前記データ配線の予備配線として設けられた冗長配線と、
前記冗長配線の一端側に接続されるとともに、前記冗長配線に対して、前記表示部に表示される情報に応じたデータ信号を出力可能に構成された冗長アンプを備え、
前記冗長アンプは、前記冗長配線及び当該冗長配線が接続された前記データ配線に対して、前記アンプ出力部よりも、所定の時間早いタイミングで、対応するデータ信号を出力する、
ことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記データ配線駆動部には、前記冗長アンプが一体的に設けられている請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記データ配線駆動部には、前記データ信号が外部から入力されて記憶する記憶部と、前記記憶部と前記冗長アンプとの間に設けられるとともに、前記冗長配線が接続された前記データ配線への対応するデータ信号だけを、前記冗長アンプ側に選択的に出力する選択部とを備えている請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記データ配線に断線が発生して当該データ配線に前記冗長配線が接続された場合において、前記アンプ出力部から前記データ配線での断線箇所までの配線抵抗の値と、前記冗長アンプから前記冗長配線を経て前記データ配線での断線箇所までの配線抵抗の値とを用いて、前記所定の時間の値が定められている請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示部には、有効表示領域が設定され、
