目前, 纸质包装盒广泛运用于产品的包装, 纸质天地盒是一种常用的 包装盒, 现有制作纸质天地盒的方法是: 将纸板进行模切、 再对四角贴合 以形成坯盒, 然后再对该坯盒表面进行裱纸, 该裱纸过程通过手工方式在 传送带上进行定位及粘合, 再送到裱糊成型机构进行裱糊以形成包装盒成 品。 然而, 现有方法先对四角进行贴合形成坯盒, 在裱糊过程中需要转动 四次方向才能对包装盒进行全方位的裱糊, 该裱纸过程需要手工定位, 且 该裱糊是在两相垂直的平面内进行, 因此效率较低, 不利于生产成本的降 低。 另外, 这种成型的包装盒的储存与运输时需要占用很大的空间, 使得 其储存与运输成本较高。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于, 提供一种纸质包装盒制作方法, 其筒化生产流 程, 有效的提高生产效率。
本发明的另一目的在于, 提供一种纸质包装盒制作方法, 其于使用时 进行组装成型, 从而可以平面纸板的方式运输与储存其半成品, 节省运输 与储存的空间, 从而降低成本。
本发明的又一目的在于, 提供一种纸质包装盒, 其可以平面纸板的方 式运输与储存, 节省运输与储存的空间, 从而降低使用成本, 在使用时进 行组装成型, 组装筒单快捷, 给使用带来极大的便利。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种纸质包装盒制作方法, 其包括步骤 :¾口下:
步骤 1 , 提供基板及内、 外层纸;
步骤 2, 在所述基板两个表面分别裱糊内、 外层纸;
步骤 3 , 在裱糊内层纸的基板表面开设数道凹槽, 形成一由该数道凹 槽围绕的多边形面板、 及连接在面板边缘的数个侧板; 开设的凹槽为 V形 槽或 U形槽; 步骤 4, 在面板与侧板上因开设所述凹槽形成的侧壁上设置粘性胶; 步骤 5 , 翻折侧板, 使其与面板实质垂直, 通过 槽侧壁的粘性胶将 一凹槽侧壁与对应的另一凹槽侧壁粘接在一起。
所述步骤 2之后, 进行步骤 2.1 , 对基板的外周缘端面设保护层, 该 保护层为端面纸或漆层。
所述步骤 3 包括: 在裱糊内层纸的基板表面开设四道凹槽, 该四道凹 槽交叉连接形成一由该四道凹槽围绕的长方形面板, 去除连接在该长方形 面板的拐角处的基板部分, 保留连接在面板边缘的基板部分形成侧板。
所述步骤 3 包括: 在裱糊内层纸的基板表面开设四道凹槽, 该四道凹 槽不交叉环绕形成一由该四道凹槽围绕的面板, 面板拐角处裁切为圓弧 状, 除去连接在该面板拐角处的基板部分, 保留连接在面板边缘的基板部 分形成侧板。
还包括:
步骤 6, 提供连接件;
步骤 7, 将连接件组装在相邻侧板间, 从而制得成品的纸质包装盒。 进一步地, 本发明提供使用上述方法制作的纸质包装盒, 其包括: 一 一面板、 连接在面板周围的数个侧板、 及设于侧板间的连接件, 面板与侧 板间设有凹槽, 在凹槽的侧壁上设有粘性胶层, 每一面板包括有外层纸、 内层纸及设于外、 内层纸之间的面板基板, 每一侧板包括有外层纸、 内层 纸及设于外、 内层纸之间的侧板基板, 该面板与数个侧板位于同一平面 内。
所述凹槽为 V形槽或 U形槽, 侧板基板远离面板基板的外端面设有 保护层, 该保护层为端面纸或漆层, 所述连接件由纸板、 塑料或者金属片 制成。
所述连接件为设置于相邻侧板连接处的内侧面或外侧表面上的连接 片, 该连接片呈弯折结构, 其弯折处正对相邻侧板的连接处, 该连接片与 侧板相对的两侧面上设有粘性胶。
所述连接件为 U形直角结构的卡夹, 该卡夹夹设于相邻两侧板连接处 的拐角端面上。
所述面板拐角处为圓弧设置, 连接件对应面板拐角处为 U形圓弧结构 的卡夹, 该卡夹夹设于相邻两侧板间而置于面板拐角处端面上。
