清掃面形成シート3の弛み部5において、基材シート2と清掃面形成シート3との接合部6a、6b相互間の基材シート2に沿う距離L1(図1b、図7a)と、前記接合部6a、6b相互間の清掃面形成シート3に沿う距離L2(図1b、図7a)とが、L1<L2の関係を有している。即ち、L1は、基材シート2における接合部6a、6b間の水平直線距離であり、またL2は、清掃面形成シート3を平らに展開した場合における接合部6a、6b間の水平直線距離である。
切れ目7の形状は直線状、曲線状、屈曲線状、直線と曲線の組み合わせからなる形状など任意の形状に形成できる。図1aには、直線状の切れ目7を形成した態様が示されている。
図1aに示す清掃面形成シート3において、切れ目7の直線方向が接合部6の長手方向(矢印C-D方向)に平行となるように多数の直線状の切れ目7を配置している。このような切れ目7を有する清掃面形成シート3を平らに展開した図が、図4aに示されている。
この図4aに示すように、清掃面形成シート3において、個々の切れ目7は、清掃面形成シート3に弛みを持たせる方向(矢印A-B方向)に沿って所定間隔ごとに多数形成されており、この一群が、切れ目列9を形成している。さらに、切れ目列9は、矢印C-D方向に沿って複数列形成されており、これら切れ目列9の集合体が、切れ目列群10を形成している。
清掃シート1を構成する基材シート2と清掃面形成シート3のそれぞれの材料としては、不織布、紙、織布、合成樹脂など種々の材料を用いることができるが、軽量性、強度、耐久性、接着性の点から、不織布を用いることが好ましい。
基材シート2と清掃面形成シート3をそれぞれ不織布にて形成する場合、不織布としては、スパンレース不織布、スパンボンド不織布、サーマルボンド不織布、エアスルー不織布、ポイントボンド不織布等を用いることができる。不織布を構成する繊維は、天然繊維、合成繊維、複合繊維等を用いることができる。
清掃シートを清掃器具の台板に取り付ける際に、その取付強度を大きなものとするために、基材シート2の材質としては、スパンボンド不織布或いはエアスルー不織布であることが好ましい。
基材シート2及び清掃面形成シート3は、それぞれ、1枚の不織布から構成してもよく或いは、不織布を複数枚重ねあわせた積層体から構成してもよい。
基材シート2と清掃面形成シート3は、共に同一の着色が施されていても或いは、異なった着色が施されていてもよい。また、基材シート2及び清掃面形成シート3は、それぞれ部分的に異なる着色部を有するように構成されていてもよい。このように構成することで、清掃シート1のデザイン性をより向上させることができる。
図1aに示す清掃面形成シート3(これを平らに展開した平面図が図4aに示されている)において、切れ目7の直線方向が接合部6の長手方向(矢印C-D方向)と平行となるように直線状の切れ目7が形成されているが、切れ目7の態様として図1a、図4aに示す態様のものに限定されず、図4bに示すように、切れ目7の直線方向が前記矢印C-D方向と直交する方向となるように直線状の切れ目7が形成されていてもよい。また、特に図示しないが、切れ目7の直線方向が前記矢印C-D方向に対して90度よりも小さい角度で交差する方向となるように直線状の切れ目7が形成されていてもよい。
また、図4dに示すように、切れ目7の直線方向が矢印C-D方向と平行となるような切れ目7を複数設けてなる切れ目列9aと、切れ目7の直線方向が前記矢印C-D方向と直交する方向となるような切れ目7を複数設けてなる切れ目列9bとを交互に配置して切れ目列群を構成してもよい。
切れ目7は規則的なパターンで配置される態様のものに限定されず、不規則なパターンで配置されていてもよい。
接合部6の形成方法としては、ヒートシール、接着剤による接着、超音波シールなどを挙げることができる。
上記接着剤としては、ホットメルト型接着剤、二液硬化型接着剤、熱可塑性樹脂系接着剤、エラストマー系接着剤、熱硬化樹脂系接着剤、瞬間接着型接着剤などを用いることができる。なかでも、加熱、冷却による迅速な接着作業が可能である観点からホットメルト型接着剤が好ましい。
このように、接合部6を非連続状に形成した清掃シートにおいても、連続状の接合部6を形成した清掃シートの場合と同様、清掃時に塵埃、ゴミは例えば矢印P方向に導かれ、周囲に配置された切れ目7に捕捉され、塵埃、ゴミの拭き取りが行われる。
