Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'extraction de vapeur ré-évaporée et de condensat, et en particulier, un appareil pour mélanger la vapeur ré-évaporée provenant d'un condensat sortant d'une unité de chauffage destinée chauffer un objet à traiter, à de la vapeur haute température acheminée à une chaudière, et pour envoyer la vapeur mélangée dans l'unité de chauffage. A cet effet, l'appareil comprend : une unité d'extraction de vapeur pour extraire le condensat sortant de l'unité de chauffage destinée à chauffer un objet à traiter, et la vapeur ré-évaporée du condensat, et à acheminer la vapeur ré-évaporée extraite à l'unité de mise sous pression de vapeur et le condensat extrait à une chaudière; et à mettre sous pression la vapeur pour mélanger la vapeur ré-évaporée fournie par l'unité d'extraction de vapeur, à l'aide de la vapeur haute température fournie par la chaudière, et acheminer la vapeur mélangée à l'unité du chauffage. Ainsi, grâce à son circuit fermé, l'appareil selon l'invention permet d'extraire en totalité la vapeur ré-évaporée et le condensat pour son fonctionnement, ce qui permet d'éviter le dégagement de vapeur dans l'air et d'utiliser la chaleur latente contenue dans le condensat, et ainsi d'augmenter le rendement énergique.
