Abstract

본 발명은, 제1 전극; 제2 전극; 및 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 위치하는 발광층을 포함하는 유기발광소자에 있어서, 상기 유기발광소자는 상기 제1 전극과 접하는 제1의 유기물층 및 상기 제2 전극과 접하는 제2의 유기물층을 더 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2의 유기물층은 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하며, 상기 제2 전극에 접하는 제2의 유기물층과 발광층 사이에 n-형 도펀트를 포함하는 제3의 유기물층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
