下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例: 参见附图 1 ~ 9所示, 一种针灸针自动绕柄机的工件夹持装置, 见附图 9所示, 由五个 (也可以是三个、 四个甚至更多) 工件夹具 1、 一夹 料顶杆 2以及一脱料顶杆 3相配合构成, 所述工件夹具 1在绕柄机的转盘 4 周向上均布设置, 且随转盘 4在各工位间运动。
参见附图 1、 附图 2所示, 所述各工件夹具 1主要由座体 5、 抬料件 6、 压料件 7、 螺旋弹簧 8以及挡环 9组成; 所述抬料件 6由抬料板 10和该抬料 板 10中部向下垂直设置的一套管 1 1构成, 抬料板 6的板面作为工作面 15, 该工作面 15中部对应套管 11的中心孔开孔构成一贯穿孔 12; 所述抬料件以 套管 1 1穿设于座体 5上, 套管 11底部向下伸出作为第二顶压部 13 , 且抬料 板 10叠置于座体 5上; 有一芯棒 14, 一端固接定位于座体 5上, 另一端贯 穿过抬料板 6的外沿 (即工作面 15的外沿) 垂直向上穿出; 所述压料件 7 由小压板 16和该小压板 16—端向下垂直设置的一中心杆 17构成, 所述压 料件 7以中心杆 17穿设于贯穿孔 12中, 中心杆 17下部伸出作为第一顶压 部 18; 所述小压板 16上对应芯棒 14开设有嵌孔 19, 所述芯棒 14顶端与该 嵌孔 19嵌入配合; 所述工作面 15上以贯穿孔 12中心为旋转中心对应小压 板 16偏转的投影位置开设有匹配的容置嵌槽 20; 所述挡环 9固定套设在中 心杆 17的底部上, 所述螺旋弹簧 8套设在套管 1 1外部, 一端固定在挡环 9 顶面上, 另一端固定在座体 5的底面上, 作用在挡环 9 (即中心杆 17 )和座 体 5之间, 它既是压簧又是扭簧, 该螺旋弹簧 8的长度方向的弹力迫使压料 件 7的小压板 16向下运动, 该螺旋弹簧 8的扭力迫使小压板 16由容置嵌槽 20向芯棒 14的方向转动; 所述压料件 7具有夹持和松开两个工作位置, 在 夹持工作位置上小压板 16的嵌孔 19与芯棒 14顶端嵌套配合, 在松开工作 位置上小压板 16嵌于容置嵌槽 20内定位。 所述挡环 9 (也就是中心杆 17的 底部)在径向上向外伸设一定位杆 21 , 而座体 5上对应压料件 7处在夹持工 作位置上定位杆 21 的位置设有一阻挡限位部 (这里具体是一从座体底面向 下伸设的限位柱 22 ), 定位杆 21 与阻挡限位部 (即限位柱 22 ) 配合构成压 料件 7夹持工作位置的定位结构。
参见附图 1 ~ 5所示, 所述夹料顶杆 2在送丝及绕丝环工位上对应该工 位上的工件夹具 1设置,夹料顶杆 2的顶端对应工件夹具 1的第一顶压部 18 设有一顶压面 23 , 夹料顶杆 2作上下方向的垂直运动, 该顶压面 23与第一 顶压部 18抵压配合, 使工件夹具 1的压料件 7从松开工作位置转换至夹持 工作位置。
参见附图 1、 附图 2、 附图 6 ~ 8所示, 所述脱料顶杆 3在脱料工位上对 应该工位上的工件夹具 1设置, 脱料顶杆 3的顶端对应第一顶压部 18设有 一顶压面 24, 且在该顶压面 24外周对应所述定位杆 21设有一段作用斜面 25 , 脱料顶杆 3作上下方向垂直运动, 脱料顶杆 3的作用斜面 25与定位杆 21配合, 脱料顶杆 3的顶压面 24与第一顶压部 18抵压配合, 在脱料顶杆 3 的顶压面 24将第一顶压部 18向上顶起后, 挡环 9也随之上移, 从而挡环 9 顶面与第二顶压部 13抵压配合, 将抬料件 6上抬, 且压料件 7的小压板 16 克服弹簧扭力旋转至或超过容置嵌槽 20的位置, '压料件 7从夹持工作位置 转换至松开工作位置。