所述面板拐角处为圓弧设置, 连接件对应面板拐角处为圓弧形的连接 片, 其两侧上设有卡扣, 侧板两侧对应设有卡槽, 通过卡扣及卡槽的配合 将相邻两侧板连接在一起, 该卡扣与卡槽为互补形状, 其为圓形、 橢圓形 或多边形。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明纸质包装盒的制作方法, 制作流程筒单, 组装更加快捷, 极大的提高生产效率, 降低制作成本; 本发明方法制得的 纸质包装盒, 可以平板方式进行储存或运输, 节省其所需占用的空间, 从 而利于降低储存与运输成本, 且在使用过程中, 只需将侧板翻折与面板垂 直粘接, 还可通过连接件将侧板连接起来, 连接件与侧板之间产生一股相 互拉掣的作用力, 从而形成结构稳固的包装盒。

结合图 1-12, 本发明纸质包装盒的制作方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 1 , 提供基板及内、 外层纸。 该基板可为一般的复合纸板, 该复 合纸板既具有一定的强度与韧度, 可承载一定重量的物品, 且价格低廉, 有利于节约制造成本。 该内、 外层纸可相同也可不相同, 其为用于纸板裱 糊的纸, 该纸上可依需要印刷有图案或文字等。
步骤 2 , 在所述基板两个表面分别裱糊内、 外层纸。 该步骤于平面基 板上裱糊操作, 筒单快捷, 从而可提高裱糊效率。 步骤 2之后, 进行步骤 2.1 , 对基板的外周缘端面设保护层, 该保护层为端面纸或漆层, 不仅可增 加包装盒的美感, 且在一定程度上对包装盒端面起到一定的保护作用, 提 高包装盒的防潮与耐磨损性能。
步骤 3 , 在裱糊内层纸的基板表面开设数道凹槽, 形成一由该数道凹 槽围绕的多边形面板、 及连接在面板边缘的数个侧板; 开设的凹槽优选为 V形槽或 U形槽。
如图 2 所示, 步骤 3 包括: 在裱糊内层纸的基板表面开设四道凹槽 40, 该四道凹槽 40 交叉连接形成一由该四道凹槽围绕的长方形面板 20, 去除连接在该长方形面板 20的拐角处的基板部分, 保留连接在面板 20边 缘的基板部分形成侧板 30。
如图 8、 10所示, 步骤 3包括: 在裱糊内层纸的基板表面开设四道凹 槽 40, 该四道凹槽 40不交叉环绕形成一由该四道凹槽围绕的面板 20, 面 板 20拐角处 202裁切为圓弧状, 除去连接在该面板 20拐角处 202的基板 部分, 保留连接在面板边缘的基板部分形成侧板 30。
步骤 4, 在面板与侧板上因开设所述凹槽形成的侧壁上设置粘性胶, 形成粘性胶层(如图 3所示) 。
步骤 5 , 翻折侧板, 使其与面板实质垂直, 通过 槽侧壁的粘性胶将 一凹槽侧壁与对应的另一凹槽侧壁粘接在一起。
还包括步骤 6, 提供连接件 50。 所述连接件 50可由纸板、 塑料或者 金属片制成, 连接件 50 可为弯折的连接片、 圓弧状的连接片、 U 形直角 结构的卡夹或圓弧结构的卡夹。
步骤 7, 将连接件 50组装在相邻侧板 30间, 从而制得成品的纸质包 装盒。 连接件 50根据面板 20结构设置, 如图 2-5所示, 当面板 20为长方 形结构, 而连接件 50 为弯折结构的连接片时, 该连接片可设置于相邻侧 板 30连接处的内侧面 (如图 4 )上, 其还可设置于相邻侧板 30连接处的 外侧面 (如图 5 )上, 将连接片弯折处正对相邻侧板 30的连接处, 其可根 据材料使用粘性胶或 U型釘固定, 从而实现包装盒的组装结构; 如图 6-7 所示, 当面板 20 为长方形结构, 而连接件为 U 形直角结构的卡夹 50, 时, 其可夹设于相邻两侧板 30连接处的拐角端面上, 将相邻两侧板 30连 接在一起, 从而实现包装盒的组装结构。 如图 8-9所示, 当面板 20拐角处 202 为圓弧设置, 而连接件对应面板拐角处呈 U 形圓弧结构的卡夹 50" 时, 可将该连接件夹设于相邻两侧板 30间而置于面板 20拐角处 202端面 上, 从而实现包装盒的组装结构; 如图 10-11所示, 连接件对应面板 20拐 角处 202为圓弧形的连接片 50" , 时, 其两侧上设有卡扣 502" , , 侧板 30两侧对应设有卡槽 302, 通过卡扣 502" , 及卡槽 302的配合将相邻两 侧板 30 连接在一起, 该卡扣与卡槽为互补形状, 其为圓形、 橢圓形或多 边形。
