本发明提供使用上述方法制作的可折叠包装盒, 其包括: 包括: 一基 板、 一对安装于基板上的侧板, 所述基板包括外层纸、 内层纸、 及设于外 层纸与内层纸之间的基板芯板, 基板芯板设置数道凹槽对应形成依次连接 的第一端板、 底板、 第二端板、 盖板及扣板, 第一与第二端板的规格实质 相同, 底板与盖板的规格实质相同, 该对侧板分别安装在底板的相对两侧 上。
本发明的有益效果: 通过改进侧板与基板的制作方法, 尤其是在芯板 开槽之前在平面内裱糊外层纸, 且以喷漆或设置端面纸的方式来装饰基板 边缘, 使得制作流程更筒单, 极大的提高生产效率, 侧板与基板分离式的 制作方法能够在一定程度上节约原料, 降低生产成本; 使用本发明方法制 作的可折叠包装盒, 可重复折叠, 有利于重复使用, 且其采用分体式设 计, 可充分利用纸板材料, 避免浪费, 从而能够有效的节约成本, 且其纸 板采用裱糊的方式制成, 可方便设置纸板内外表面的图案或颜色, 从而提 高包装盒的美感与档次。

结合图 1-6所示, 本发明可折叠包装盒制作方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 1 , 制作侧板 20。
步骤 1 包括步骤 1.1 , 提供外表面裱糊有表层纸 21的具有预定形状的 侧板芯板 22。 这一步骤的实现可以有两种方式: 一是先将侧板芯板裁切成 具有预定的外形, 然后在外表面上裱糊对应形状的表层纸; 二是先将表层 纸裱糊在侧板芯板材料上, 然后裁切该侧板芯板材料形成预定的外形。 本 发明的这一步骤是在平面内裱糊表层纸, 且是在一个结构完好的侧板芯板 上裱糊, 操作非常筒单方便, 效率高。 该侧板芯板为一般的复合纸板, 该 复合纸板既具有一定强度与韧度, 可以承载一定重量的物品, 且其价格低 廉, 有利于节省制造成本。 该表层纸上可依需要印刷有图案或文字等。 步 骤 1.2, 在侧板芯板内表面开设数道凹槽, 裱糊里层纸, 将侧板芯板制成 彼此间可相互弯折的一基部 25、 两连接部 26与一安装部 27。
做为一个选择性实施例, 步骤 1.2可以是, 依预定侧板 20的规格分别 在侧板芯板内表面开设两道平行的第一凹槽、 一道实质垂直相交于该两道 第一 槽中部的第二 槽、 及一道平行于第二 槽且靠近两第一 槽同一 侧的端部的第三凹槽, 沿该第二凹槽对折侧板芯板且将其用胶复合, 形成 一在两第一凹槽之间的基部 25、 在两第一凹槽远离基部一侧的两连接部 26、 及在第三凹槽远离基部 25 —侧的安装部 27。 第一凹槽与第三凹槽均 用于形成折叠线以便于该 槽两边的部分相对的弯折, 其形状与大小不 限, 以能实现折叠功能为准, 在其它实施例中, 也可开设多道凹槽也实现 同样的功能。 第一、 第二及第三凹槽之间的间隔依包装盒的规格预先设定 好。 在该选择性实施例的步骤 1.2中, 不需要裱里层纸, 效率更高。
步骤 2, 制作基板 10。 步骤 2 包括步骤 2.1 , 提供外表面裱糊有外层 纸 11 的具有预定形状的基板芯板 12。 这一步骤的实现可以有两种方式: 一是先将基板芯板裁切成预定的外形, 然后在外表面上裱糊对应形状的外 层纸; 二是先将外层纸裱糊在基板芯板材料上, 然后裁切该基板芯板材料 形成预定外形的基板芯板。 本发明的这一步骤是在平面内裱糊外层纸, 且 是在一个结构完好的基板芯板上裱糊, 操作非常筒单方便, 效率高。 尤其 是对于基板芯板的边缘有曲线或其它不规则线条时, 这一步骤也可很容易 实现。 该基板芯板为一般的复合纸板, 该复合纸板既具有一定强度与韧 度, 可以承载一定重量的物品, 且其价格低廉, 有利于节省制造成本。 该 外层纸上可依需要印刷有图案或文字等。
步骤 2.2, 对基板芯板边缘设置保护层。 在本实施例中, 对基板芯板 边缘喷漆, 形成漆层以增加其装饰效果, 且保护基板 10 边缘的断面。 该 漆层可与外层纸相同的颜色。 由于喷漆时可以成批的基板芯板一起喷, 因 而, 以喷漆的方式可避免现有技术中分别对每个基板芯板用外层纸裱糊包 边所带来的操作不便, 尤其是基板芯板边缘为非直线状时, 包边裱糊效率 更低, 因此, 采用喷漆方式可大大提高生产效率。 做为一个选择性实施 例, 也可以对基板芯板边缘裱糊端面纸, 以形成保护层。
