根据锁的方式不同, 汽车座椅地板锁有传统的勾型锁和钢球式地板锁。 传统 的勾型锬价格便宜,但破坏强度低,锁止间隙大,且地板上需预埋钢丝,费时费力; 钢球式地板锁质量轻, 破坏强度高, 锁在地板支撑板上, 支撑板焊接在车身上, 因 此地板上无需预埋钢丝, 但锁壳体采用车削加工, 因此成本高。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种地扳锁, 其结合了传统勾锁和钢球式地板锁 的优点, 成本低, 容易实现批量化生产。
为实现所述目的, 本实用新型的地板锁, 其特点是, 包括壳体、 两锁舌以及 驱动轴, 该两锁舌可转动地设置在该壳体内,驱动轴的驱动端位于壳体中且驱动轴 可相对壳体上下移动, 驱动轴的驱动端具有两相对的驱动面, 该锁舌具有受控面, 驱动轴与该两锁舌分别构成以所述驱动面和所述受控面为运动副的凸轮机构,锁舌 具有外侧凹陷部以及与受控面相对的内侧凹陷部;在锁定状态下,该两锁舌穿过一 安装部件的孔,驱动轴向下移动预定距离后,驱动轴驱使该两锁舌相对向外扩开而 形成锁定结构,在该锁定结构中,该两锁舌的内侧凹陷部分别和驱动轴的驱动端的 两相对的凸出部配合而形成阻挡两锁舌相对扩开的阻挡结构,外侧凹陷部与该安装 部件的孔的下边缘相配合而形成在锁止状态时且在该地板锁向上移动时迫使两锁 舌相对向外扩开的结构。

所述的地板锁, 其进一步的特点是, 在锁止状态, 该驱动轴的驱动端的前端 面顶住该两锁舌提供的平面, 该平面与驱动轴的驱动端的前端面贴合。
所述的地板锁, 其进一步的特点是, 地板支撑板悍接在车身地板上。
本实用新型的优点是: 通过在主体内的两个锁舌分开和闭合达到与地板支撑 板的锁止和分离,从而结合了传统勾锁和钢球式地板锁的优点,地板支撑板可焊接 在车身地板上, 无需在车身地板上预埋钢丝; 壳体和锁舌可采用冲压工艺制成, 因 此比钢球式地板锁成本低, 容易实现批量化生产。 附图说明

具体实施方式
同时参照图 1至图 6, 地板锁包括壳体 2、 驱动轴 9、 驱动轴弹簧 3、 橡胶弹 簧 4、 锁舌 5以及锁舌弹簧 8。 壳体 2是钣金冲压件。 驱动轴 9从壳体 2的上方插 入, 驱动轴 9的下端位于壳体 2内。 驱动轴弹簧 3套置在驱动轴 9上。 两锁舌 5 通过铆钉 7铆接于壳体 2的下部,且可以铆钉 7为转轴而转动。两锁舌 5之间连接 有锁舌弹簧 8。 橡胶弹簧 4附着于壳体 2上。
如图 3所示, 驱动轴 9具有一驱动端 90, 驱动端 90具有两相对的驱动面 9a、
9b。
如图 4至图 6所示,锁舌 5具有一受控面 5b, 两锁舌 5的受控面 5b分别位于 驱动轴 9的驱动端 90的两侧, 驱动面 9a、 9b分别与两锁舌 5的受控面 5b配合, 驱动面 9a、 9b以及受控面 5b可根据凸轮原理设计,驱动轴 9的向下运动会转换成 锁舌 5绕铆钉 7的转动, 驱动轴 9与两锁舌 5分别构成以驱动面 9a、 9b和受控面 为运动副的凸轮机构。
如图 4所示,锁舌 5还具有一外侧曲面 5f,两锁舌 5的外侧曲面 5f在自然状 态下之间的距离大于地板支撑板 6的孔 60的直径。 如图 5所示, 在锁舌 5插入到 地板支撑板 6的孔 60中时, 孔 60的孔壁 6a、 6b会挤压锁舌 5的外侧曲面 5f, 使 两锁舌 5向内收縮。
如图 6所示, 锁舌 5还具有一外侧凹陷部 5j以及与受控面 5b相对的内侧凹 陷部 5k。 锁舌 5的内侧凹陷部 5k用于和驱动轴 9的驱动端 90的两相对的凸出部 9e、 9f配合, 形成一阻挡两锁舌 5相对扩开的阻挡结构。 外侧凹陷部 5j与地板支 撑板 6的孔 60的下圆周边缘 6d、 6c相配合,形成一在地板锁向上移动时迫使两锁 舌 5相对向外扩开的结构。
