Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an elevator rescue operation system that performs a rescue operation using an elevator of each unit when a disaster such as a fire occurs in a building.
With the recent rise of buildings, the elevator plays an indispensable role as a means of moving the building vertically. Elevators also play an important role for people with physical disabilities, such as wheelchair users, to move from floor to floor.
Here, in the event of a fire, there is currently an operation such as stopping the operation after traveling the elevator to the evacuation floor, and there is no legal restriction, but the elevator is actively used as an evacuation means. There is no current situation. For this reason, people who remain in the building must use the stairs to move to the evacuation floor, take time to evacuate, and have the risk of injury by falling on the stairs.
Therefore, in recent years, there has been an increasing demand for positively using elevators as evacuation means in the event of a fire. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a method in which an elevator is operated in the event of a fire, and a car is preferentially dispatched to a wheelchair user's stay floor.
In the event of a fire, it is necessary to evacuate the people on each floor as soon as possible by turning as many elevator cars as possible (turning back). In this case, disaster vulnerable persons such as wheelchair users are difficult to evacuate using stairs on the way, so it is necessary to carry them to the evacuation floor (usually the first floor). However, if the car is driven to the evacuation floor, it takes time to go around, so that there is a problem that the rescue of the residents in each floor is delayed.
In addition, in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, although the dispatch of the car is controlled according to the situation of the landing on each floor (the number of waiting persons and the presence or absence of wheelchair users), the subsequent driving method is not particularly mentioned.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points. In addition to transporting general users to a safe floor as soon as possible, disaster victims such as wheelchair users can be transported to an evacuation floor to be present on each floor. An object of the present invention is to provide an elevator rescue operation system that can efficiently rescue the building staff.
The present invention relates to a rescue operation system for elevators used in a building where a plurality of elevators including at least one wheelchair is arranged in parallel, and when a disaster occurs in the building, the disaster is detected. Detection means, landing call registration means for registering a general call or wheelchair call at the landing on each floor, and if the general call is registered by the landing call registration means in the event of a fire, Assigning the general call, and when the wheelchair call is registered, assignment control means for assigning the wheelchair call to a car that satisfies a predetermined condition among the cars including the wheelchair car, and the assignment control means The unit that responds to the wheelchair call is operated directly to the preset evacuation floor, and the unit that responds to the general call is used as the disaster detection means. Characterized in that than the detected fire place and and a rescue operation means for operating to secure the floor below me.
According to the present invention, the car responding to the wheelchair call is directly operated to the evacuation floor, and the car responding to the general call is driven to a safe floor below the place where the fire occurred. Thereby, while a general user can be carried to a safe floor as soon as possible, a disaster weak person, such as a wheelchair user, can be carried to an evacuation floor, and the residents in each floor can be rescued efficiently.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a configuration of an elevator rescue operation system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
This system includes a group
The group

When a general call is registered in the event of a fire, the
“Predetermined conditions” are the loading rate and response time of the car. That is, the

For example, when a car to which a wheelchair call has already been assigned responds to a general call, it notifies that the car is directly operated to the evacuation floor. .

