Abstract
一种钢管连接扣件,卡箍盖2的一端通过销3铰接于卡箍座1的一端,从开设于上述卡箍盖2的另一端的通孔5插入螺栓6,通过将该螺栓6拧入设置于上述卡箍座1的另一端的内侧的盖形螺母4,从而可将钢管7夹持住。另外最好上述盖形螺母4固定于卡箍座1上,上述通孔呈螺钉孔状。本发明的效果是,钢管基本不会相对连接扣件脱落,即使在螺栓损坏的情况下,通过将该螺栓拆下便可简单地将其更换为新的,上述连接扣件可长期使用,此外螺栓中的螺纹部不突出,这样不会刮住操作人员或过往行人的衣服或身体等,从而不会将衣服撕破或使人的身体受到损伤。
Description
本发明涉及用于在建筑施工现场、道路施工现场等地方装配钢管脚手架、栅栏等的钢管连接扣件。
过去上述类型的钢管连接扣件按照下述方式构成,如图5、6所示,该方式为:其侧面基本呈圆弧形的卡箍盖2的一端通过销3铰接于其侧面基本呈L形的卡箍座1的一端,铰接于上述卡箍座1的另一端的螺栓10插入形成于上述卡箍盖2的另一端的缺口部11中,螺母12拧入上述螺栓10的螺纹部10a,从而将钢管7夹持住。
但是上述已有的钢管连接扣件具有下述问题,即当慢慢拧入螺母12时,螺栓会从缺口部11中拨下,这样钢管会相对上述连接扣件脱落。
此外,上述已有的钢管连接扣件还具有下述问题,即为了防止上述钢管脱落,要将螺母12拧紧,于是螺栓10容易损坏,此外,上述钢管连接扣件还具有下述问题,即由于上述螺栓10铰接于卡箍座1上,从而不能简单地进行拆卸,这样即使在螺栓10损坏的情况下仍不能将其更换为新的,如果螺栓损坏,则钢管连接扣件无法使用。
另外,上述已有的钢管连接扣件还具有下述问题,即当拧入螺母12时,螺栓10的螺纹部10a会突出,这样在建筑施工现场、道路施工现场等处操作人员或过往行人的衣服身体等容易被刮住,从而将衣服撕破或使人的身体受到损伤。
于是,本发明是为解决上述已有问题而提出的,本发明的目的在于提供一种钢管连接扣件,在该钢管连接扣件中,钢管几乎不会相对连接扣件脱落,即使在螺栓损坏的情况下,仍可通过将螺栓拆下,而仅仅将上述破损的螺栓简单地更换为新的,上述连接扣件可长期使用,此外螺栓中的螺纹部不突出,这样不会刮住操作人员或过往行人的衣服等,从而不会将衣服撕破或使人的身体受到损伤。
因此,钢管连接扣件按照下述方式构成,该方式为:卡箍盖2的一端通过销3铰接于卡箍座1的一端,从开设于上述卡箍盖2的另一端的通孔5插入螺栓6,通过将该螺栓6拧入设置于上述卡箍座1的另一端的内侧的盖形螺母4,从而可将钢管7夹持住。
此外,在本发明的钢管连接扣件中,最好上述盖形螺母4固定于卡箍座1上,上述通孔5呈螺钉孔状。

下面根据附图对本发明的钢管连接扣件的实施例进行具体描述。
如图1、2所示,本发明的钢管连接扣件通过销3,将其侧面基本呈圆弧形的卡箍盖2的一端与其侧面基本呈L形的卡箍座1的一端铰接。上述卡箍座1的另一端的内侧设置有盖形螺母4,上述卡箍盖2的另一端开设有通孔5。这样,通过从上述通孔5插入螺栓6,将上述螺栓6拧入盖形螺母4中,则上述卡箍座1和卡箍盖2可将钢管7夹持住。此外,在从上述通孔5插入螺栓6的场合,还可在螺栓帽6a的下面设置垫片(图中未示出)。