地板锁装配到车身和座椅之间, 壳体 2用螺栓联结在座椅下方的支架或滑 轨上, 此时壳体 2的两个平面 2a, 2b (如图 4所示) 与滑轨或座椅的下表面完 全接触。 地板支撑板 6悍接在车身地板上, 该车身地板已预留一个圆孔, 供地 板锁穿过。在地板锁自由状态时锁舌 5在锁舌弹簧 8的作用下收縮在壳体 2内, 两只锁舌的受控面 5b分别顶住驱动轴 9的驱动面 9a, 9b, 驱动轴弹簧 3处于 压缩状态, 提供的弹性力使驱动轴 9顶住两锁舌 5, 但不会使两锁舌 5向外扩 开。
地板锁插入地板支撑板 6的孔 60内, 孔 60的两侧壁 6a, 6b分别接触两 个锁舌的外侧曲面 5a, 由于两外侧曲面 5a之间的距离大于孔 60的两侧壁 6a, 6b的距离 (即孔的直径) , 随着座椅的向下运动两个锁舌将由于孔的侧壁 6a、 6b的挤压而绕铆钉 7转动向壳体 2腔内收缩。驱动轴 9在驱动轴弹簧 3作用下 使驱动面 9c和 9d撑住两只锁舌的受控面 5b。当地板锁的橡胶弹簧 4未接触到 地板支撑板 6时, 两只锁舌 5的外侧曲面 5f ( 5a ) 与孔 60的两侧壁 6a, 6b相 互挤压, 此时锁舌 5同时受到驱动轴 9以及孔 60施加的力, 而既不能向内收 縮也不能向外张开。 当地板锁继续向下运动时, 地板支撑板 6 的上平面 6e顶 住橡胶 4的下平面 4a, 当锁舌 5脱离支撑板 6的孔 60时, 驱动轴 9的驱动面 9c、 9d沿着两只锁舌 5的受控面 5g处推开两锁舌 5, 直到驱动轴的前端面 9g 接触到两只锁舌 5的平面 5h。 此时两只锁舌 5已完全张开, 支撑板 6的孔 60 的下圆周边缘 6c和 6d在橡胶弹簧 4的作用下一直与两只锁舌的外侧凹陷部 5j 接触, 从而达到将座椅锁在车身地板上的目的。 当汽车前撞时, 地板锁的壳体 1 (此时驱动轴 9已被锁止)带着锁舌 6向上运动, 支撑板 6的下圆周边缘 6c, 6d将压迫锁舌的外侧凹陷部 5j处使两只锁舌向壳体 2外张开, 但此时驱动轴 9的凸出部 9e, 9f 将阻档两只锁舌的内侧凹陷部 5k处使其不能向外张开从而 达到固定住座椅的目的。
拉动解锁支架 1向上运动, 从而带动驱动轴 9向上移动, 驱动轴 9的凸出 部 9e和 9f 将推动两只锁舌的内侧凹陷部 5k使锁舌 5绕铆钉 7转动, 从而使 两只锁舌 5的外侧凹陷部 5j处脱离支撑板 6的孔的下圆周边缘 6c和 6d,当驱 动轴 9的驱动面 9e、 9f 与锁舌 5分离后, 两只锁舌 5将在锁舌弹簧 8的作用 下收回到壳体 2内。 随着座椅的继续向上运动, 地板锁完全与支撑板 6分离。 此时可以将座椅翻转。
Claims
1 . 一种地板锁, 其特征在于, 包括壳体、 两锁舌以及驱动轴, 该两锁舌可转 动地设置在该壳体内, 驱动轴的驱动端位于壳体中且驱动轴可相对壳体上下移动, 驱动轴的驱动端具有两相对的驱动面,该锁舌具有受控面,驱动轴与该两锁舌分别 构成以所述驱动面和所述受控面为运动副的凸轮机构,锁舌具有外侧凹陷部以及与 受控面相对的内侧凹陷部; 在锁定状态下, 该两锁舌穿过一安装部件的孔, 驱动轴 向下移动预定距离后,驱动轴驱使该两锁舌相对向外扩开而形成锁定结构,在该锁 定结构中,该两锁舌的内侧凹陷部分别和驱动轴的驱动端的两相对的凸出部配合而 形成阻挡两锁舌相对扩开的阻挡结构,外侧凹陷部与该安装部件的孔的下边缘相配 合而形成在锁止状态时且在该地板锁向上移动时迫使两锁舌相对向外扩开的结构。
