Description

Elevator hall announcement device
This invention relates to an elevator hall announcement device.
A conventional elevator hall announcement device has a plurality of elevators that service multiple floors, and in a group management elevator that assigns elevators that respond to generated hall calls, the elevator assigned by the guidance display device In addition, a voice guidance device is provided at the landing on each floor, and the assigned elevator identification method (that is, the assigned elevator display method by the guidance display device, for example, the guidance display device as a guidance indicator lamp). When the lighting color of this guidance indicator is different between the ascending assignment and the descending assignment, there is a known information broadcasting (announcement) of guidance on the correspondence between the elevator operation direction and the lighting color. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
In addition, conventionally, an elevator hall announcement device that notifies the waiting passengers by announcement of switching of the elevator operation mode (for example, normal operation or VIP operation which is a priority call on a specific floor) or forced passing, etc. It is known (see, for example, Patent Document 2). This is because the announcement mode determination command unit changes the announcement mode corresponding to the switched operation mode when the elevator is operated by switching to a certain operation mode (for example, switching from normal operation to VIP operation). The voice synthesizer that selects and outputs it, synthesizes the corresponding announcement message, and at the same time, the speaker switching unit outputs the speaker corresponding to the announcement mode from the announcement mode determination command unit according to the installation location. The message is selected and switched to output the announcement message synthesized by the speech synthesizer. In this way, according to the switching of the elevator operation mode, a landing on a specific floor requiring guidance is selected, and an announcement is made to the user there.

In general, when an earthquake larger than a certain scale occurs in an elevator, operation is suspended for safety confirmation. Further, when it is confirmed that there is no hindrance to the operation of the elevator by the subsequent confirmation operation or the like, the elevator is often automatically restored. Here, in a group management elevator that manages multiple elevators as a group and efficiently controls the movement according to the usage status of the user, it is impossible for the group to provide services to the group. This is a case where all elevators belonging to the group stop, while at least one of the elevators belonging to the group can be operated without stopping or can be serviced to the user if the state is restored. There are various circumstances.
However, in any of the conventional elevator landing announcement devices shown in the above-mentioned patent documents, the group management elevator does not consider the case where an earthquake or the like occurs and the operation is stopped. There is a problem that it is not possible to make an appropriate operation stop announcement in consideration of the circumstances specific to the management elevator and the location of the user waiting for the landing call.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and in a group management elevator, when an elevator is shut down during an earthquake or the like, an appropriate announcement is made to a user at a landing The elevator hall announcement device that can be used.
With regard to the elevator hall announcement device according to the present invention, in a group management elevator that manages a plurality of elevators as a group and dispatches the plurality of elevators to a plurality of floors, each floor of the plurality of elevators A voice guidance speaker that provides voice guidance to a user at the hall and an elevator belonging to the one group when all elevators belonging to the group are suspended. Output.
Then, each unit control panel of the first unit control panel 7a and the second unit control panel 7b controls the operation of the elevator of each unit based on the operation command from the group management device 9.
In addition, the group management device 9 uses a landing when an earthquake detector (not shown) provided in the group detects an occurrence of an earthquake of a predetermined size or more and all elevators belonging to the group are in operation stop. Control to announce to that effect.
In order to make this announcement, hall call button operation floor detection means 10 is provided inside the group management device 9. The hall call button operation floor detection means 10 monitors the operation status of the hall call button 8 provided at each floor hall of the first car through the first machine control panel 7a, and the hall call button 8 Is detected by the user, and the floor on which the hall call button 8 on which the operation is performed is detected.
This detection result is output to the voice guidance floor determination means 11 that is also provided in the group management device 9.
The voice guidance floor determining means 11 is configured such that the elevator pauses the floor where the hall call button 8 operated by the user is installed based on the information output from the hall call button operation floor detection means 10. It is set as a floor to be subjected to voice guidance to the effect.
And the voice guidance machine determination means 12 provided in the said group management apparatus 9 determines the target machine which performs the voice guidance to the effect that the elevator has stopped based on a predetermined rule.
Here, the predetermined rule is that when there are N elevators belonging to the group, where N is a natural number, that is, in the order of No. 1, No. 2 and No. N, there is one voice guidance target No. in the order of this No. It is to change the order one by one.
Here, specifically, for example, when the number of the unit that performed the voice guidance when the hall call button 8 on the same floor as the floor operated this time is operated last time, is the first voice guidance object. If the second unit is the next unit, and the landing call button 8 on the same floor as the floor operated this time is operated last time, and the unit that performed the voice guidance is the second unit, the current voice guidance The target unit will be the following Unit 3. In this way, the (N-1) number is the number N, and when the number reaches the number N, the next voice guidance target number is returned to the first number 1.
