、及び、告発事象のうちの少なくとも2つの組み合わせが同一である告発情報を一つの種類として計数する情報計数手段と、
該情報計数手段により計数された数が所定の数に達した種類の前記告発情報を情報閲覧端末へ送信する所定数到達情報送信手段とを有する管理サーバを備える
