Abstract

본 발명은 다층형 기계식 주차 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 특히 기계식 주차시스템을 유니트화하여 설치와 유지보수가 용이한 새로운 주차 시스템에 관한 것이다. 현재 기계식 주차 시스템으로 수평순환식이던 수직순환식이던 혹은 이들으 혼합방식이던 가장 주요한 구조는 파렛트에 자동차를 적재하여 필요한 곳에 주차시크는 구조이다. 이러한 파렛트 시스템은 기존의 주차용 파렛트와 별도로 자동차를 싣고 수직 혹은 수평으로 순환이동하는 파렛트 구조물이 있어야 하고, 이 파렛트 구조물이 필요한 곳에서 자동차를 내리고 싣고 하는 동작을 위한 복잡한 장치들이 필요하다. 특히 파렛트를 수평으로 유지하여 차를 싣고 감에 있어 파렛트를 와이어로 당기거나 풀어 주면서 수평을 잡고 이동하는데, 이 와이어의 권취와 해제동작이 정밀하지 못할 경우 혹은 센서의 오동작, 모터의 오동작시 심각한 문제를 발생하고 있다. 이러한 단점들을 개선하기 위하여 본 발명자는 특허 출원제 95-15882호와 특허 제 403484호에서 차량을 수평이동함에 있어 컨베이어벨트를 이동수단으로 이용하여 차량을 수직이동하여 목표한 곳에 주차가능하게 하였다. 이러한 주차 시스템에 의하여 파렛트구조에 의한 주차시스템보다 설치와 유지보수가 용이한 점이 크게 개선되었다. 본 발명은 상기한 발명을 보다 더 개선하기 위한 것으로, 10-2008-136500에서 특히 주차를 위하여 차량이 진입하고, 이것을 수평방향으로 이동하는 이동장치를 하나의 유니트화하여 수직방향으로 이동만 되면 수평방향으로 이동하면서 차량을 주차하는 것을 조립식으로 설치할 수있게 시스템화 하였다. 또한 컨베이어벨트도 상하부재를 핀고정방식으로 조립하면 그 길이를 임의로 설치가능하며, 동력발생부, 동력전달부 그리고 동력변환부 등을 유니트로 조립하여 필요한 곳에 차량의 수나 면적에 관계없이 얼마든지 증감가능하게 하였다. 본 발명은 상기한 출원을 보다 구체화 개량하여, 입출제어부에서의 좌우측 컨베이어벨트의 정확한 동작조작이 가능하며, 이 유니트화된 입출제어부가 다층으로 구성되어질수 있게 하였다.