如图 2-4 所示, 本发明制作方法制得第一实施例的纸质包装盒, 包括 一面板 20、 连接在面板 20周围的数个侧板 30、 及设于侧板 30间的连接 件 50, 面板 20与侧板 30实质垂直, 面板 20与侧板 30间设有凹槽 40, 在凹槽 40的侧壁上设有粘性胶层 42, 每一面板 20 包括有外层纸 22、 内 层纸 24及设于外、 内层纸 22、 24之间的面板基板 26, 每一侧板 30包括 有外层纸 32、 内层纸 34及设于外、 内层纸 32、 34之间的侧板基板 36, 该凹槽 40为 V形槽或 U形槽。 侧板基板 36远离面板基板 26的外端面设 有保护层 38 , 该保护层 38为端面纸或漆层, 该保护层 38不仅可增加包装 盒的美感, 且在一定程度上对包装盒端面起到一定的保护作用, 提高包装 盒的防潮与耐磨损性能。
所述面板 20 与数个侧板 30位于同一平面内, 本实施例中, 面板 20 为长方形结构, 其四周通过凹槽 40连接四个侧板 30。 所述连接件 50由纸 板、 塑料或者金属片制成, 在本实施例中, 连接件 50 为连接片, 该连接 片 50呈弯折结构, 设置于相邻两侧板 30连接处的内侧面上, 该连接片 50 可依材料使用粘性胶或 U型釘固定。
组装时, 只需要翻折侧板 30, 使其与面板 20垂直, 通过挤压, 使凹 槽 40每一侧面的粘性胶层 42与对应的另一侧面的粘性胶层 42粘接在一 起, 侧板 30两侧的侧端面上的粘性胶层 42与相邻侧板 30两侧的侧端面 上的粘性胶层 42粘贴在一起, 然后将连接件 50设置于相邻两侧板 30连 接处的内侧面上, 从而实现包装盒的组装结构。
如图 5所示, 本发明制作方法制得第二实施例的纸质包装盒, 该实施 例中, 连接片 50 为上述实施例结构的连接片, 其不同上述实施例在于连 接件 50设置于相邻两侧板 30连接处的外侧面上。
如图 6-7 所示, 本发明制作方法制得第三实施例的纸质包装盒, 该实 施例中, 连接件为 U形直角结构的卡夹 50, , 组装时, 将卡夹 50, 夹设 于相邻两侧板 30连接处的拐角端面上, 从而加强包装盒的组装结构。 如图 8-9 所示, 本发明制作方法制得第四实施例的纸质包装盒, 本实 施例不同上述实施例的是: 面板 20拐角处 202 为圓弧形设置而外露与相 邻侧板 30 间, 连接件对应该拐角处 202呈圓弧形设置, 在本实施例中, 连接件为 U形圓弧结构的卡夹 50" , 组装时, 将其对应面板 20拐角处 202夹设于相邻两侧板 30间而置于面板 20拐角处 202端面上, 从而与侧 板 30形成包装盒的侧壁, 实现包装盒的组装结构。
如图 10-11 所示, 本发明制作方法制得第五实施例的纸质包装盒, 面 板 20拐角处 202为圓弧形设置而外露与相邻侧板 30间, 连接件对应该拐 角处 202呈圓弧形设置, 在本实施例中, 面板 20拐角处 202为圓弧形设 置而外露与相邻侧板 30 间, 连接件对应该拐角处 202呈圓弧形设置, 在 本实施例中, 连接件为圓弧形的连接片 50" , , 设置于相邻侧板 30 间, 连接片 50" , 两侧上设有卡扣 502" , , 侧板 30两侧对应设有卡槽 302, 通过卡扣 502" , 及卡槽 302的配合将相邻两侧板 30连接在一起, 从而与 侧板 30 形成包装盒的侧壁, 实现包装盒的组装结构。 该卡扣与卡槽为互 补形状, 其为圓形、 橢圓形或多边形。
如图 12 所示, 本发明制作方法制得的第六实施例的纸质包装盒, 该 实施例不同第一实施例的是: 减少连接件的设置, 直接通过侧板 30 与面 板 30 间凹槽的粘性胶层连接固定, 形成整体包装盒。 该实施例的纸质包 装盒结构更筒单, 制作成本更低。
