- 前記高低差を設けた毛束のうち、隣り合う一方の毛束の短毛側と、他方の毛束の長毛側とを対向させて、前記他方の毛束の長毛側の毛丈を前記一方の毛束の短毛側の毛丈と同じかそれよりも短くすると共に、前記毛束の先端を平らに切り揃えることによって、前記一方の毛束から前記他方の毛束に向かって前記毛束の先端径が順に小さくなる分布を持たせたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の歯ブラシ。
- 前記ヘッド部の植毛面に、少なくとも3つ以上の前記高低差を設けた毛束によって構成される毛束群が設けられ、
前記毛束群を構成する各毛束の平線の向きは、それぞれの平線の延長線によって1つの囲み領域を区画する方向に設定され、且つ、前記囲み領域の内側には、各毛束の長毛側又は短毛側の何れか一方が配置されると共に、前記毛束の先端を平らに切り揃えることによって、前記囲み領域の内側に向かって前記毛束の先端径が順に大きくなる又は小さくなる分布を持たせたことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の歯ブラシ。 - ヘッド部の植毛面に複数の毛束が植設されてなる歯ブラシの製造方法であって、
毛先に向かって漸次径が細くなるテーパー用毛の毛束を用いて、前記ヘッド部の植毛面に設けられた複数の植毛穴に、平線を挟んで二つ折りにされた前記テーパー用毛の毛束を一端と他端との間で高低差を設けて植設した後に、前記毛束の先端を剪定し、前記ヘッド部の植毛面に植設された毛束の先端径を異ならせることを特徴とする歯ブラシの製造方法。
