Definitions
- the present invention relates to a wiring sheet, a solar battery cell with a wiring sheet, a solar battery module, and a wiring sheet roll.
- a pn junction is formed by diffusing impurities of a conductivity type opposite to that of a silicon substrate on a light receiving surface of a single crystal or polycrystalline silicon substrate.
- double-sided electrode type solar cells in which electrodes are formed on the light receiving surface of the silicon substrate and the back surface on the opposite side are mainly used.
- so-called back electrode type solar cells in which both a p-type electrode and an n-type electrode are formed on the back surface of a silicon substrate have been developed.
- Patent Document 1 US Pat. No. 5,951,786
- an electrically conductive wiring is patterned on the surface of an insulating substrate, and a back electrode type solar cell is electrically connected on the wiring.
- a solar cell module connected to is disclosed.
- the production of the solar cell module having the configuration described in Patent Document 1 can be performed, for example, as follows.
- a patterned wiring is formed on the surface of a mesh-like insulating substrate made of, for example, a polymer material.
- the electrode of the back electrode type solar battery cell is joined to the wiring patterned on the surface of the mesh-like insulating base material by using a conductive adhesive to form the back electrode type solar battery cell in a mesh shape. Electrical connection to the wiring on the surface of the insulating substrate.
- the back electrode type solar cell electrically connected to the wiring on the surface of the mesh-like insulating base material is placed between the glass substrate and the back electrode type solar cell, and the back surface protection sheet and the back electrode type solar cell.
- the back electrode type solar cell is sealed in the sealing material by heat-treating the sealing material placed between the battery cells while being pressed. Thereby, a solar cell module is produced.
- the sealing material flows from the mesh of the mesh-like insulating base material between the back electrode type solar battery cell and the wiring and is cured, whereby the back electrode type is provided between the glass substrate and the back surface protection sheet.
- the solar battery cell is sealed (see Patent Document 1, column 7, lines 13 to 28).
- gas bubbles such as air may remain in the sealing material between the back electrode type solar cell and the insulating base material.
- the solar cell module when used, the solar cell module is exposed to a high-temperature environment, so that the gas remaining in the sealing material between the back electrode type solar cell and the insulating base material is reduced. Since the bubbles are thermally expanded and stress is generated in the direction of peeling off the wiring on the insulating substrate and the electrode of the back electrode solar cell, the electrode on the back electrode solar cell side and the wiring on the insulating substrate side The connection failure with was easy to occur.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a wiring sheet, a solar cell with a wiring sheet, a solar battery module, and a wiring sheet roll that can improve the reliability of the solar battery module.