步骤 2.3 , 依预定包装盒的形状在基板芯板内表面开设数道平行的基 板 槽 122 以分别形成数道基板的折叠线, 在本实施例中一共开了四道平 行的基板凹槽 122, 凹槽的间隔依包装盒的形状而定, 从而形成第一端板 15、 底板 16、 第二端板 17、 盖板 18 及扣板 19。 所述第一与第二端板 15、 17 的规格实质相同, 底板 16 与盖板 18 的规格实质相同。 基板凹槽 122 的形状与大小不限, 以能实现折叠功能为准, 在其它实施例中, 也可 开设多道凹槽也实现同样的功能。 该基板凹槽 122的形状优选为 V形槽或 U形槽。
步骤 3 , 将一对侧板 20连接在基板 10的底板 16两侧上。 本步骤通过 胶将侧板 20的安装部 27粘接在底板 16的两侧上, 且该两安装部 27在底 板 16的两侧边缘内。
步骤 4, 在基板芯板内表面裱糊内层纸 13 , 且该内层纸紧贴基板凹槽 122的侧壁。 该内层纸厚度较薄, 其小于外层纸的厚度, 以利于基板 10的 各部分的可折叠性。 做为一种选择性实施例, 基板芯板内表面仅部分裱糊 内层纸以节约成本, 例如可以只对形成盖板 18与扣板 19的基板芯板裱糊 内层纸。
步骤 5 , 制作固定板 30。 提供一预定形状的较薄且较硬的纸板, 依包 装盒的规格在其上设置两道平行的折叠线, 从而形成依次连接的安装部 32、 第一与第二抵靠部 34、 36。 步骤 5可采用现有技术。
步骤 6, 将两固定板 30分别组装在基板 10的第一与第二端板 15、 17 上, 从而制得成品可折叠包装盒。 步骤 6可采用现有技术。
为^ ^板 10的扣板 19可扣合在第一端板 15上, 该扣板 19与该对应 的第一端板 15 可分别对应设有磁铁或魔术贴, 并利用该磁铁或魔术贴使 扣板 28 紧贴第一端板 15。 磁铁与魔术贴的设置方式可采用现有的方法插 入前述的步骤中, 例如在步骤 2.3后, 增加步骤 2.4, 分别在第一端板 15 与扣板 19上对应设置磁铁, 或者在步骤 4后分别在第一端板 15与扣板 19 上对应设置魔术贴。
作为一种选择性实施例, 侧板 20的安装部 27可以直接固定在底板 16 的内层纸上, 因此, 省略原步骤 3 , 在步骤 4之后, 增加一个步骤, 将侧 板 20的安装部 27可以直接固定在底板 25的内层纸上。
本发明可折叠包装盒制作方法的各个步骤可以依需要调整顺序, 例如 步骤 5可以提前实施等。
如图 2-6 所示, 本发明制作方法制得的一实施例的可折叠包装盒, 包 括: 一基板 10、 一对安装于基板 10上的侧板 20、 及一对安装于基板 10 上的固定板 30; 所述基板 10 包括外层纸 11、 内层纸 13、 及设于外层纸 11与内层纸 13之间的基板芯板 12。 该基板 10、 侧板 20及固定板 30可折 叠在一平面内以便于运输或储存, 在组装该包装盒时, 通过该固定板 30 可将侧板 20固定于基板 10上。
所述基板 10 对应基板芯板 12 形成依次连接的第一端板 15、 底板
16、 第二端板 17、 盖板 18及扣板 19, 其相邻之间设有基板凹槽 122, 该 基板凹槽 122为 V形或 U形凹槽。 第一与第二端板 15、 17的规格实质相 同, 底板 16 与盖板 18 的规格实质相同。 扣板 19可扣合在第一端板 15 上。 在本实施例中, 该扣板 19与该对应的第一端板 15分别对应设有磁铁 或魔术贴 (未图示) , 并利用该磁铁或魔术贴使扣板 19 紧贴第一端板 15。 特别地, 在该基板芯板外周缘端面上均贴覆有一层保护层 14, 其可为 端面纸或漆层, 可以防止基板 10 外周缘端面处的分裂, 对端面予以保 护, 不仅增强了包装盒的耐用性, 且该制作过程筒单快捷, 极大的提高了 该包装盒的生产效率。 侧板 20包括表层纸 21、 里层纸 23、 及设于表层纸与里层纸之间的侧 板芯板 22。 该侧板芯板 22贴于表层纸 21上, 侧板对应侧板芯板形成一基 部、 设于基部相对两端的连接部, 侧板还包括设于基部一侧的安装部, 该 安装部由表层纸与里层纸贴合形成。 两侧板 20的安装部 27分别固定于基 板 10的底板 16的两侧上。 该基部 25的长度与基板 10的底板 16宽度实 质相同, 基部 25的宽度与第一与第二端板 15、 17的宽度实质相同。