この状態において、基材シート2は台板70に直接接触し、清掃面形成シート3は外側に現れている。
清掃シート1を台板70に取り付けた状態において、切れ目7は台板70の下面80に対応して位置するが、台板70の下面80の端部Rより更に前端面81にまで達して切れ目7が位置するように構成することが好ましい。尚、前端面81に限らず同様に、後端面にまで切れ目7が位置するように構成することが好ましい。
図6aに示すように、床50の被清掃面51に対向している清掃面形成シート3は弛み部5を有している。図6bに示すように、清掃面形成シート3を被清掃面51に押し付け、矢印E-F方向に台板70を動かすと、清掃面形成シート3の弛み部5に皺が生じて屈曲部20が形成される。
屈曲部20の形状は台板70の移動距離、移動方向及び台板70が被清掃面51に対して押し付ける力の大きさによって不規則に変化するものであり、常に図6bに示すような形状の屈曲部20が生じるとは限らず、例えば図6cに示すような形状の屈曲部20が生じる場合もある。
特に、切れ目7の直線方向が接合部6の長手方向に平行となるように切れ目7を配置してなる清掃シート(即ち、図1に示す態様の清掃シート)を用いた場合には、以下に述べるように本発明の作用効果は顕著なものとなる。ここで、切れ目7の直線方向が接合部6の長手方向に平行となる方向とは、図1において矢印C-D方向である。
図1に示す態様の清掃シートを用いた場合、切れ目7の直線方向(図1において矢印C-D方向)と台板70の移動方向(図6b、6cにおいて矢印E-F方向)とは相互に直角方向になる。
台板70が被清掃面51上を移動するときの摩擦力により、切れ目7はその直線方向と直角方向の力を受けて引っ張られるが、上記のように、清掃面形成シート3に、不規則な形状の屈曲部20が形成されることによって、清掃シート1と被清掃面51との間に大きな摩擦力が生じ、それにより、切れ目7の直線方向と直交する方向に切れ目7を引っ張る力も大きくなり、その結果、切れ目7の隙間が大きく開口し、そのため塵埃、ゴミが切れ目7に捕捉され易くなり、塵埃、ゴミの捕捉量も多大となって、拭き取り能力が向上する。
清掃時に不規則な形状の屈曲部20が形成されることによる作用効果は上記した通りであるが、上記以外に、屈曲部20形成時にゴミが屈曲部20に絡み付いてゴミの除去が容易となるという作用効果もある。
また、本発明清掃シートを手袋構造(ミトン)に構成し、手袋内部に手を入れて、手で保持した状態で清掃を行なうこともできる。
本発明清掃シートを握り柄に保持して使用する場合及び手袋構造として使用する場合のいずれの場合も、上記したと同様の作用効果を生じるものである。
複数の弛み部5a、5b、5c、5d、5eは、矢印A-B方向に沿って並列して設けられる。即ち、基材シート2と清掃面形成シート3を接合する接合部6が所定間隔毎に複数設けられ、相隣り合う接合部6、6間に突起状の弛み部5a、5b、5c、5d又は5eが形成される。弛み部5a、5b、5c、5d、5eは、それぞれ空間部8を有している。
また、弛み部5a、5b、5c、5d、5eは、いずれも同じ高さに形成されていても、或いは弛み部相互間で高さを異ならせてもよい。例えば、図2に示す態様では、清掃面形成シート3の中心部における弛み部5aは最も高さが大きく形成され、清掃面形成シート3の端部に向かって順次、弛み部の高さが小さくなるように形成されている。
この構成において、図7bに示す如く、清掃面形成シート3の弛み部5において、基材シート2と清掃面形成シート3との接合部6、6相互間の基材シート2に沿う距離L1と、前記接合部6、6相互間の清掃面形成シート3に沿う距離L2とが、L1<L2の関係を有している。即ち、L1は、基材シート2における接合部6、6間の水平直線距離であり、またL2は、清掃面形成シート3を平らに展開した場合における接合部6、6間の水平直線距離である。
そこで前記したように、清掃面形成シート3の中心部の弛み部5aの高さを最も大きく形成し、清掃面形成シート3の端部に向かって順次、弛み部の高さが小さくなるように形成すれば、清掃シートの中央付近にも確実に清掃時の力が及ぼされる。そのため清掃シートの前端付近のみならず、中央付近においても必要な拭き取り力が作用し、その結果、清掃シート全体で均一な塵埃、ゴミの捕捉を行うことができる。
