[32] 图 6a和图 6b分别为第二内芯 2的结构示意图和组装示意图, 如图 6a所示, 第二 内芯 2包括第二内芯底板 20和第二内芯侧板 21, 第二内芯侧板 21由一矩形板材折 叠合围而成, 合围交汇处相互卡口配合、 卡槽配合或坡面配合, 折痕线处分别 开有坡面, 第二内芯底板 20的周边分别设有卡口、 卡槽或坡口, 第二内芯侧板 2 1的底边与第二内芯底板 20周边相适配, 第二内芯底板 20扣盖在折叠拼接后的第 二内芯侧板 21的底面上形成底部封闭的第二内芯 2, 第二内芯侧板 21的合围交汇 处以及第二内芯侧板 21与第二内芯底板 20的交汇处分别设有若干不干胶粘贴 22 , 用于组装吋将第二内芯侧板 21与第二内芯底板 20固定, 不干胶粘贴 22可以为 任意形状, 但以圆形为最佳。
[33] 在第二种实施例中, 第一内芯 1和第二内芯 2是由一块矩形板折叠合围而成, 但 本发明并不限于使用一块矩形板, 也可以釆用多块矩形板折叠拼接而成, 特别 是针对一些较大尺寸的情况。
[34] 另外, 两种实施例中的第一、 第二内芯的结构可以相互组合。
[35] 第一内芯底板 10或者第一内芯侧板 11的中央可以开有矩形、 圆形、 椭圆形或非 规则形状透视窗口, 透明开窗塑片 5封闭该透视窗口。 该透视窗口也可以开在第 二内芯底板 20或第二内芯侧板 21上, 同吋, 本透视窗口并不局限于一个, 可以 为多个分别设置在第一内芯底板 10或者第一内芯侧板 11、 第二内芯底板 20和第 二内芯侧板 21上。 对于开有透视窗口的结构, 第一贴层 3和第二贴层 4上还分别 设有与所述透视窗口相对的部位分别设有与透视窗口形状、 大小相适配的透明 部。
[36] 图 7、 图 8分别为第一贴层 3和第二贴层 4的结构示意图, 如图 7、 图 8所示, 第一 贴层 3和第二贴层 4上分别设有与第一内芯 1和第二内芯 2的各棱边相对的折痕线 , 各侧边上分别设有用于连接折叠后相邻侧面的不干胶包边 15。 其中第一贴层 3 沿其与第一内芯底板 10各棱边相对的折痕线将第一贴层 3的底层切断, 第二贴层
4沿其与第二内芯底板 20各棱边相对的折痕线将第二贴层 4的底层切断。 这样, 在组装吋, 可以首先揭除与第一内芯底板 10和第二内芯底板 20相对底层, 露出 不干胶层, 方便进行定位粘贴。
[37] 图 11〜图 14为不干胶自粘天地盖礼盒的一种实施方式的组合步骤示意图, 在该 实施方式中, 第一内芯 (上盖内芯) 釆用第一种实施例的内芯结构, 第二内芯 (下盖内芯) 釆用第二种实施例的内芯结构。
第一步, 将第一内芯和第二内芯的侧板分别沿折痕线折起, 侧板的交汇处相互 卡口配合、 卡槽配合或坡面配合定位, 第一内芯底板和第二内芯底板分别扣盖 在折叠后的第一内芯侧板和第二内芯侧板上, 并用不干胶粘贴固定;
[39] 第二步, 将第一贴层和第二贴层的内表面向上放置, 撕掉 I部分的底层, 露出 不干胶层, 并将第一内芯和第二内芯的底板与之定位准确后粘结;
[40] 第三步, 将第一贴层和第二贴层的 II部分的底层揭开, 粘贴在第一内芯和第二 内芯的两个相对侧板上;
[41] 第四步, 将第一贴层和第二贴层的 III部分的底层揭开, 粘贴在第一内芯和第二 内芯的另外两个相对侧板上;
[42] 第五步, 撕掉表面装饰物的底层, 露出不干胶层, 并将之分别粘贴在最适合的 内外表面上;
[43] 完成。
[44] 上述实施方式仅以四棱柱形为例进行了说明, 但是, 本实用新型不局限于四棱 柱形, 第一、 第二内芯的横截面可以分别为矩形、 正方形、 正多边形、 圆形、 椭圆形或其他非规则形状。
[45] 本实用新型不局限于上述最佳实施方式, 任何人应该得知在本实用新型的启示 下作出的结构变化, 凡是与本实用新型具有相同或相近的技术方案, 均落入本 实用新型的保护范围之内。

权利要求书
[1] 1、 不干胶自粘天地盖礼盒, 包括相互扣合的第一内芯和第二内芯、 分别覆 盖于第一、 第二内芯外表面上的第一、 第二贴层以及设置在第一、 第二贴 层外表面上的装饰物, 其特征在于所述第一、 第二贴层和装饰物分别为不 干胶复合贴层。
[2] 2、 如权利要求 1所述的不干胶自粘天地盖礼盒, 其特征在于所述第一内芯 和 /或第二内芯分别包括内芯底板和内芯侧板, 内芯侧板呈筒状结构由至少 一块矩形板材沿纵向折叠拼接而成, 内芯底板扣盖在折叠拼接后的内芯侧 板一端形成一端封闭的第一内芯或第二内芯。
[3] 3、 如权利要求 1所述的不干胶自粘天地盖礼盒, 其特征在于所述第一内芯 和 /或第二内芯分别包括内芯底板和与其周边连接的内芯侧板, 内芯底板与 内芯侧板的连接处分别设有折痕线, 内芯侧板沿折痕线折起形成第一内芯 或第二内芯。
[4] 4、 如权利要求 2所述的不干胶自粘天地盖礼盒, 其特征在于所述内芯底板 与内芯侧板相互卡口配合、 卡槽配合或坡面配合。
[5] 5、 如权利要求 4所述的不干胶自粘天地盖礼盒, 其特征在于所述内芯侧板 的折叠处和拼接处分别相互卡口配合、 卡槽配合或坡面配合。
[6] 6、 如权利要求 5所述的不干胶自粘天地盖礼盒, 其特征在于所述内芯侧板 的合围交汇处以及内芯侧板与内芯底板的交汇处分别设有若干不干胶粘贴
[7] 7、 如权利要求 1至 6项任一项权利要求所述的不干胶自粘天地盖礼盒, 其特 征在于所述第一、 第二贴层和装饰物分别包括装饰表层、 不干胶层和可揭 除的底层。
[8] 8、 如权利要求 7所述的天地盖礼盒, 其特征在于所述第一、 第二内芯的横 截面分别为矩形、 正多边形、 圆形或椭圆形。
[9] 9、 如权利要求 8所述的天地盖礼盒, 其特征在于所述第一、 第二贴层上分 别设有与折叠后的第一、 第二内芯各棱边相对的折痕线, 其中第一、 第二 贴层分别沿其与第一、 第二内芯底板各棱边相对的折痕线将第一、 第二贴 层的底层切断。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的天地盖礼盒, 其特征在于所述内芯底板或内芯侧板 中的至少一个上开有矩形、 圆形、 椭圆形或多边形的透视窗口, 所述第一 、 第二贴层上与所述透视窗口相对的部位分别设有与透视窗口形状、 大小 相适配的透明部。
