Abstract

L'invention concerne un oxyde de zirconium monocristallin présentant une aptitude au traitement mécanique supérieure et son procédé de production. L'oxyde de zirconium monocristal comprend 92 à 96% en poids de ZrO2, 4 à 8% de Y2O3, le reste étant des substances inévitables. Ledit oxyde de zirconium monocristallin est produit au moyen d'un procédé de fond de poche qui permet d'obtenir un oxyde de zirconium monocristallin présentant des formes cristallines cubiques, monocliniques and tétragonales.
