[2] 现有的电机中, 其定子线圏绕组的线头与外接电源引线一般通过锡焊的方式连 接导通或者用端子包夹连接并于连接处形成接线端头, 该接线端头通常位于电 机内部, 这种结构存下如下问题: 1) 接线端头并无固定装置将该接线端头定位 , 在电机内部分布混乱, 给安装带来比较大的麻烦, 所以当电机运转吋, 所述 接线端头在在电机内部随意摆动, 存在安全隐患; 2) 且锡焊连接或者端子包夹 连接并不牢固, 接线端头容易松脱; 3) 线圏绕组线头部位通过锡焊连接后, 其 线头部位容易被锡腐蚀或被氧化, 尤其是漆包铝线的线头部位。 目前即使在接 线端头的位置外面套一密封套的结构, 但工序复杂, 密封效果不太理想。
[3] 本发明的目的在于提供一种注塑定子, 其线圏绕组线头与外接电源引线连接处 形成的接线端头在安装槽里面灌封定位方便, 连接牢固, 工序简单, 易于操作 , 且密封性好, 接线端头不易氧化, 使电机里面的布线更加整齐。
[4] 一种注塑定子, 包括定子铁芯、 线圏绕组以及设于定子铁芯端面的端部绝缘板
, 线圏绕组的线头与电源引线连接导通并形成接线端头, 其特征在于: 在端部 绝缘板设置有安装槽, 所述接线端头设于安装槽内, 并用密封胶灌封固定。
[5] 本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点: 1) 线圏绕组线头与外接电源引线连接 处形成的接线端头在安装槽里面灌封定位方便, 连接牢固, 不会被轻易扯断或 松散, 工序简单, 易于操作, 且密封性好, 接线端头不易氧化, 使电机里面的 布线更加整齐, 安全性高。
[6] 在安装槽的上方、 端部绝缘板上设置灌封槽, 灌封槽与安装槽之间设置导流口
, 密封胶从灌封槽内注入并经过导流口进入安装槽内将接线端头密封。 灌封方 便, 易于操作。
[7] 在安装槽的旁边、 端部绝缘板上设置溢流槽, 安装槽中多余密封胶从溢流口流 入溢流槽, 不必担心胶水外溢, 保证安装槽内的接线端头被胶水充分密封。
[8] 所述的安装槽的形状是中间窄, 两头宽, 使接线端头牢固定位, 被易被拔出, 不会被轻易扯断或松散。
[9] 所述端部绝缘板上设有线头挂线柱, 所述线圏绕组的线头在与电源弓 I线连接灌 封前绕设在该线头挂线柱上, 当与外接电源引线连接吋, 方便寻找线头, 使用 非常方便。

[12] 所述绕组可以是漆包铜线或漆包铝线, 绕组选材范围广。
[13] 所述漆包铜线或漆包铝线通过专用端子与所述电源引线连接, 该专用端子内部 设有尖刃部以刺破漆包铜线或漆包铝线上的漆皮, 使漆包铜线或漆包铝线与电 源引线导通, 避免去除漆包铜线或漆包铝线上的漆皮, 简化工序。
[14] 所述定子铁芯和端部绝缘板上设有相互对应的安装孔, 安装孔内设有嵌入式弹 性钢套, 安装吋, 螺钉与弹性钢套紧密接触, 确保安装方便、 定位准确, 还起 到一定的减震作用, 有效承接轴向锁紧力, 防止端部绝缘板受锁紧变形或断裂

芯 1端面的端部绝缘板 3, 所述定子铁芯 1侧壁往外凸设有若干个齿 4, 相邻两个 齿之间形成嵌线槽 5, 线圏绕组 2嵌在嵌线槽 5里并绕在齿 4上, 线圏绕组 2的线头 与电源引线 6连接导通并形成接线端头 7, 所述端部绝缘板 3上设有灌封槽 8、 安 装槽 9以及溢流槽 10, 安装槽 9与灌封槽 8之间设有密封胶导流口 11, 安装槽 9与 溢流槽 10之间设有密封胶溢流口 12,所述接线端头 7设于安装槽 9内, 密封胶从灌 封槽 8内注入并经过导流口 11进入安装槽 9内将接线端头 7密封, 多余密封胶从溢 流口 12流入溢流槽 10。 所述端部绝缘板 3上还设有线头挂线柱 17, 线头挂线柱 17 上设有挂钩, 该挂钩呈伞状或尖嘴帽形, 所述线圏绕组 2的线头在与电源引线 6 连接灌封前绕设在该线头挂线柱 17上。
[21] 所述端部绝缘板 3上还设有若干个挂线柱 13, 同相绕组从一个齿部到另一个齿 部之间的过渡线悬挂在挂线柱 13上, 所述若干个挂线柱中的任意一个挂线柱上 设有标记槽 14, 防止绕线吋出错, 便于操作和检验。 所述绕组 2是由漆包铝线制 成的, 所述漆包铝线通过专用端子与所述电源引线 6连接, 该专用端子内部设有 尖刃部以刺破漆包铝线上的漆皮, 使漆包铝线与电源弓 I线 6导通。