通过上述结构,在本发明的钢管连接扣件中,即使在上述螺栓6拧入盖形螺母4的的情况下,螺栓6的螺纹部6b不朝向该连接扣件的外侧突出,此外由于盖形螺母4也设置于卡箍座1的另一端的内侧,这样该盖形螺母不朝向上述连接扣件的外侧突出。另外,由于上述螺栓帽6a呈多边形,并且其厚度较小,这样该螺丝帽6a几乎不朝向上述连接扣件突出,从而不会刮住操作人员或过往行人的衣服或人的身体等,不会将衣服撕破或使身体受到损伤。还有,只要上述螺栓6拧入盖形螺母4中,则该螺栓6不会从通孔中拆下,此外钢管15也不会从钢管连接扣件脱落。
虽然上述盖形螺母4固定于卡箍座1上,但是最好其不会相对卡箍座1脱落而丢失。此外,虽然上述盖形螺母4也可仅仅通过焊接方式固定于卡箍座1的另一端,但是如果在盖形螺母4的底端形成法兰部4a,在将该盖形螺母4穿过开设于卡箍座1的另一端的通孔8后对其进行焊接,则可将该盖形螺母4牢固地固定于卡箍座1上。还有,虽然上述盖形螺母4也可按照上述方式固定于卡箍座1的另一端,但是如果使上述开设于上述卡箍座1的另一端的通孔8为螺钉孔状,使其底端形成有法兰部4a的盖形螺母4通过该通孔8,使法兰部4a挂于该通孔8的外缘,则上述盖形螺母4也可不固定于卡箍座1的另一端。
由于上述通孔5在盖形螺母4固定于卡箍座1的另一端的场合,呈螺钉孔状,在将螺栓6拧入盖形螺母4中时与该螺栓6保持松动配合,而开设于卡箍座1另一端的通孔8呈螺钉孔状,在按照上述方式将盖形螺母4设置于卡箍座1的另一端的场合,在将螺栓6拧入盖形螺母4中时该通孔8与螺栓6保持松动配合,这样上述通孔5也可不为螺钉孔状。
按照上述方式构成的本发明的钢管连接扣件按照下述方式使用。
首先,为了在建筑施工现场等地方装配钢管脚手架,比如如图3所示,通过焊接,或铆接方式将钢管连接扣件中的卡箍座1的底部1a与和上述连接扣件本身相交叉的其中一个钢管7固定,通过将螺栓6拧入盖形螺母4中,可通过卡箍座1和卡箍盖2将相互交叉的钢管7中的另一个夹持住,这样可将相互交叉的钢管7连接在一起。此外,虽然在图中未示出,但是还可将2个本发明的钢管连接扣件组成一组,使相应的卡箍座1的底部1a相互重合,以焊接,或铆接的方式将两者固定,通过相应卡箍座1和卡箍盖2可分别将相互交叉的钢管7夹持住,从而将相互交叉的钢管连接在一起。
另外,为了在道路施工现场等地方装配栅栏,比如,如图4所示,将钢管连接扣件的卡箍座1的底部1a焊接或铆接于按照适当间距设置的每个栅栏9的纵向框架9a的顶端与横撑9b的中间部,从而将上述连接扣件本身固定于栅栏9上,通过将螺栓6拧入盖形螺母4中,便可通过卡箍座1和卡箍盖2分别将跨于栅栏9之间的钢管7夹持住,从而可将栅栏9和钢管7连接在一起。
由于本发明的钢管连接扣件按照上述方式构成,这样钢管几乎不会相对连接扣件脱落,即使在螺栓损坏的情况下,仍可通过将螺栓拆下,而仅仅将上述破损的螺栓简单地更换为新的,述连接扣件可长期使用,此外螺栓中的螺纹部不突出,这样不会刮住操作人员或过往行人的衣服或身体等,从而不会将衣服撕破或使人的身体受到损伤。
Claims (3)
1.一种钢管连接扣件,其特征在于,卡箍盖(2)的一端通过销(3)铰接于卡箍座(1)的一端,从开设于上述卡箍盖(2)的另一端的通孔(5)插入螺栓(6),通过将该螺栓(6)拧入设置于上述卡箍座(1)的另一端的内侧的盖形螺母(4),从而可将钢管(7)夹持住。
2.根据权利要求2所述的钢管连接扣件,其特征在于,上述盖形螺母(4)固定于卡箍座(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢管连接扣件,其特征在于,上述通孔(5)为螺钉孔状。
