参见图 6, 该图是本发明提供的车钩緩冲装置的应用状态示意图。 如图 6所示, 本发明提供的车钩緩冲装置, 包括双侧作用车钩 10、 与 车钩 10的车钩提杆挂孔挂接的车钩提杆 20以及与车钩提杆 20配合使用的 车钩提杆座 30。
其中, 所述车钩提杆 20和车钩提杆座 30的结构及其与相关部件之间 的配合关系与现有 13系列下作用式车钩大致相同。 请一并参见图 7, 该图 是图 6的 B - B剖视图。
如图所示, 所述车钩提杆座 30具有钥匙孔形通孔 31 , 即由上部圆形 孔和下部条形孔构成; 所述车钩提杆 20穿装在所述车钩提杆座 30的钥匙 孔形通孔 31内, 且配合处的车钩提杆 20具有限制段 21 , 该限制段 21车 钩提杆横截面形状为与所述钥匙孔形通孔 31 下部的条形截面相适配的矩 形。 所述车钩提杆座 30为两个, 分别固定设置在车钩 10两侧的车体 40 上; 所述车钩提杆 20为两个, 且两个车钩提杆 20的钩头端分别经两个所 述车钩提杆座的钥匙孔形通孔 31穿出后, 分别与所述双侧作用车钩 10的 两个车钩提杆挂孔挂接(图中未示出); 所述车钩提杆限制段 21与所述钥 匙孔形通孔 31的条形孔壁之间具有间隙。
为确保两侧车钩提杆之间可靠的运动关系, 本发明对所述车钩提杆限 制段横截面的宽度尺寸与高度尺寸的比值 α以及所述车钩提杆限制段和所 述钥匙孔形通孔的条形孔壁之间的间隙与所述车钩提杆限制段横截面宽度 尺寸之间的比值 β进行了优化设计。具体地: α为 1/2, β为 1/9; α为 2/5 , β为 1/10; α为 3/4, β为 1/8。
需要说明的是,两个参数比值 α和 β不局限于前述三种数值组合方案; 只要比值 α的取值在 2/5 ~ 3/4之间且比值 β的取值在 1/10 ~ 1/8之间, 均 在本专利的保护范围内。
装配时, 首先将车钩安装在牽引梁中, 再将两个车钩提杆的钩头端分 别经车钩提杆座的钥匙孔形通孔穿出后与下锁销体两侧的车钩提杆挂孔挂 接; 之后再将钩提杆座固定在车体端墙上。 开钩时, 操作一侧的车钩提杆, 将其限制段提升到钥匙孔型的圆孔位置后, 旋转车钩提杆, 下锁销体随之 旋转, 此时打开车钩。 与此同时, 所述车钩提杆的钩头与车钩提杆挂接, 当该侧车钩提杆提升时, 相对侧的车钩提杆的钩头端会随其提升, 但不会 有间隙, 当该侧车钩提杆转动时, 相对侧的车钩提杆可在下锁销体的车钩 提杆挂孔的条形孔内摆动。
综上, 操作本发明的任一侧车钩提杆进行开钩作业时, 均不会发生相 互干涉的问题出现, 具有操作可靠的特点; 进一步地, 针对两侧的车钩提 杆设有相应的具有钥匙孔形挂孔的车钩提杆座, 在不降低车钩防分离性能 的情况下实现双侧开钩。 需要说明的是, 本发明技术方案即能应用于出厂新车, 也可应用于现 车改造, 具体操作时仅需更换下锁销体, 车钩其余结构、 零部件不变, 结 构筒单可靠。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进 和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 下锁销体, 用于铰接在车钩的下锁销和下锁销钩之间, 该下锁销体 具有车钩提杆挂孔, 以便于在车钩提杆挂孔的作用下绕下锁销钩转动, 其 特征在于, 所述车钩提杆挂孔为两个, 分别设置在所述下锁销体的两侧端 部。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的下锁销体, 其特征在于, 所述两个车钩提杆 挂孔的开孔方向一致。
3、 双侧作用车钩, 包括钩体、 钩舌、 钩舌推铁、 钩舌销、 钩锁铁、 下 锁销、 下锁销体和下锁销钩, 其中, 所述下锁销体铰接设置在下锁销和下 锁销钩之间, 其特征在于, 所述下锁销体采用如权利要求 1或 2所述的下 锁销体, 即双侧作用车钩的下锁销体两侧均设有车钩提杆挂孔。
4、 车钩緩冲装置, 包括车钩、 与车钩的车钩提杆挂孔挂接的车钩提杆 以及与车钩提杆配合使用的车钩提杆座; 所述车钩提杆座具有钥匙孔形通 车钩提杆具有限制段, 该限制段的车钩提杆横截面形状为与所述钥匙孔形 通孔下部的条形截面相适配的矩形; 其特征在于,
所述车钩采用如权利要求 3所述的双侧作用车钩;
所述车钩提杆座为两个, 分别固定设置在车钩两侧的车体上; 所述车钩提杆为两个, 且两个车钩提杆的钩头端分别经两个所述车钩 提杆座的钥匙孔形通孔穿出后, 分别与所述双侧作用车钩的两个钩提杆挂 孔挂接;
所述车钩提杆限制段与所述钥匙孔形通孔的条形孔壁之间具有间隙。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的车钩緩冲装置, 其特征在于, 所述车钩提杆 限制段横截面的宽度尺寸与高度尺寸的比值为 2/5 ~ 3/4; 所述车钩提杆限 制段和所述钥匙孔形通孔的条形孔壁之间的间隙与所述车钩提杆限制段横 截面宽度尺寸之间的比值为 1/10 ~ 1/8。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的车钩緩冲装置, 其特征在于, 所述车钩提杆 限制段横截面的宽度尺寸与高度尺寸的比值为 1/2;所述车钩提杆限制段和 所述钥匙孔形通孔的条形孔壁之间的间隙与所述车钩提杆限制段横截面宽 度尺寸之间的比值为 1/9。
7、根据权利要求 5所述的车钩緩冲装置, 其特征在于, 所述车钩提杆 限制段横截面的宽度尺寸与高度尺寸的比值为 2/5;所述车钩提杆限制段和 所述钥匙孔形通孔的条形孔壁之间的间隙与所述车钩提杆限制段横截面宽 度尺寸之间的比值为 1/10。
8、根据权利要求 5所述的车钩緩冲装置, 其特征在于, 所述车钩提杆 限制段横截面的宽度尺寸与高度尺寸的比值为 3/4;所述车钩提杆限制段和 所述钥匙孔形通孔的条形孔壁之间的间隙与所述车钩提杆限制段横截面宽 度尺寸之间的比值为 1/8。
