And a second flow path composed of the fuel cell 1 and the exhaust hydrogen gas flow path 33 from the fuel cell 1 to the combustor 30. [Operation] Next, a series of operations related to the sticking inspection, which is a feature of the fuel cell system of the present embodiment, will be described.
- FIG. 2A is a flowchart showing an example of an operation flow relating to the sticking inspection of the fuel cell system according to the first embodiment of the present invention. This operation is executed by the controller 13 (hereinafter the same for each flowchart).
- the source gas source valve 17a, source gas source valve 17b, anode inlet valve 3a, anode outlet valve 3b, and source gas supply valve 21b is closed, and the controller 13 opens the pre-burner valve 29, the bypass valve 28, and the source gas supply valve 21a, and opens the first flow path to the atmosphere (step S501).
- step S502 the burner pre-valve 29, the bypass valve 28, and the source gas supply valve 21a are closed (step S502), and the source gas source valve 17a and the source gas source valve 17b are opened (step S503).
- step S504 the source gas supply valve 21a and the bypass valve 28 are opened (step S504), the source gas is supplied to the first flow path, and the pressure value P1 in the source gas supply path 16a is detected by the pressure detector 7.
- Step S505 When P1 becomes equal to or higher than the first pressure threshold value Pth1 (Yes in step S505), it is determined that the source gas is normally injected into the first flow path, and the source gas source valve 17a and the source gas source valve 17b are closed.
- Step S506 The raw material gas is sealed in the first flow path upstream of the closed most downstream on-off valve (pre-burner valve 29).
- the first pressure threshold Ph1 is set as a value that is greater than the atmospheric pressure and equal to or less than the supply pressure of the source gas to the first path.
- the pressure value P1 detected by the pressure detector 7 when it is determined Yes in step S505 is held in a storage unit (not shown) built in the controller 13 (step S507).
- step S508 the burner front valve 29 is opened (step S508), and the first flow path is opened to the atmosphere. Then, the pressure value P2 in the source gas supply path 16a after the first predetermined time (for example, 30 seconds) has elapsed is acquired by the pressure detector 7 (step S509), and the difference from the pressure value P1 (P1-P2) Is greater than or equal to the second pressure threshold Pth2 (step S510).
- the first predetermined time for example, 30 seconds
- the source gas is not discharged through the first flow path, and the opening / closing provided in the first flow path It is estimated that any of the valves (in this embodiment, the pre-burner valve 29, the bypass valve 28, and the raw material gas supply valve 21a) is in a closed and fixed state. Therefore, it is determined that the on-off valve provided in the first flow path is abnormally stuck, and the sticking abnormality is notified and the fuel cell system is abnormally stopped (step S511). Further, the controller 13 prohibits the subsequent pressure-compensating operation to the reformer 32a (step S512), and finishes the adhesion inspection of the first flow path (end).
- the second pressure threshold value Pth2 is set to a value that is greater than 0 and equal to or less than the differential pressure between the supply pressure of the source gas to the first flow path and the atmospheric pressure in steps S503 to S506.
- step S510 If the pressure difference (P1-P2) is equal to or greater than the second pressure threshold value Pth2 (Yes in step S510), it means that the source gas sealed in the first flow path in steps S503 to S506 has been discharged to the atmosphere. It is estimated that any of the on-off valves provided in the first flow path is opened. Therefore, the sticking inspection is terminated (end) assuming that there is no sticking abnormality.
- the “complementary pressure operation” refers to an open / close valve provided in the raw material gas supply path 16a in a state where communication between the reformer 32a and the atmosphere is shut off when the internal pressure of the reformer 32a decreases as the temperature decreases. This is an operation of opening and supplying the source gas to compensate for at least a part of the lowered internal pressure.
- the decrease in the internal pressure is detected by a detector (not shown) that directly or indirectly detects the pressure in the reformer 32a.
- the controller 13 opens the on-off valve and supplies the raw material gas to the reformer 32a.
