La section de saillie du conduit de vin (3) et la section de saillie du conduit de gaz (4) qui font saillie à partir de la surface inférieure du corps (2), les pointes de celles-ci étant en forme d'aiguille de façon à être aptes à traverser un bouchon (20) de la bouteille de vin (19). La section de saillie du conduit de vin (3) et la section de saillie du conduit de gaz (4) font saillie l'une et l'autre dans la même direction approximative. Le gaz inerte remplissant un cylindre de gaz inerte (5) est délivré au conduit de gaz (4).