Here, since the number of elevators belonging to the group is two (that is, N = 2), the next to Unit 1 is Unit 2, and the next to Unit 2 is the target unit for voice guidance alternately with Unit 1. Become.
The voice guidance machine determining means 12 stores the machine that performed voice guidance to the effect that the elevator was stopped last time, and based on the stored machine, the next machine is determined as the machine that will perform voice guidance this time. Then, after the voice guidance is implemented, the implemented number is stored for the next voice guidance target machine determination.
The suspension guidance forced selection means 13 in FIG. 1 is necessary in the second embodiment to be described later, and is not necessary in the first embodiment described here.
In this embodiment, the hall announcement device operates according to a series of flows shown in FIG.
First, when an earthquake of a predetermined magnitude or larger is detected by the earthquake detector, an earthquake detector signal is input to all elevators belonging to the group (step S1), and this earthquake detection signal is received. All elevators belonging to the group shift to the control operation at the time of the earthquake and are suspended, and when all elevators belonging to the group are suspended, the process proceeds to step S3 (step S2).
In addition, this step S2 comprises the operation stop detection means which detects that all the elevators which belong to the said group became operation stop here.
In step S3, the hall call button operation floor detection means 10 of the group management device 9 confirms whether any of the hall call buttons 8 on each floor has been operated by a user. In this confirmation, if it is confirmed by the user that any one of the hall call buttons 8 has been operated, the hall call button operation floor detection means 10 detects the hall call button 8 operated by the user. Information on a certain floor is output to the voice guidance floor determination means 11 and the process proceeds to the next step S4.
On the other hand, if it is not confirmed by the user that any one of the hall call buttons 8 has been operated, the confirmation in step S3 is repeated until an operation of the hall call button 8 by the user is detected.
In step S4, the voice guidance floor of the group management device 9 is based on the information about the floor where the hall call button 8 operated by the user is output from the hall call button operation floor detection means 10. The determining means 11 determines the floor on which the hall call button 8 operated by the user is provided as a floor for performing voice guidance.
Then, in the following step S5, the voice guidance machine determining means 12 confirms whether or not the elevator machine that was previously voiced to stop is the first machine based on the information stored in itself. I do.
In this confirmation, if it is confirmed that the elevator number where the previous voice guidance was performed is No. 1, the process proceeds to Step S6, and the voice guidance number determination means 12 determines No. 2 as the voice guidance target number. Then, a stop guidance command is output to the unit control panel 7b of the second unit so as to perform voice guidance to the effect that the elevator is stopped.
The second unit control panel 7b that has received this stop guidance command is used for the second unit voice guidance installed on the floor to be subjected to voice guidance determined by the voice guidance floor determination means 11 in step S4. A command is issued to the speaker 6b to announce that all elevators belonging to the group are out of service due to the occurrence of an earthquake.
On the other hand, in the confirmation in step S5, when it is confirmed that the elevator unit that was previously voice-guided is not the first unit, that is, when it is confirmed that the elevator unit that was previously voice-spoken is the second unit In step S7, the voice guidance machine determining means 12 decides the first car as the voice guidance target car, and gives voice guidance that the elevator is stopped to the first machine control panel 7a. A pause guidance command is output as is done.
The unit control panel 7a of the first unit that has received this stop guidance command is used for the first unit voice guidance installed on the floor to be subjected to the voice guidance determined by the voice guidance floor determination means 11 in step S4. A command is issued to the speaker 6a to announce that all elevators belonging to the group are out of service due to the occurrence of an earthquake.
In the elevator hall announcement device configured as described above, the operation stop detection means detects that all elevators belonging to one group are in operation stop, and when this detection is made, By using the voice guidance speaker provided at the elevator hall belonging to the group to provide voice guidance that all elevators belonging to this group have been out of service, the elevator in the event of an earthquake in the group management elevator When the operation is suspended, an appropriate announcement can be made to the user at the hall.
Further, the hall call button operation floor detecting means detects the floor call button operated and the floor provided with the corresponding hall call button, and the hall call button operation floor detecting means detects the floor. The floor where the operated hall call button is provided is determined by the voice guidance floor determination means as the voice guidance target floor, and when all elevators belonging to one group are suspended, the floor button operation floor When it is detected by the detection means that the hall call button has been operated, all the elevators belonging to this group are connected to the voice guidance speaker provided on the floor of the floor to which the voice guidance of elevators belonging to this group belongs. Let the passengers of the hall use the elevator of the group that was suspended by giving voice guidance to the effect that has been suspended In appropriate timing that it has, and can be a shutdown announcement toward only the landing floor which are of the user.