侧板的安装部 27设置于基板 10的底板 16的外层纸 11与内层纸 13 之间, 通过双面粘接, 增加其连接的牢靠性, 且可避免安装部 27 露置于 底板 16上, 增加其美感。
固定板 30 包括第一抵靠部 31、 连接第一抵靠部 31 的第二抵靠部
33、 及相对第二抵靠部 33连接在第一抵靠部 31的连接部 35。 第一抵靠部 31与第二抵靠部 33及连接部 35之间分别设有折叠线(未标号 ) 。 折叠线 的设置可采用现有技术来设置。 两固定板 30的连接部 35分别设于第一与 第二端板 15、 17远离底板 16的侧边上。 第一抵靠部 31 的长度与安装于 底板 16上的侧板 20的基部 25之间的距离实质相同。 第一抵靠部 31的宽 度恰可使第二抵靠部 33抵靠于底板 16的内表面上, 且可产生轻微的干涉 配合。
本发明的可折叠包装盒, 于仓储与运输过程中可以节省占用的空间, 从而利于降低运输成本, 在使用时, 只需将两侧板 10 分别向上弯折, 使 基部 12与基板 20的底板 25垂直, 再将该四个连接部 14都向内弯折, 使 该连接部 14 与基部 12 及底板 25 都垂直, 然后分别将第一与第二端板 24、 26 向上弯折, 分别使其贴着该四个连接部 14, 接着分别将固定板 30 向下、 向外弯折, 使第一抵靠部 34分别贴着该四个连接部 14的内表面, 第二抵靠部 36贴着底板 25内表面, 并利用该第一、 第二抵靠部与基部 12 及底板 25的干涉配合分别将第一与第二端板与侧板 10固定连接在一起, 从而形成了一个呈长方体状的盒子。
在运输该可折叠包装盒的时候, 可将基板 10、 侧板 20、 固定板 30折 叠到同一平面上, 显著的减小了产品体积, 运输效率高, 且可避免盒子被 压破或压扁。
如图 7 - 9 所示, 其为本发明另一个实施例制作出来的可折叠包装 盒, 本发明的制作方法中可以不需制作固定板, 而将侧板做成一个可相互 连接组合的侧板, 例如在侧板的连接部上分别设有卡槽与卡扣, 从而通过 卡槽与卡扣的配合与底板共同形成盒体, 从而得到本发明的可折叠包装 盒。 具体地说, 该实施例的可折叠包装盒, 包括: 一基板 10、 一对安装于 基板 10上的侧板 20,, 该基板 10、 侧板 20,可折叠在一平面内。 所述侧板 20,包括表层纸 21,、 内层纸 23,、 及设于表层纸 21,与内层纸 23,之间的侧 板芯板 22,, 该侧板芯板 22,贴于表层纸 21,上, 侧板 20,对应侧板芯板 22' 形成一基部 25,、 设于基部 25,相对两端的连接部 26,, 侧板 20,还包括设于 基部 25,一侧的安装部 27,, 该安装部 27,由表层纸 21,与里层纸 23,贴合形 成。 本实施例不同上述实施例的是: 其中一侧板 20,的两连接部 26,上设有 卡槽 262,, 另一侧板 20,的两连接部 26,上设有与该卡槽 262,相对应的卡扣 264' , 通过卡槽 262'与卡扣 264'的配合将侧板 20'的连接部 26'连接形成侧 壁, 其中, 该卡槽 262,与卡扣 264,为互补形状, 其可以为圓形、 橢圓形或 多边形。 本实施例的可折叠包装盒不需固定板来固定侧板, 制作更方便快 捷, 且美观。
作为一种选择性实施例, 该连接部 26,上还可分别设有魔术贴, 通过 魔术贴将连接部 26,连接在一起。