综上所述, 本发明纸质包装盒的制作方法, 制作流程筒单, 组装更加 快捷, 极大的提高生产效率, 降低制作成本; 本发明方法制得的纸质包装 盒, 可以平板方式进行储存或运输, 节省其所需占用的空间, 从而利于降 低储存与运输成本, 且在使用过程中, 只需将侧板翻折与面板垂直粘接, 还可通过连接件将侧板连接起来, 连接件与侧板之间产生一股相互拉掣的 作用力, 从而形成结构稳固的包装盒。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来 说, 可以根据本方面的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变 形, 而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种纸质包装盒制作方法, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 1 , 提供基板及内、 外层纸;
步骤 2, 在所述基板两个表面分别裱糊内、 外层纸;
步骤 3 , 在裱糊内层纸的基板表面开设数道凹槽, 形成一由该数道凹 槽围绕的多边形面板、 及连接在面板边缘的数个侧板; 开设的凹槽为 V形 槽或 U形槽;
步骤 4, 在面板与侧板上因开设所述凹槽形成的侧壁上设置粘性胶; 步骤 5 , 翻折侧板, 使其与面板实质垂直, 通过 槽侧壁的粘性胶将 一凹槽侧壁与对应的另一凹槽侧壁粘接在一起。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的纸质包装盒制作方法, 其中, 还包括: 步骤 6, 提供连接件;
步骤 7, 将连接件组装在相邻侧板间, 从而制得成品的纸质包装盒。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的纸质包装盒制作方法, 其中, 所述步骤 2之 后, 进行步骤 2.1 , 对基板的外周缘端面设保护层, 该保护层为端面纸或 漆层。
4、 如权利要求 1 所述的纸质包装盒制作方法, 其中, 所述步骤 3 包 括: 在裱糊内层纸的基板表面开设数道凹槽, 该数道凹槽形成一由该数道 凹槽围绕的面板, 去除连接在该面板的拐角处的基板部分, 保留连接在面 板边缘的基板部分形成侧板。
5、 一种使用如权利要求 1 所述方法制作的纸质包装盒, 包括: 一面 板、 连接在面板周围的数个侧板、 及设于侧板间的连接件, 面板与侧板间 设有凹槽, 在凹槽的侧壁上设有粘性胶层, 每一面板包括有外层纸、 内层 纸及设于外、 内层纸之间的面板基板, 每一侧板包括有外层纸、 内层纸及 设于外、 内层纸之间的侧板基板, 该面板与数个侧板位于同一平面内。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的纸质包装盒, 其中, 所述 槽为 V形槽或 U 形槽, 侧板基板远离面板基板的外端面设有保护层, 该保护层为端面纸或 漆层, 所述连接件由纸板、 塑料或者金属片制成。
7、 如权利要求 5 所述的纸质包装盒, 其中, 所述连接件为设置于相 邻侧板连接处的内侧面或外侧表面上的连接片, 该连接片呈弯折结构, 其 弯折处正对相邻侧板的连接处, 该连接片与侧板相对的两侧面上设有粘性 胶。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的纸质包装盒, 其中, 所述连接件为 U形直角 结构的卡夹, 该卡夹夹设于相邻两侧板连接处的拐角端面上。
9、 如权利要求 5 所述的纸质包装盒, 其特征在于, 所述面板拐角处 为圓弧设置, 连接件对应面板拐角处呈 U形圓弧结构的卡夹, 该卡夹夹设 于相邻两侧板间而置于面板拐角处端面上。
10、 如权利要求 5所述的纸质包装盒, 其中, 所述面板拐角处为圓弧 设置, 连接件对应面板拐角处为圓弧形的连接片, 其两侧上设有卡扣, 侧 板两侧对应设有卡槽, 通过卡扣及卡槽的配合将相邻两侧板连接在一起, 该卡扣与卡槽为互补形状, 其为圓形、 橢圓形或多边形。
