为了解决以上技术问题, 本发明采取的技术方案是: 一种成像设备上的定影装置, 包括: 用于定位支撑压力辊和加热辊的支架、 具有加热源的加热辊、压力辊和迫使压力辊与加热辊压力接触的弹性元件, 压力 辊两端通过压力辊轴套与支架连接,压力辊轴套上设置有使压力辊和加热辊平行
靠近或远离的导槽, 其特征是, 还包括分离元件, 所述分离元件一端与成像设备 的活动机构连接, 另一端与加热辊和压力辊连接, 所述活动机构拉出时通过分离 元件向压力辊施加使压力辊与加热辊分离的作用力。 所述的分离元件包括滑块、 定位销和连杆, 所述连杆一端与活动机构连接, 另一端通过定位销与滑块活动连接, 所述加热辊两端通过加热辊轴套与支架连 接,所述压力辊轴套和加热辊轴套上设置有与所述滑块相匹配的滑槽, 所述滑块 设置于压力辊轴套和加热辊轴套之间并与压力辊轴套上的滑槽和加热辊轴套上 的滑槽抵接, 所述滑块靠向定位销的一端的宽度小于另一端的宽度。 在采用了上述技术方案后, 由于增加了分离元件, 分离元件一端与成像设备 的活动机构连接, 另一端与压力辊连接, 活动机构拉出时通过分离元件向压力辊 施加使压力辊与加热辊分离的作用力,抵消一部分或全部的弹性元件迫使压力辊 与加热辊压力接触的作用力,从而使压力辊背向加热辊运动, 最终使被卡纸张所 受的压力减小甚至消除而容易解除,解决了现有成像设备上的定影装置在发生卡 纸后很难解除被卡纸张的技术问题。

图 2示出了成像设备 1的示意图。 参照图 2, 感光鼓 13以预定方向进行旋 转。 在旋转过程中, 感光鼓 13外表面被充电辊 14充以预定极性电压。 感光鼓 13转动时其带电的外表面受到激光单元 15的照射, 于是在曝光的外表面上形成 静电潜像。形成在感光鼓 13上的静电潜像借助调色剂被显影辊 13显影成可视的
调色剂图像。