In group management elevators, a hall call button for one group is often shared, so it is unclear which unit the user who operated the hall call button is going to use. The number of elevators that perform voice guidance is sequentially selected from a plurality of elevators belonging to this group by the determining means and determined as voice guidance target cars, and all elevators belonging to this group are suspended. In this case, the voice guidance speaker provided at the landing of the voice guidance target unit is made to give voice guidance to the effect that all elevators belonging to this one group are out of service. It is possible to make an announcement of suspension of operation.
Embodiment 2. FIG.
1 and 3 relate to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing the overall configuration of an elevator hall announcement device, and FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the operation of the elevator hall announcement device. is there.
In addition to the configuration of the first embodiment described above, the second embodiment described here is not limited to the case where all elevators belonging to the group stop operating as in the case of an earthquake-controlled operation at the time of an earthquake. When the operation of the landing announcement device is confirmed during maintenance work, for example, when a predetermined operation is performed by a maintenance operator or the like, for example, when a predetermined operation is performed by a maintenance worker. An announcement that all elevators belonging to the group have stopped operating is made.
That is, the group management device 9 determines whether or not a predetermined stop guidance forced selection condition is satisfied. If the stop guidance forced selection condition is satisfied, all elevators belonging to the group are determined. Is provided with forcible guidance forcible selection means 13 for forcibly making an announcement that the operation has been suspended, and the other configuration is the same as in the first embodiment.
Here, the suspension guidance forced selection condition will be described, for example, during maintenance work.
When carrying out maintenance work for the hall announcement device during periodic inspections, it may be necessary to check whether the hall announcement device operates normally after the maintenance work. In such a case, it is not the situation that all elevators belonging to the group have been suspended due to the seismic control operation as described in the first embodiment, but the hall announcement device appropriately performs the hall announcement. It is necessary to make it actually operate in order to confirm whether it is performed.
Therefore, regardless of whether or not the elevator belonging to the group is in the operation stop state, the condition for forcibly making an announcement that all the elevators belonging to the group have stopped operating is the stop guidance forced selection condition. Here, for example, it is assumed that a predetermined operation is performed on an elevator belonging to the group by a maintenance worker or the like. Further, here, as this predetermined operation, for example, an operation of simultaneously pressing and holding both the upward button and the downward button of the hall call button 8 installed on the first floor for a predetermined time (the above-mentioned operation) The building has an underground floor where the elevator stops).
The suspension guidance forced selection means 13 determines that the suspension guidance forced selection condition is satisfied when the predetermined operation is performed, and forcibly announces that all elevators belonging to the group have been suspended. Let it be done.
Note that the suspension guidance forced selection condition is a more complicated condition, for example, when the maintenance work is taken again, the target elevator is set to a maintenance work mode dedicated to maintenance work different from the normal operation mode during the maintenance work. In consideration of the fact that there are many cases in general, it is also possible that the elevator is in the maintenance work mode and the predetermined operation is performed.
In this embodiment, the hall announcement device operates according to a series of flows shown in FIG.
First, in step S11, the suspension guidance forced selection means 13 of the group management device 9 checks whether or not the suspension guidance forced selection condition is satisfied. Specifically, a predetermined operation is performed on the elevator belonging to the group by a maintenance worker or the like, that is, both the upward button and the downward button of the hall call button 8 installed on the first floor are simultaneously determined. It is confirmed whether or not an operation of pressing for a long time has been performed.
If it is confirmed in step S11 that the suspension guidance forced selection condition is satisfied, the operation proceeds to step S12.
On the other hand, if it is not confirmed that the suspension guidance forced selection condition is satisfied, the confirmation in step S11 is repeated until it is confirmed that the suspension guidance forced selection condition is satisfied.
In step S12, the hall call button operation floor detection means 10 of the group management device 9 checks whether any of the hall call buttons 8 on each floor has been operated by a user. In this confirmation, when it is confirmed that any one of the hall call buttons 8 is operated by the user, the hall call button operation floor detecting means 10 detects the hall call button 8 operated by the user. Information about a certain floor is output to the voice guidance floor determination means 11 and the process proceeds to the next step S13.
On the other hand, if it is not confirmed by the user that any one of the hall call buttons 8 has been operated, the confirmation in step S12 is repeated until an operation of the hall call button 8 by the user is detected.