それにより接合部6と清掃面形成シート3の端縁部との間に清掃面形成シート3の延長部18が形成される。この延長部18は、端部清掃面19として構成される。
図11aに示すように、延長部18に多数の切れ込みを設けることによって多数の短冊部23が形成される。短冊部23を形成することにより、この短冊部23の部分でも塵埃、ゴミの拭き取りを行うことができる。
折曲板31はヒートシール、接着剤による接着などにより、延長部18に接合される。35は、延長部18と折曲板31との接合部を示す。
斜面部33の基部32対応面には粘着剤を塗布するか、粘着テープを貼着して粘着面33aが形成されている。一方、基部32の斜面部33対応面には剥離剤を塗布するか、剥離テープを貼着して剥離性面32aを形成し、これにより粘着面33aを有する斜面部33が基部32と接触して両者が接合してしまうのを防止している。上記粘着剤、剥離剤としては従来公知のものを用いることができる。
折曲板31は、プラスチック、不織布などの材料から構成される。プラスチックで構成する場合、斜面部33を弾性片として機能させることができる。上記プラスチック材料としては、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、PETなどを用いることができる。
折曲板31を設けた清掃シート1を図17bに示すように清掃器具75の台板70に取り付けて被清掃面51の清掃を行なう場合、折曲板31における斜面部33が塵埃、ゴミを引っ掛けて一方向に掃く役割を果たす。このように折曲板31は、端部清掃面19として機能する。
また斜面部33と基部32との間に、隙間が形成されているので、大きなゴミはこの隙間に入り込む。ここにおいて、斜面部33の内面には粘着面33aが形成されているので、隙間に入り込んだ大きなゴミは、この粘着面33aによって確実に捕捉される。このように折曲板31を設けることにより、粒状のゴミの如く比較的大きく、重量の大きなゴミを容易に捕集して除去できる効果がある。
更に、彎曲状折曲部22に多数の切れ込みを設けることによって、図13に示すように清掃面形成シート3の左右両端部に中空状短冊部24を設けることができる。
中空状短冊部24を設けた場合には、中空状短冊部24が塵埃、ゴミを拭き取る作用を行うため清掃効率を増大できる効果がある。このように彎曲状折曲部22は、端部清掃面19として機能する。
帯状片21の材料としては、不織布、プラスチックなどが用いられるが、不織布が好ましい。不織布としては、清掃面形成シート3に用いられる不織布と同様の材質のものを用いることができる。
延長部18と帯状片2のそれぞれに、図11bに示すように、多数の切れ込みを設けて、短冊部25を形成することができる。
図9bに示すように、清掃面形成シート3の延長部18と基材シート2との間に帯状片21を挟みこんだ状態で接合してもよい。
このように構成することにより、例えば床の清掃に当たって、床のコーナー部の清掃が容易となる。即ち、帯状片の積層体における最上層の帯状片21cが床のコーナー部に入り込んで、コーナー部の塵埃、ゴミを拭き取ることができる。
上記したように、延長部18に設けられる帯状片21もまた、端部清掃面19として機能するものである。
図15には、このような透孔30を清掃面形成シート3に多数形成してなる清掃シートが示されている。
清掃面形成シート3に透孔30を多数形成してなる清掃シートを用いて清掃を行なう場合も、前記したと同様な作用効果が発揮される。この場合、塵埃、ゴミは透孔30に捕捉されて、塵埃、ゴミの拭き取りが行われる。
図18に示すように、清掃面形成シート3に複数の弛み部5を設け、それぞれの弛み部5相互間に平坦部60を設ける。また、清掃面形成シート3の端部と弛み部5との間にも平坦部60を設ける。これらの平坦部60を接着剤により基材シート2に接着する。平坦部60が基材シート2に接着されることにより、平坦部60が、清掃面形成シート3と基材シート2との接合部6を形成する。
複数の弛み部5にはそれぞれ、切れ目7が設けられており、一方、複数の平坦部60にはそれぞれ、多数の開口穴40が形成されている。これらの開口穴40を通して平坦部60の内部に形成されている接着剤層が外部に露出して臨んでいる。
