室外小型通信模块例如射频拉远单元通常安装在杆件上, 以适应如公园、 楼顶、 铁塔、 山坡等多种场合。 目前, 小型通信模块安装在杆件上的方式可 以通过先在杆件上安装抱杆安装件以形成安装小型通信设备的安装基准, 然 后在该抱杆安装件上固定小型通信设备。

发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种抱杆安装件, 用于解决现有的安装抱杆安装件 占用多余人力进而增加安装费用的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种抱杆安装件, 包括第一扣件、 第二扣件以及紧 固件, 该第一扣件的两端适用于与该第二扣件的两端径向卡合连接, 形成一 中空的圈, 该紧固件适用于可旋转地穿过该第一扣件或该第二扣件到达该圈 内。
由上技术方案可以得知, 该抱杆安装件安装在该抱杆时, 该第一扣件的 两端与该第二扣件的两端径向卡合连接, 然后通过紧固件穿过该第一扣件和 / 或第二扣件, 从而使该紧固件抵顶该抱杆。 该抱杆安装件使得一人安装该抱 杆安装件成为可能, 进而减少了现有的抱杆安装件的安装费用。

续请参阅图 4 , 该抱杆安装件还包括导向杆 343 , 该导向杆 343贯穿该弹 簧 341 , 该导向杆 343的一端固定于该滑块 342, 另一端可滑动地内置于该第 一本体 210a。 该导向杆 343引导该弹簧 341在该第二扣件 320与该滑块 342 之间伸缩, 从而适应不同直径的抱杆 290。
由上可以看出, 该抱杆安装件安装在该抱杆 290时, 该第一扣件 210的 两端与该第二扣件 220的两端径向卡合连接, 然后通过紧固件 230穿过该第 一扣件 210 , 使该紧固件 230抵顶该滑块 342, 从而使该滑块 342抵顶该抱杆 290。 该抱杆安装件使得一人安装该抱杆安装件成为可能, 进而减少了该抱杆 安装件的安装费用。
参考图 6,作为本发明第二个实施例, 本实施例中导引结构件为长条形 IHJ 部 211 ,该长条形凹部 211开设有第一通孔 211a,该长条形凸块 221开设有第 三通孔 221a, 该第一通孔 211a通过连接件 444a与该第三通孔 221a连接。 操 作者使该第一扣件 210向该第二杆件 220移动, 该第二扣件 220的长条形凸 块 221可沿该长条形凹部 211滑动。 在滑动过程中, 该操作者使该长条形凸 块 221的第三通孔 221a与该长条形凹部 211的第一通孔 211a对齐, 然后, 该 操作者将该连接件 444a穿过该第一通孔 211a以及该第三通孔 221a从而把该 第二扣件 220和该第一扣件 210的两端径向卡合连接在一起。
可以理解地, 该连接件 444a可以为销钉。
续请参考图 6, 该抱杆安装件还包括位于该圈 280 内的弹片 441和滑块 342, 该弹片 441 的两端部分别固定于该第一本体 210a的两端, 中部固定于 该滑块 342。 该滑块 342的两端可滑动地设于该长条形凹部 211。 当该第一扣 件 210和该第二扣件 220卡合后, 该紧固件 230可旋转地穿设于该第一本体 210a并 4氐顶该弹片 441 , 进而 4氐顶滑块 342, 同时使该滑块 4氐顶该杆件 290。
由上可以看出, 该抱杆安装件安装在该抱杆 290时, 该第一扣件 210的 两端与该第二扣件 220的两端径向卡合连接, 然后通过紧固件 230穿过该第 一扣件 210, 使该紧固件 230 4氐顶该弹片 441 , 进而 4氐顶该滑块 342, 从而使 该滑块 342抵顶该抱杆 290。该抱杆安装件使得一人安装该抱杆安装件成为可 能, 进而减少了该抱杆安装件的安装费用。
参考图 7 ,作为本发明第三个实施例, 本实施例中导引结构件可以为套筒 311 , 该凸出结构件为套轴 321。
续请参考图 7 ,该套筒 311开设有第一通孔 211a,该套轴 321设有卡合机 构 333。 该卡合机构 333可以卡入该第一通孔 211a。
其中, 该卡合机构 333可为弹钮。
由上可以看出, 本发明实施例抱杆安装件第二扣件 220的套轴 321沿第 一扣件 210的套筒 311滑动, 并通过弹钮卡合于该第一通孔 211a中, 然后, 旋转紧固件 230, 使该紧固件 230抵顶杆件。 因此, 本发明实施例使得一人安 装抱杆安装件成为可能, 有利于减少抱杆安装件的安装费用。
参考图 8,作为本发明第四个实施例, 本实施例中第一扣件 210包括第一 本体 210a以及沿该第一本体 210a的两端向外延伸的第一凸出结构件 411 , 该 第一凸出结构件 411内侧凸设有凸块 411 a ,该第二扣件 220包括第二本体 220a 以及沿该第二本体 220a的两端向外延伸的第二凸出结构件 421 , 该第二凸出 结构件 421外侧开设有凹部 421a。 该凸块 411a可以容置于该凹部 421a中。
其中, 该凹部 421a的边缘可以向内弯折, 形成一"" ^钩 421b。
如图 8b, 操作者使该第二扣件 220向该第一扣件 210移动, 并使该第二 凸出结构件 421的凹部 421a与该第一凸出结构件 411的凸块 411a对齐,这时, 该操作者将该第一凸出结构件 411通过该凹部 421a卡入该凸块 411a, 然后使 该凹部 421a的卡钩 421b向该凸块 411a移动从而卡合该凸块 411a。 通过上述 式, 该第二扣件 220和该第一扣件 210的两端径向卡合连接在一起。
由上可以看出, 本发明实施例抱杆安装件的第二扣件 220的凹部 421a与 第一扣件 210的凸块 411a卡合, 然后, 旋转紧固件 230, 使该紧固件 230抵 顶杆件。 因此, 本发明实施例使得一人安装抱杆安装件成为可能, 有利于减 少抱杆安装件的安装费用。
其中, 可以理解的是, 如图 4、 图 6、 图 7以及图 8a, 该第二扣件 220的 第二本体 220a可以设有一 V型槽 312。 如图 4以及图 6, 该滑块 342可以设 有一 V型槽 342a。 该 V型槽 312以及该 V型槽 342a能增加该杆件 290 4氐触 该第二扣件 220以及该滑块 342的接触面积, 从而更好地抱紧该杆件 290。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化, 仍属于本发明所 涵盖的范围。

