Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren und Mittel zur biotechnologisch fermentativen Herstellung von Riboflavin (im folgenden auch als Vitamin B2 bezeichnet) sowie Mittel zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens, besonders eine modifizierte mikrobielle Wirtszelle mit gesteigerter Riboflavinausbeute. Die Erfindung stellt somit neue Verfahren und Mittel zur Regulation der Expression von an der Riboflavinproduktion der Wirtszelle beteiligten Enzymaktivitäten bereit.
