Abstract

본 발명은 바실러스 서큘란스 (Bacillus circulans) 유래 베타갈락토시다제 II, 이를 코딩하는 유전자, 상기 유전자를 함유하는 재조합 벡터, 상기 유전자 또는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 재조합 미생물, 상기 재조합 미생물을 이용한 베타-갈락토시다제 II의 제조방법 및 상기 베타-갈락토시다제 II를 이용한 갈락토올리고당의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 바실러스 서큘란스 유래 베타-갈락토시다제 II 및 이를 코딩하는 유전자를 이용하여 베타-갈락토시다제 중 당 전이 활성이 우수한 베타-갈락토시다제 II를 생산함으로써, 갈락토올리고당의 효율적인 대량 생산이 가능함으로 유용하다.