- the pressure detector serves as a detector for indirectly detecting the pressure in the reformer 32a. Examples include a temperature detector to be detected, a timer that measures an elapsed time after stopping the hydrogen generation operation in the reformer 32a, and the like.
- step S512 the controller 13 opens the on-off valve provided in the raw material gas supply path 16a to detect reforming even if the pressure drop in the reformer 32a is detected. The supply of the raw material gas to the vessel 32a is not started.
- the source gas source valve 17a which is an on-off valve provided in the source gas supply passage 16a, and the source gas in a state where the burner pre-valve 29, the anode inlet valve 3a, and the anode outlet valve 3b are closed.
- the main valve 17b and the raw material gas supply valve 21a By opening the main valve 17b and the raw material gas supply valve 21a, the raw material gas is supplied to the reformer 32a, and at least a part of the reduced pressure is compensated.
- the pressure-compensating operation is not limited to this example, and the raw material gas main valve 17a, the raw material gas main valve 17b, and the raw material, which are the on-off valves, with the burner front valve 29 and the anode outlet valve 3b closed.
- the anode inlet valve 3 a may be opened, and the form of performing the pressure compensation of the anode gas flow path 1 a of the fuel cell 1 simultaneously with the pressure compensation of the reformer 32 may be adopted.
- the on-off valve provided in the raw material gas supply path 16a includes the raw material gas main valve 17a, the raw material gas main valve 17b, and the raw material gas supply valve 21a. It is not something.
- the source gas source valves 17a and 17b may be provided with only one of them.
- step S501 for releasing the first flow path to the atmosphere the valves may be opened simultaneously, but at least the opening of the burner pre-valve 29 and the bypass valve 28 downstream of the opening of the source gas supply valve 21a precedes. It is preferable. With this configuration, even if the internal pressure of the reformer 32 is higher than atmospheric pressure, the internal pressure is released to the atmosphere through the downstream valve. Therefore, when the raw material gas supply valve 21a is opened, water vapor flows back into the raw material gas supply passage 16a, and this reverse flow of water vapor condenses and closes the raw material gas supply passage 16a. Is less likely to be inhibited. In particular, since the raw material gas supply valve 21a is a valve disposed downstream of the deodorizer 20, the life of the deodorizer 20 is expected to be extended by controlling the backflow of the water vapor.
- the “first on-off valve” provided in the combustible gas flow path upstream of the reformer 32a is composed of the raw material gas supply valve 21a, and the combustible gas flow path downstream of the reformer 32a.
- the “second on-off valve” provided in FIG. 4 includes the burner front valve 29 and the bypass valve 28, but is merely an example and is not limited to this example.
- the “second on-off valve” is configured by the bypass valve 28.
- step S501 it is preferable that the burner pre-valve 29 and the bypass valve 28 are sequentially opened from the downstream (in order of the pre-burner valve 29 and the bypass valve 28).
- step S501 for releasing the first flow path to the atmosphere the source gas source valve 17a and the source gas source valve 17b are opened, and the source gas supply path 16a upstream from the source supply valve 21a is opened.
- a form of performing pressure filling with a source gas may be employed. This is because, when the source gas supply valve 21a is opened, if the source gas supply path 16a upstream of the source gas supply valve 21a has a negative pressure, the reformer 32 is opened when the source gas supply valve 21a is opened. There is a possibility of sucking water vapor inside. Since the negative pressure in the raw material gas supply path 16a upstream from the raw material supply valve 21a is relieved by the above-described tension, the backflow of water vapor is suppressed. Therefore, the possibility that the raw material gas supply path 16a is blocked due to the condensation of the backflowed water vapor or the water vapor enters the deodorizer 20 is reduced.
- the sticking inspection is configured to check the closing sticking of the on-off valve provided in the first flow path, but the on-off valve (burner) that is finally opened before the judgment of sticking abnormality (before step S510).
- the front valve 20) may be configured to be inspected together.
