Abstract

본 발명은 (a) 기판 상에 점성조성물을 준비하는 단계; (b) 리프팅 지지체 (lifting support)의 접촉돌기를 상기 점성조성물에 접촉시키는 단계; (c) 상기 점성조성물에 송풍하여 점성조성물을 응축(condensation) 및 응고(solidiification)시키는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 단계 (c)의 결과물을 절단하여 마이크로구조체를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 솔리드 마이크로구조체의 제조방법, 그리고 이에 의해 제조된 솔리드 마이크로구조체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 마이크로 단위의 직경, 충분한 유효 길이 및 경도를 가지면서 열에 민감한 약물들을 변성 또는 비활성 없이 용이하게 내포할 수 있는 솔리드 마이크로구조체를 제조할 수 있으며 간단하고 신속하면서도 보다 저가의 생산비용으로 원하는 특성 (예컨대, 유효길이, 상단부 직경 및 경도)을 갖는 솔리드 마이크로구조체를 제조할 수 있다.