综上所述, 通过改进侧板与基板的制作方法, 尤其是在芯板开槽之前 在平面内裱糊外层纸, 且以喷漆的方式来装饰基板边缘, 使得制作流程更 筒单, 极大的提高生产效率, 侧板与基板分离式的制作方法能够在一定程 度上节约原料, 降低生产成本; 使用本发明方法制作的可折叠包装盒, 可 重复折叠, 有利于重复使用, 且其采用分体式设计, 可充分利用纸板材 料, 避免浪费, 从而能够有效的节约成本, 且其纸板采用裱糊的方式制 成, 可方便设置纸板内外表面的图案或颜色, 从而提高包装盒的美感与档 次。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来 说, 可以根据本方面的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变 形, 而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种可折叠包装盒制作方法, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 1 , 制作侧板, 使其具有一基部、 两连接部及一安装部; 步骤 2, 制作基板, 包括:
步骤 2.1 , 提供外表面裱糊有外层纸的具有预定形状的基板芯板; 步骤 2.2, 对基板芯板边缘设置保护层;
步骤 2.3 , 依预定包装盒的形状在基板芯板内表面开设数道平行的基 板凹槽以分别形成数道基板的折叠线, 从而形成第一端板、 底板、 第二端 板、 盖板及扣板;
步骤 3 , 将一对侧板的安装部连接在基板的底板两侧上;
步骤 4, 在基板芯板内表面裱糊内层纸。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的可折叠包装盒制作方法, 还包括:
步骤 5 , 制作固定板;
步骤 6, 将两固定板分别组装在基板的第一端板与第二端板上, 从而 制得成品可折叠包装盒。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的可折叠包装盒制作方法, 其中, 步骤 1 包 括: 步骤 1.1 , 提供外表面裱糊有表层纸的具有预定形状的侧板芯板; 及 步骤 1.2, 在侧板芯板内表面开设数到凹槽, 裱糊里层纸, 将侧板芯板制 成彼此间可相互弯折的一基部、 两连接部与一安装部。
4、 如权利要求 1 所述的可折叠包装盒制作方法, 其中, 步骤 2.3 包 括: 在基板芯板内表面开设四道平行的基板 槽, 形成第一端板、 底板、 第二端板、 盖板及扣板。
5、 如权利要求 1 所述的可折叠包装盒制作方法, 其中, 步骤 1 制作 的侧板的两连接部分别设有可相互配合组装的卡槽与卡扣。
6、 一种使用如权利要求 1 所述方法制作的可折叠包装盒, 包括: 一 基板、 一对安装于基板上的侧板, 所述基板包括外层纸、 内层纸、 及设于 外层纸与内层纸之间的基板芯板, 该基板芯板各外周缘端面上设有保护 层, 基板芯板上设有数道基板凹槽, 从而形成依次连接的第一端板、 底 板、 第二端板、 盖板及扣板, 第一与第二端板的规格实质相同, 底板与盖 板的规格实质相同, 该对侧板分别安装在底板的相对两侧上, 侧板包括表 层纸、 里层纸、 及设于表层纸与里层纸之间的侧板芯板, 侧板对应侧板芯 板形成一基部、 设于基部相对两端的连接部, 侧板还包括设于基部一侧的 安装部, 该安装部由表层纸与里层纸贴合形成, 该基板、 侧板可折叠在一 平面内。
7、 如权利要求 6 所述的可折叠包装盒, 还包括一对安装于基板上的 固定板, 该对固定板分别安装在第一与第二端板远离底板的一侧; 固定板 包括第一抵靠部、 连接第一抵靠部的第二抵靠部、 及相对第二抵靠部连接 在第一抵靠部的连接部, 第一抵靠部与第二抵靠部及连接部之间分别设有 折叠线, 第一抵靠部的长度与安装于底板上的侧板的基部之间的距离实质 相同, 第一抵靠部的宽度恰可使第二抵靠部抵靠于底板的内表面上。
8、 如权利要求 6 所述的可折叠包装盒, 其中, 所述一侧板的两连接 部上设有卡槽, 另一侧板的两连接部上设有卡扣, 通过卡槽与卡扣的配合 将两侧板的连接部连接形成侧壁。