- the pressure value P1 held in the storage unit in step S507 may be configured to be a pressure value after a predetermined time has elapsed after step S506.
- the predetermined time is set to a time required for the first flow path to be equal to the atmospheric pressure, for example, 10 seconds when there is an open fixing abnormality.
- the source gas main valves 17a and 17b are opened so that the source gas is pressed into the first flow path from the source gas source having a predetermined supply pressure.
- a configuration in which the supply gas (pressure booster) is operated simultaneously and the source gas is press-fitted into the first flow path at a higher pressure may be employed.
- the sticking inspection of the fuel cell system of the present embodiment is executed at least one of when the power generation of the fuel cell system is stopped or started.
- the temperature of the reformer is a temperature at which carbon deposition of the raw material gas does not occur at least one of when the power generation is stopped and when starting. It is particularly preferred that
- the fuel cell system according to the first modification of the present embodiment performs a leak test on the first flow path following the adhesion test on the first flow path in the first embodiment.
- FIG. 2B is a flowchart showing an example of an operation program of the fuel cell system according to the first modification of the first embodiment of the present invention.
- step S510 If the pressure difference (P1-P2) is greater than or equal to Pth2 in step S510, the sticking inspection operation is completed in the first embodiment, but in the present modification, the leakage inspection of the first flow path is subsequently performed. Thereby, since it is confirmed that there is no sticking abnormality in the on-off valve on the first flow path and the raw material gas can be supplied to the first flow path, the leak test is performed, so that the reliability of the leak test can be improved. it can.
- a series of operation flows related to the leak inspection will be described with reference to FIG.
- step S510 it is determined that the pressure difference (P1-P2) is equal to or greater than Pth2 (Yes in step S510), and when the sticking inspection is shifted to the leakage inspection (start), the raw material gas main valve 17a, the raw material gas main valve 17b, the anode The inlet valve 3a, the anode outlet valve 3b, and the raw material gas supply valve 21b are already closed.
- the controller 13 opens the raw material gas supply valve 21a and the bypass valve 28, and opens the burner front valve 29.
- step 601 After controlling to close (step 601), the source gas source valve 17a and the source gas source valve 17b are opened (step S602).
- the raw material gas is injected to consume unnecessary raw material gas for the injection. It is suppressed. This is because if the order of step S602 and step S601 is reversed, the source gas including the first flow path downstream from the burner pre-valve 29 is included between the execution of step S602 and the execution of step S601. This is because an excessive amount of raw material gas is consumed.
- the pressure value P1 detected by the pressure detector 7 becomes equal to or higher than the first pressure threshold value Pth1 (Yes in step S603), the source gas source valve 17a and the source gas source valve 17b are closed (step S604).
- Step S605 it is determined whether or not the pressure value P1 detected by the pressure detector 7 is equal to or greater than the first pressure threshold value Pth1 after a second predetermined time shorter than the first predetermined time has elapsed (for example, after 6 seconds).
- Step S605 When P1 is equal to or greater than Pth1 (Yes in Step S605), the pressure value P1 is held in a storage unit (not shown) (Step S606).
- the pressure value is set to P2 (step S607), and the difference (P1-P2) between P1 and P2 is the first. It is determined whether or not the pressure is less than 3 pressure threshold Pth3 (step S608).
- the second pressure threshold Pth2 is set to a value that is greater than 0 and equal to or less than the differential pressure between the supply pressure of the source gas to the first flow path and the atmospheric pressure in S602 to S604.
- step S605 If the pressure value P1 is less than the first pressure threshold Pth1 in step S605 or if the pressure difference is greater than or equal to the third pressure threshold in S608, it is determined that a leak has occurred in the first flow path, Notifying the leakage abnormality of the first flow path and abnormally stopping the fuel cell system (steps S609 and S611), prohibiting the subsequent pressure-compensating operation (steps S610 and S612), and terminating the leakage inspection of the first flow path. (End) This is because if the source gas is supplied as a pressure compensation operation when a leak occurs in the first flow path, the source gas may leak, which is not preferable in terms of safety.