即ち、清掃シートを被清掃面に押し付けたとき、開口穴40を通して外部に露出する接着剤層の表面が被清掃面に接触する。これにより、通常では捕捉しにくい比較的大きな粒状のゴミであっても、接着剤の粘着力によりそのようなゴミを付着して、被清掃面より除去することができる。このように、主に軽くて小さなゴミは、弛み部5の面で捕捉され、重くて大きなゴミは平坦部60の面で捕捉されることになる。
ここにおいて、開口穴40を通して外部に露出する接着剤層は、突出形状の弛み部5相互間の窪んだ部位に存在するため、接着剤層露出部が過度に被清掃面に粘着して清掃器具の動きを抑制するという虞はない。
このように、切れ目7に代えて、透孔30を形成してなる実施形態を図19に示す。同図に示す清掃シートは、開口穴40を有する平坦部60と、透孔30を有する弛み部5とを備えている。この態様の清掃シートも図18に示す清掃シートと同様の作用を発揮し、主に軽くて小さなゴミは、弛み部5の面で捕捉され、重くて大きなゴミは平坦部60の面で捕捉される。
また、本発明清掃シートは床の清掃以外に、壁、窓、天井、机、家具など、種々の清掃対象物の清掃に適用でき、特定の清掃目的に限定されるものではない。
Claims (16)
- 基材シートと、この基材シートに接合される清掃面形成シートとからなり、基材シートと清掃面形成シートとの接合部相互間において、清掃面形成シートに弛み部を形成すると共に、弛み部に、塵埃、ゴミを捕捉するための切断部を多数形成してなることを特徴とする清掃シート。
- 清掃面形成シートの弛み部において、基材シートと清掃面形成シートとの接合部相互間の基材シートに沿う距離L1と、前記接合部相互間の清掃面形成シートに沿う距離L2とが、L1<L2の関係を有している請求項1記載の清掃シート。
- 切断部は切れ目又は透孔として構成される請求項1記載の清掃シート。
- 切断部は切れ目として構成され、切れ目の直線方向が接合部の長手方向に平行となるように多数の切れ目を配置してなる請求項1記載の清掃シート。
- 清掃面形成シートの端縁部よりも内側の部位を基材シートに接合して接合部を形成し、この接合部と清掃面形成シートの端縁部との間に清掃面形成シートの延長部を形成し、この延長部に切れ込みを設けて短冊部を形成した請求項1記載の清掃シート。
- 清掃面形成シートの端縁部よりも内側の部位を基材シートに接合して接合部を形成し、この接合部と清掃面形成シートの端縁部との間に清掃面形成シートの延長部を形成し、この延長部に帯状片を設けた請求項1記載の清掃シート。
- 延長部及び帯状片に切れ込みを設けて短冊部を形成した請求項6記載の清掃シート。
- 清掃面形成シートの端縁部よりも内側の部位を基材シートに接合して接合部を形成し、この接合部と清掃面形成シートの端縁部との間に清掃面形成シートの延長部を形成し、この延長部に、基部とこの基部から折れ曲がった斜面部とからなる折曲板を設けた請求項1記載の清掃シート。
- 折曲板の斜面部には、粘着面が形成されている請求項8記載の清掃シート。
- 清掃面形成シートの端縁部よりも内側の部位を基材シートに接合して接合部を形成し、この接合部と清掃面形成シートの端縁部との間に清掃面形成シートの延長部を形成し、この延長部を折り曲げて彎曲状折曲部を設け、この彎曲状折曲部に切れ込みを設けて中空状短冊部を形成した請求項1記載の清掃シート。
- 基材シートと清掃面形成シートとの接合部を複数設けて、清掃面形成シートに複数の弛み部を形成した請求項1記載の清掃シート。
- 複数の弛み部は相互に高さが異なっており、清掃面形成シートの中心部において最も高さが大きく、清掃面形成シートの端部に向かって順次高さが小さくなるように形成される請求項11記載の清掃シート。
- 複数の弛み部相互間に、多数の開口穴を有する平坦部を設け、各平坦部を接着剤を介して基材シートに接合して接合部を形成する請求項11記載の清掃シート。
- 平坦部と基材シートとの間に接着剤層が形成され、平坦部の開口穴を通して接着剤層が外部に露出している請求項13記載の清掃シート。
- 清掃面形成シートは、基材シートの表裏両面に接合されている請求項1記載の清掃シート。
- 基材シート及び清掃面形成シートは、それぞれ不織布から構成される請求項1記載の清掃シート。
