  • the box carrying platform 14 is movable in vertical direction by a pneumatic cylinder 15, in order to place the boxes 2 in the correct position under the booklet guide platform 5 for being filled with booklets.
  • a sloping feeder 16 with lateral guides is located adjacent the carrying platform 14, on which a carton box 2 to be filled can be placed manually.
  • Movable holding elements 17 hold the box on the sloping feeder 16 until a signal is received that the box can be released onto the carrying platform 14.
  • the holding elements then move upwards so that the box 2 slides down onto the carrying platform 14 and then the box 2 is pushed by pusher elements 18 in the correct position against a guide rail 19 and against an end stop 20.
  • the carrying platform 14 is then moved upwards by the cylinder 15 so that the bent outer ends of guide strips 51 reach down into the box 2, against the inner front side 21 thereof at about two thirds of its height .

Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif destiné à emballer des produits sensiblement plats (1) dans une boîte (2), comprenant un guide et une butée ayant une surface (7) perpendiculaire audit guide, ladite surface de butée (7) étant perpendiculaire audit guide, une fente (8) s'étendant entre l'extrémité dudit guide et ladite surface de butée (7), un moyen destiné à maintenir une boîte (2) sur l'autre côté dudit guide, son ouverture étant tournée vers la fente, un élément de poussée en va-et-vient (23) conçu pour pousser un ou plusieurs produits (1) par ladite fente (8) dans ladite boîte (2) lors de chaque mouvement en va-et-vient, un moyen de guidage (51) conçu pour guider lesdits produits (1) dans ladite boîte (2) de sorte qu'ils reposent avec un côté contre le fond de la boîte et avec leur côté avant plat contre une première paroi d'extrémité de la boîte (2) ou contre le côté arrière plat du ou des produits qui ont été auparavant poussés dans la boîte, et un moyen de guidage de boîte conçu pour permettre le déplacement de la boîte par rapport à ladite fente depuis une position de départ jusqu'à une position de fin de sorte que les produits remplissent la boîte depuis ladite première paroi d'extrémité vers la paroi d'extrémité opposée.