- the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time are standby times before executing Step S605 and Step 608, respectively.
- steps S604 to S605 a first leak test for detecting a relatively large leak is performed, and in steps S606 to S608, A second leak test is performed to detect a relatively small leak.
- the leak test of the 1st flow path in this modification is comprised so that it may be performed after performing the sticking test
- the fuel cell system according to the second modification of the present embodiment follows the leak inspection of the first flow path upstream of the most downstream on-off valve (pre-burner valve) in the first modification of the first embodiment.
- a leakage inspection of the on-off valve provided in the first flow path upstream of the most downstream on-off valve a leakage inspection of the bypass valve 28 is executed.
- the leak inspection of the bypass valve 28 is an abnormality in which the flow path is not blocked even if the bypass valve 28 is closed and the upstream and downstream of the bypass valve 28 are in communication with each other (leak abnormality of the bypass valve 28). Say to check whether you are doing.
- FIG. 2C is a flowchart showing an example of an operation program of the fuel cell system according to the second modification of the first embodiment of the present invention.
- the operation flow of the leak inspection of the bypass valve 28 will be described with reference to FIG.
- step S608 When it is determined in step S608 that the pressure difference (P1-P2) is less than Pth3 (Yes in step S608) and the process proceeds to a leak check of the bypass valve 28 (start), the source gas source valve 17a, source gas source valve 17b, The source gas supply valve 21b, the anode inlet valve 3a, and the anode outlet valve 3b are already closed.
- the controller 13 closes the bypass valve 28 and controls to open the burner pre-valve 29 and the raw material gas supply valve 21a (step S701), and then turns the raw material gas original valve 17a and the raw material gas original valve 17b to the opening. Open (step S702).
- the raw material gas is injected to suppress wasteful raw material gas from being consumed for the injection. Is done. This is because if the order of step S702 and step S701 is reversed, the first flow path between the bypass valve 28 and the burner pre-valve 29 is also between the execution of step S702 and the execution of step S701. This is because the raw material gas is included, and extra raw material gas is consumed.
- Step S703 the source gas source valve 17a and the source gas source valve 17b are closed (Step S704).
- Step S705 When the pressure value P1 is equal to or greater than Pth1 (Yes in Step S705), the pressure value P1 is held in a storage unit (not shown) (Step S706).
- the pressure value P2 is detected by the pressure detector 7 (step S707), and the difference (P1 ⁇ P2) between P2 and P1 is the third pressure threshold value Pth3. It is determined whether it is less than (step S708).
- the pressure difference (P1-P2) is less than the third pressure threshold value Pth3 (Yes in step S708), the leak inspection of the bypass valve 28 is ended (END).
- step S709 If the pressure value P1 is less than the first pressure threshold value Pth1 in step S705 or if the pressure difference is greater than or equal to the third pressure threshold value in step S708, it is determined that the leakage of the bypass valve 28 is abnormal, and the controller 13 While notifying the leakage abnormality of the bypass valve 28 and abnormally stopping the fuel cell system (steps S709 and S710), the subsequent pressure-compensating operation is not prohibited. That is, the pressure compensation operation is performed in the same manner as in the normal time when no abnormality has occurred in the fuel cell system. This is because the leakage inspection shown in FIG. 2 (b) confirms that no leakage has occurred in the first flow path before the execution of this inspection process. This is because flammable source gas does not leak from the flow path.
- the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time are standby times before executing Step S705 and Step 708, respectively.
- a first leak test is performed to detect a relatively large leak.
- steps S706 to S708 a relative leak is detected.
- the second leak test for detecting small leaks is performed.
- the leak inspection of the bypass valve 28 in the second modification is configured to be performed after performing the leak inspection of the first flow path in the first modification
- the adhesion inspection in the first embodiment is performed. It may be configured to be executed later.
