Abstract

본 발명은 L-메치오닌 및 유기산 생산 효율을 증진시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 메치오닌 전구체인 O-아세틸 호모세린 또는 O-숙시닐 호모세린, 및 메치오닌 전환 활성을 가진 효소에 적정한 비율로 혼합된 메칠머캅탄과 디메칠설파이드의 혼합물을 첨가하여 효소 반응을 수행함으로써 L-메치오닌 전구체로부터 L-메치오닌 및 유기산의 전환율을 향상시켜 종래 방법에 비하여 높은 수율로 L-메치오닌을 생산할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