Claims

权 利 要求 书
1 . 一种抱杆安装件, 包括第一扣件、 第二扣件以及紧固件, 所述第一扣件 的两端适用于与所述第二扣件的两端径向卡合连接, 形成一中空的圈, 所述紧 固件适用于可旋转地穿过所述第一扣件或所述第二扣件到达所述圈内。
2.如权利要求 1所述的抱杆安装件, 其特征在于, 所述第一扣件包括第一本 体以及沿所述第一本体的两端向外延伸的导引结构件, 所述第二扣件包括第二 本体以及沿所述第二本体的两端向外延伸的凸出结构件, 所述凸出结构件与所 述导引结构件卡合。
3.如权利要求 2所述的抱杆安装件, 其特征在于, 所述导引结构件为长条形 凹部, 所述凹部开设有第一通孔, 所述凸出结构件为长条形凸块, 所述长条形 凸块设有卡块, 所述卡块与所述第一通孔卡合。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的抱杆安装件, 其特征在于, 所述长条形凸块设有卡 块为: 所述长条形凸块开设有第二通孔, 所述卡块通过弹性元件固设于所述长 条形凸块, 所述卡块容设于所述第二通孔, 并伸出所述第二通孔。
5. 如权利要求 3所述的抱杆安装件, 其特征在于, 所述抱杆安装件还包括 位于所述圈内的弹簧和滑块, 所述滑块可滑动的设于所述长条形凹部, 所述弹 簧的一端固定于所述第一本体, 另一端固定于所述滑块。
6. 如权利要求 3所述的抱杆安装件, 其特征在于, 所述抱杆安装件还包括 位于所述圈内的弹片和滑块, 所述滑块的两端可滑动地设于所述长条形凹部, 所述弹片的两端部分别固定于所述第一本体的两端, 中部固定于所述滑块。
7. 如权利要求 5所述的抱杆安装件, 其特征在于, 所述抱杆安装件还包括 导向杆, 所述导向杆贯穿所述弹簧, 所述导向杆的一端固定于所述滑块, 另一 端可滑动地置于所述第一本体。
8.如权利要求 2所述的抱杆安装件, 其特征在于, 所述导引结构件为套筒, 所述套筒开设有第一通孔, 所述凸出结构件为套轴, 所述套轴设有卡合机构, 所述卡合机构与所述第一通孔卡合。 9如权利要求 2所述的抱杆安装件, 其特征在于, 所述长条形凹部开设有第 一通孔, 所述长条形凸块开设有第三通孔, 所述第一通孔通过连接件与所述第 三通孔连接。
10. 如权利要求 1 所述的抱杆安装件, 其特征在于, 所述第一扣件包括第 一本体以及沿所述第一本体的两端向外延伸的第一凸出结构件, 所述第一凸出 结构件内侧凸设有凸块, 所述第二扣件包括第二本体以及沿所述第二本体的两 端向外延伸的第二凸出结构件, 所述第二凸出结构件外侧开设有凹部, 所述凸 块容置于所述凹部。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的抱杆安装件, 其特征在于, 所述凹部的边缘向内 弯折, 形成卡钩。