- the fuel cell system according to the third modification of the present embodiment is provided in the first flow path upstream of the most downstream on-off valve following the leak inspection of the bypass valve 28 in the second modification of the first embodiment.
- a leakage inspection of the on-off valve thus performed, a leakage inspection of the raw material gas supply valve 21a is executed.
- the leak inspection of the raw material gas supply valve 21a is an abnormality in which the flow path is not blocked even if the raw material gas supply valve 21a is closed, and the upstream and downstream of the raw material gas supply valve 21a communicate with each other (raw material gas supply An inspection of whether or not a leakage abnormality of the valve 21a has occurred.
- FIG. 2D is a flowchart showing an example of an operation program of the fuel cell system according to the third modification of the first embodiment of the present embodiment.
- the operation flow of the leakage inspection of the source gas supply valve 21a will be described with reference to FIG.
- step S708 it is determined that the pressure difference (P1-P2) is less than Pth3 (Yes in step S708), and when the process shifts to the leakage check of the source gas supply valve 21a (start), the source gas source valve 17a and the source gas source valve 17b are started.
- the source gas supply valve 21b, the anode inlet valve 3a, and the anode outlet valve 3b are already closed.
- the controller 13 closes the source gas supply valve 21a and controls the bypass valve 28 and the burner pre-valve 29 to be opened (step S801), and then controls the source gas source valve 17a and the source gas source valve 17b. Open (step S802).
- step S802 As a result, after forming a space that needs to be injected with the raw material gas for the leakage inspection of the raw material gas supply valve 21a, unnecessary raw material gas is consumed for the injecting by performing the injection of the raw material gas. Is suppressed.
- Step S803 the source gas source valve 17a and the source gas source valve 17b are closed (Step S804).
- step S805 it is determined whether or not the pressure value P1 detected by the pressure detector 7 is equal to or greater than the first pressure threshold Pth1 ( In step S805), if the pressure value P1 is equal to or greater than Pth1 (Yes in step S805), the pressure value P1 is held in a storage unit (not shown). Thereafter, after the first predetermined time has elapsed (for example, after 30 seconds), whether or not the difference (P1 ⁇ P2) between the pressure values P2 and P1 detected by the pressure detector 7 is less than the third pressure threshold value Pth3. Is determined. If the pressure difference (P1 ⁇ P2) is less than the third pressure threshold Pth3 (Yes in step S808), the leakage inspection of the source gas supply valve 21a is terminated.
- step S805 If the pressure value P1 is less than the first pressure threshold value Pth1 in step S805 or the pressure difference is greater than or equal to the third pressure threshold value in step S808, it is determined that there is a leakage abnormality of the source gas supply valve 21a, and the controller 13 Notifies the leakage abnormality of the raw material gas supply valve 21a and abnormally stops the fuel cell system, and ends the leakage inspection of the raw material gas supply valve 21a (steps S809 and S810), but does not prohibit the subsequent pressure-compensating operation. .
- the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time are standby times before executing Step S805 and Step 808, respectively.
- the second predetermined time is longer than the first predetermined time, in steps S804 to S805, a first leak test is performed to detect a relatively large leak, and in steps S806 to S808, the relative leak is detected. Further, the leakage inspection of the bypass valve 28 in the modification 2 may be performed after the leakage inspection of the raw material gas supply valve 21a in the present modification.
- the adhesion inspection of the on-off valve provided in the second flow path is performed following the adhesion inspection of the on-off valve provided in the first flow path in the first embodiment. Execute.
- FIG. 3A is a flowchart showing an example of an operation program of the fuel cell system according to the fourth modification of the first embodiment of the present invention.
- the operation flow of the adhesion inspection of the on-off valve provided in the second flow path will be described with reference to FIG.
- step S510 it is determined that the pressure difference (P1 ⁇ P2) is equal to or greater than Pth2 (Yes in step S510), and when the process proceeds to the adhesion check of the on-off valve provided in the second flow path (start), the source gas main valve 17a
- the source gas source valve 17b, the bypass valve 28, and the source gas supply valve 21b are already closed.