In step S13, based on the information about the floor where the hall call button 8 operated by the user is output from the hall call button operation floor detection means 10, the voice guidance floor of the group management device 9 is used. The determining means 11 determines the floor on which the hall call button 8 operated by the user is provided as a floor for performing voice guidance.
Then, in the subsequent step S14, the voice guidance machine determining means 12 confirms based on the information stored in itself whether or not the elevator machine that was previously voiced to stop is the first machine. I do.
In this confirmation, if it is confirmed that the elevator number for which the previous voice guidance was performed is No. 1, the process proceeds to step S15, and the voice guidance number determining means 12 determines No. 2 as the voice guidance target number. Then, a stop guidance command is output to the unit control panel 7b of the second unit so as to perform voice guidance to the effect that the elevator is stopped.
Then, the second unit control panel 7b that has received this stop guidance command is used for the second unit voice guidance installed on the floor to be subjected to voice guidance determined by the voice guidance floor determination means 11 in step S13. A command is issued to the speaker 6b to announce that all elevators belonging to the group are out of operation.
On the other hand, in the confirmation in step S14, when it is confirmed that the elevator unit that was previously voice-guided is not the first unit, that is, when it is confirmed that the elevator unit that was previously voice-voiced is the second unit In step S16, the voice guidance machine determining means 12 determines the first car as the voice guidance target car and gives voice guidance that the elevator is stopped to the car control panel 7a of the first car. A pause guidance command is output as is done.
The unit control panel 7a of the first unit that has received this suspension guidance command is used for the first unit voice guidance installed on the floor to be subjected to the voice guidance determined by the voice guidance floor determination means 11 in step S13. A command is issued to the speaker 6a to announce that all elevators belonging to the group are out of operation.
In addition, the example in the case where voice guidance is forcibly selected for operation confirmation at the time of maintenance work has been described above. However, as another example, after the occurrence of a fire is detected by a fire alarm or the like, When an administrator of the elevator performs a predetermined operation, it may be possible to forcibly announce that all elevators belonging to the group have stopped operating.
In other words, fire detectors such as fire alarms and smoke detectors (not shown) that detect the occurrence of fire are installed on each floor of the building where the elevator belonging to the group is installed. When occurrence is detected, the elevator belonging to the group is switched to a so-called fire control operation. The fire occurrence detection information by the fire detection means is also notified to a disaster prevention center (not shown) in the building.
In the fire control operation, the elevator belonging to the group performs a reciprocating operation between the rescue floor and other floors where a fire is not detected and can be safely evacuated and rescued.
In all elevator units belonging to the group, when the rescue on the rescue floor is completed, a predetermined operation is performed on the elevators belonging to the group by an administrator or a responsible person. Here, the predetermined operation is, for example, an operation of simultaneously pressing and holding both the upward button and the downward button of the hall call button 8 installed on the first floor for a predetermined time.
In this case, the suspension guidance forced selection means 13 determines that the suspension guidance forced selection condition is satisfied when the predetermined operation is performed after the occurrence of a fire, and all elevators belonging to the group are operated. Force the announcement to be suspended.
Therefore, in this case, step S11 in the flow chart of FIG. 3 is specifically detected by the fire detection means, and the rescue operation on the rescue floor is completed for all elevator cars belonging to the group, It is said that a manager or a manager or the like performs a predetermined operation on an elevator belonging to the group, that is, simultaneously presses both the up and down buttons of the hall call button 8 installed on the first floor for a predetermined time. It will be confirmed whether or not an operation has been performed. Other operation steps are the same as in the maintenance operation described above.
In the elevator hall announcement device configured as described above, in addition to being able to achieve the same effects as those of the first embodiment, all elevators belonging to one group are not in operation suspension. Even if it is detected by the suspension guidance forced selection means that the predetermined suspension guidance forced selection condition is satisfied, the voice guidance speaker provided at the elevator hall belonging to the one group is connected to the one group. For example, when it is necessary to check whether the landing announcement device is operating normally during maintenance work, etc., by giving voice guidance to the effect that all elevators belonging to The hall announcement device can be operated regardless of whether or not the elevator belonging to the group is in the operation suspension state. It is for convenience.
Also, as another example, it is possible to provide appropriate voice guidance to the user at the hall in situations where the user does not want to use the elevator, such as after rescue is completed in the event of a fire.
The present invention can be used for an elevator hall announcement device for making an announcement to the hall user when the elevator is stopped.
