- 제 1 항에 있어서, 건강기능식품은 파우치, 음료, 또는 다류 임을 특징으로 하는 건강기능식품.
- 위염, 위궤양 또는 십이지장궤양의 예방 및 개선 기능을 갖는 보라밸리 감자(Solanum tuberosum L. cv. Bora valley)의 전분을 함유하는 식품첨가제.
- 츄잉 껌, 사탕, 과자류 중에서 선택되는 기호성 식품에 제 4 항에 기재된 식품첨가제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위염, 위궤양 또는 십이지장궤양의 예방 및 개선 기능을 갖는 건강기능식품.
- 라면, 생면 등의 면류, 두부, 시리얼, 빵류 중에서 선택되는 식품에 제 4 항에 기재된 식품첨가제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위염, 위궤양 또는 십이지장궤양의 예방 및 개선 기능을 갖는 건강기능식품.