- the controller 13 controls the source gas supply valve 21a, the anode inlet valve 3a, the anode outlet valve 3b, and the burner pre-valve 29 to be opened, and opens the second flow path to the atmosphere (step S901). ).
- step S902 the source gas supply valve 21a, the anode inlet valve 3a, the anode outlet valve 3b, and the burner pre-valve 29 are closed (step S902), and the source gas source valve 17a and the source gas source valve 17b are opened (step S902). S903).
- step S904 the source gas supply valve 21a, the anode inlet valve 3a, and the anode outlet valve 3b are opened (step S904), the source gas is supplied to the second flow path, and the pressure detector 7 supplies the source gas supply path 16a.
- the pressure value P1 is detected.
- step S905 When P1 becomes equal to or higher than the first pressure threshold value Pth1 (Yes in step S905), it is determined that the source gas is normally injected into the second flow path, and the source gas source valve 17a and the source gas source valve 17b are closed (step S906). ), The source gas is enclosed in the second flow path upstream of the closed most downstream on-off valve (burner pre-valve 29). Further, the pressure value P1 detected by the pressure detector when it is determined Yes in step S905 is held in a storage unit (not shown) built in the controller 13 (step S907).
- step S908 the burner front valve 29 is opened (step S908), and the second flow path is opened to the atmosphere. Then, the pressure value P2 in the source gas supply passage 16a after the first predetermined time (for example, 30 seconds) has elapsed is acquired by the pressure detector 7, and the difference (P1-P2) from the pressure value P1 is the second pressure. It is determined whether or not the threshold value is Pth2 or more (step S910).
- step S910 When (P1-P2) is not equal to or greater than the second pressure threshold value Pth2 (No in step S910), the source gas is not discharged through the second flow path, and the open / close valve provided in the second flow path (main In the embodiment, it is estimated that any one of the burner pre-valve 29, the anode inlet valve 3a, the anode outlet valve 3b, and the raw material gas supply valve 21a) is closed and fixed. Is prohibited (step S912), and the adhesion inspection operation for the second flow path is terminated (end).
- step S910 If the pressure difference (P1-P2) is equal to or greater than the second pressure threshold value Pth2 (Yes in step S910), it means that the source gas sealed in the second flow path in steps S903 to S906 has been discharged to the atmosphere. It is estimated that any of the on-off valves provided in the second flow path has been opened. Therefore, the sticking inspection is terminated (end) assuming that there is no sticking abnormality.
- the valves may be opened at the same time, but at least before the burner downstream of the source gas supply valve 21a than the operation of opening the source gas supply valve 21a. It is preferable that the operation of opening the valve 29, the anode inlet valve 3a, and the anode outlet valve 3b is preceded. With this configuration, even if the internal pressure of the hydrogen generator 32 is higher than atmospheric pressure, the internal pressure is released to the atmosphere through the downstream valve. Therefore, when the raw material gas supply valve 21a is opened, the water vapor in the hydrogen generator 32 flows backward to the raw material gas supply passage 16a, and further, this backward flow of water vapor condenses and closes the raw material gas supply passage 16a.

- the source gas source valve 17a and the source gas source valve 17b are set. It is also possible to adopt a mode in which opening is performed and pressure filling is performed on the source gas supply path 16a upstream of the source supply valve 21a.

- the leakage inspection of the anode inlet valve 3a is an abnormality in which the flow path is not blocked even if the anode inlet valve 3a is closed, and the upstream and downstream of the anode inlet valve 3a communicate with each other (anode inlet valve 3a). Thereby, the leakage abnormality inspection operation of the anode inlet valve 3a is finished (end).
- the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time are standby times before executing Step S1005 and Step 1008, respectively.
- the second predetermined time is longer than the first predetermined time, in steps S1004 to S1005, a first leak test for detecting a relatively large leak is performed, and in steps S1006 to S1008, a relative leak is detected. - the pressure difference (P1 ⁇ P2) is less than the third pressure threshold value Pth3 (Yes in step S1109), the leakage inspection operation for the second flow path is ended (end).