Next, the operation of this system will be described.
Now, as shown in FIG. 4, a system is assumed in which four elevators are arranged in parallel in buildings of 1F to 20F. Hereinafter, the four elevators will be referred to as “A”, “B”, “C”, and “D”, respectively, and the elevator cars will be referred to as “
(A) Allocation control FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing a processing operation related to allocation control of general calls and wheelchair calls of the
When a fire occurs in the building (Yes in step S11), the
It should be noted that the above “call hall call” includes a general call registered by operating the
In addition, when switching to the rescue operation mode, it is desirable to notify the car and the landing to that effect. In the case of notification by display, the
When a downward general call is newly registered on a certain floor (Yes in step S14), the group
In step S15, when there are a large number of general units, an optimal unit is selected from each unit using a general evaluation function formula, and the general call is assigned to the unit. In the example of FIG. 4, since the D machine is a wheelchair machine, it is assigned to any one of the A machine, B machine, and C machine which are general machines.
On the other hand, when a downward wheelchair call is newly registered (Yes in step S16), the following allocation control is executed.
That is, the group
If the corresponding general car does not exist (No in step S18), the group
In step S19, when there are a large number of wheelchair cars, the most suitable car is selected from each car using a general evaluation function formula, and the wheelchair call is assigned to the car. In the example of FIG. 4, since only the No. D machine is a wheelchair No., it is assigned to the No. D machine.
If there is a corresponding general car (Yes in step S18), the group
In addition, when the loading ratio of the wheelchair unit exceeds 80%, for example, that is, when there is not enough space for the wheelchair user to get in the car, priority is given to the general unit that satisfies the loading condition. .
Here, when the wheelchair call is assigned to the general car (Yes in Step S21), as will be described later, the general car is handled as a wheelchair and is directly operated to the evacuation floor (FIG. 6). S34). Therefore, in order to prioritize the wheelchair user's boarding when the relevant car arrives, the group
By displaying such a message, when a general car responds to registration of a wheelchair call, it can be expected that a general user refrains from boarding. Note that the same message may be output as voice through the
In this way, when a general call or a wheelchair call is assigned to an appropriate car in each car, assignment information indicating the result is stored in the
(B) Operation Control FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing the processing operation related to the operation control of each unit of the
When a certain car arrives at the call registration floor, the group
Then, the group
During direct operation, operation of car calls by users is prohibited. In addition, if a hall call (general call or wheelchair call) is registered on the middle floor, it is possible to respond appropriately. However, if the number of stops increases in response to a hall call, the lap time will be further delayed. Therefore, it is preferable to prohibit registration of a general call on a floor below the fire floor and to respond only to a wheelchair call.
On the other hand, in the case of a car that has responded to a general call (Yes in step S35), the group
Here, the general call is assigned only to the general car other than the wheelchair car (see steps S14 to S15 in FIG. 5). However, a wheelchair call may be assigned to a general car depending on conditions (see steps S16 to S20 in FIG. 5).
Therefore, when the general car responds to the general call, the wheelchair call may already be registered (Yes in step S36). In this case, the group
Further, when the car number of the evacuation floor is not registered when the general machine responds to the general call (No in step S36), the group
Then, the group
Here, it is assumed that the “safety floor” is, for example, a floor at least lower than the second floor floor than the fire occurrence floor. This is because the floor directly below the fire floor is highly dangerous. As a matter of course, a lower floor may be determined as a safety floor than the second floor.
In the example of FIG. 4, a fire occurs at 15F, and 13F below the second floor is defined as a safety floor. So, for example, when Unit C responds to a general call on the floor above 15F, if a wheelchair call is not registered, drive from there to the safety floor on 13F, open the door there and drop the passenger, It will be turned up in the upward direction.
As described above, according to the present system, when a fire breaks out, the disaster response person such as a wheelchair user can be preferentially evacuated by directly operating the unit that responds to the wheelchair call to the evacuation floor. On the other hand, by driving to the safe floor on the way for the unit that responds only to the general call, the lap time can be shortened, and the general user can be evacuated to the safe floor as soon as possible.
In addition, when switching to the evacuation operation mode is performed and the display to that effect is performed, the light is turned off when the evacuation operation is completed. The end of the evacuation operation mode, for example, a button for ending the evacuation operation is provided in the group
In addition, the wheelchair user priority display at the landing is turned off when the corresponding car is closed after the response. Specifically, this can be realized by adding a process of turning off the light when the general machine responds to the wheelchair call after step S33 in FIG.
In addition, the display of the destination floor (safe floor / evacuation floor) of the car in the car is turned off when it arrives at the destination floor. In addition, it is preferable to notify the passenger of getting off the vehicle from the arrival of the destination floor until the door is closed or by voice notification.
For example, if you arrive at a safe floor and there is no car call on the evacuation floor, as shown in Fig. 10, "Please get off when the door opens. Please use the stairs after this." Such a message is displayed on the
If you arrive at a safe floor and there is a car call on the evacuation floor, as shown in Fig. 11, "Get off when the door opens. Use the stairs. If you cannot use the card, please wait while you are in the vehicle. "Is displayed on the
When arriving at the evacuation floor, as shown in FIG. 12, a message such as “It is an evacuation floor. Please get off when the door opens” is displayed on the
In this system, depending on the order of assignment, both a safe floor and an evacuation floor may be set as the destination floor of the car. In that case, if the car call to the safe floor is canceled when it is decided to go to the evacuation floor, the number of stops for getting off can be reduced, so that the operation efficiency can be improved.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 13, when a wheelchair call is answered, it is determined whether there is a car call on a safe floor (step A11). This can be realized by adding a call cancellation (step A12).