- step S1107 If the pressure value P1 is less than the first pressure threshold Pth1 in step S1107 or if the pressure difference is greater than or equal to the third pressure threshold in S1109, it is determined that a leak has occurred in the second flow path, Notifies the leakage abnormality of the second flow path, abnormally stops the fuel cell system (steps S1110, S1112), prohibits the subsequent pressure-compensating operation (steps S1111, S1113), and completes the anode path leakage inspection operation. - step S1204 the source gas supply valve 21a is opened (step S1204), the source gas is supplied to the combustible gas passage, and the pressure value P1 in the source gas supply passage 16a is detected by the pressure detector 7.
- step S1205 When P1 becomes equal to or higher than the first pressure threshold value Pth1 (Yes in step S1205), it is determined that the source gas is normally injected into the combustible gas flow path, and the source gas source valve 17a and the source gas source valve 17b are closed (step S1205). S1206), the raw material gas is enclosed in the combustible gas flow path upstream of the closed most downstream on-off valve (anode outlet valve 3b).
- the pressure value P1 detected by the pressure detector 7 when it is determined Yes in step S1205 is held in a storage unit (not shown) built in the controller 13 (step S1207).
- step S1208 the anode outlet valve 3b is opened (step S1208), and the combustible gas passage is opened to the atmosphere.
- the pressure value P2 in the source gas supply path 16a after the first predetermined time (for example, 30 seconds) has elapsed is acquired by the pressure detector 7 (step S1209), and the difference from the pressure value P1 (P1-P2) Is greater than or equal to the second pressure threshold value Pth2 (step S1210).
- the pressure difference (P1-P2) is less than the second pressure threshold value Pth2 (No in step S1210), the source gas is not discharged through the combustible gas flow path and is provided in the combustible gas flow path.
- one of the open / close valves (in this embodiment, the anode outlet valve 3b or the source gas supply valve 21a) is in a closed state. Therefore, it is determined that there is a sticking abnormality of the on-off valve provided in the combustible gas flow path, and the sticking abnormality is notified, and the fuel cell system is abnormally stopped (step S1211). Further, the controller 13 prohibits the subsequent pressure-compensating operation to the hydrogen generator 32 (step S1212), and ends the sticking inspection operation of the combustible gas channel (end).
- step S1210 If the difference (P1-P2) is equal to or greater than the second pressure threshold value Pth2 (Yes in step S1210), it means that the source gas sealed in the combustible gas flow path in steps S1203 to S1206 has been discharged to the atmosphere. In addition, it is estimated that any of the on-off valves provided in the combustible gas flow path has been opened. Therefore, assuming that there is no sticking abnormality, the sticking inspection operation is terminated (end).
- the sticking inspection of the fuel cell system according to the present embodiment is also preferably performed at least one of when the power generation is stopped and when the fuel cell system is stopped, as in the first embodiment.
- the temperature of the reformer is a temperature at which carbon deposition of the raw material gas does not occur at least one of when the power generation is stopped and when starting. It is particularly preferred that
- At least one of a sticking inspection of an on-off valve provided in a combustible gas flow path that is downstream from the reactor 20 and that passes through the reformer, a leak inspection of the on-off valve, and a leak inspection of the combustible gas flow path In one inspection, it is preferable to operate at least one of the ventilator 11 and the air supply device 31.
- combustible gas may be discharged to the outside of the gas flow path or to the combustor in the above inspection. If the diluting operation is executed by the ventilator 11 or the air supply device 31, the combustible gas is diluted and discharged, so that safety is improved.
- the fuel cell system according to the present invention inspects the closed adhering of the on-off valve provided downstream of the deodorizer and provided in the combustible gas passage via the reformer without providing a separate inspection gas supply facility. This is useful as a fuel cell system capable of

Abstract