具体, 本实施例在送丝及绕丝环工位上从松开工作位置转换至夹持工作 位置的动作过程, 如附图 3 -附图 5所示。 附图 3中, 压料件 7的小压板 16 嵌于容置嵌槽 20内成松开工作状态, 此时可在芯棒 14上以金属丝缠绕出丝 环 26; 然后, 夹料顶杆 2如箭头所示上移抵压第一顶压部 18, 使压料件 7 上抬, 压料件 7的小压板 16脱离容置嵌槽 20, 压料件 7即在螺旋弹簧 8扭 力的作用下向芯棒 14侧转动直至定位杆 21 靠在限位柱 22上停止, 此过渡 状态如附图 4所示; 最后, 夹料顶杆 2下移复位, 压料件 7在螺旋弹簧 8长 度方向上弹力作用下下落, 小压板 16正好以嵌孔 19套在芯棒 14的上端上, 从而压盖住丝环 26, 将工件 (即丝环 26 ) 牢牢定位柱, 如附图 5所示。 接 着, 工件夹具 1即带着工件 (即丝环 26 ) 至下一工位进行一步制作。
本实施例在脱料工位上从夹持工作位置转换至松开工作位置的, 如附图 6〜附图 8所示。 附图 6中, 小压板 16正好以嵌孔 19套在芯棒 14的上端上 压盖住丝环 26, 丝环 26上已经装上针体并绕制出了绕柄, 已成形为一完整 的针灸针 27; 然后, 脱料顶杆 3如箭头所示上移, 使作用斜面 25抵压定位 杆 21, 顶压面 24也抵压第一顶压部 18, 压料件 7上抬且定位杆 21沿作用 斜面 25转动, 使压料件 7的小压板 16克服弹簧扭力旋转至或超过容置嵌槽 20的位置, 同时在压料件 7上移一定位置后经抵压第二顶压部 13, 使抬料 件 6也上移, 使针灸针 27 (即工件)的丝环 26脱出芯棒 14的顶端, 此过渡 状态如附图 Ί所示, 此时以机械摆臂或人工取针灸针 27 (即工件)即可; 最 后, 脱料顶杆 3下移复位, 压料件 7在螺旋弹簧 8长度方向上弹力作用下下 落正好嵌入容置嵌槽 20中构成^开状态, 如附图 8所示。
本实施例结构简单, 机构设计巧妙, 动作灵活, 通过运用本发明可大幅 提高针灸针绕柄加工设备的性能, 使绕柄的加工过程更流畅、 速度更快。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点, 其目的在于让熟悉此项 技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施, 并不能以此限制本发明的保 护范围。 凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰, 都应涵盖在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种针灸针自动绕柄机的工件夹持装置, 由多个工件夹具、 一夹料顶 杆以及一脱料顶杆相配合构成, 所述工件夹具在绕柄机的转盘周向上均布设 置, 且随转盘在各工位间运动; 其特征在于:
所述各工件夹具包括座体、压料件以及螺旋弹簧; 所述座体上设有一向上 的工作面, 该工作面中部向下开设贯穿孔, 工作面的外沿向上凸设一芯棒; 所 述压料件由小压板和该小压板一端向下垂直设置的中心杆构成,所述压料件以 中心杆穿设于贯穿孔中, 中心杆下部伸出作为第一顶压部; 所述小压板上对应 芯棒开设有嵌孔, 小压板以嵌孔套在芯棒的顶端上, 所述工作面上对应小压板 以贯穿孔中心为旋转中心偏转的投影位置开设匹配的容置嵌槽;所述螺旋弹簧 套设在套管外部,作用于所述中心杆和座体之间, 其长度方向的弹力迫使压料 件的小压板向下运动, 扭力迫使小压板由容置嵌槽向芯棒的方向转动; 所述压 料件具有夹持和松开两个工作位置,在夹持工作位置上小压板的嵌孔与芯棒顶 端嵌套配合, 在松开工作位置上小压板嵌于容置嵌槽内定位; 中心杆的底部在 径向上伸设有一定位杆,而座体上对应压料件处在夹持工作位置上时定位杆的 位置设有一阻挡限位部, 定位杆与阻挡限位部相配合对压料件定位; 置, 夹料顶杆的顶端对应第一顶压部设有一顶压面, 夹料顶杆作上下方向的垂 直运动, 该顶压面与第一顶压部抵压配合, 使工件夹具的压料件从松开工作位 置转换至夹持工作位置;
所述脱料顶杆在脱料工位上对应该工位上的工件夹具设置,脱料顶杆的顶 端对应第一顶压部设有一顶压面,且在该顶压面外周对应所述定位杆设有一段 作用斜面,脱料顶杆作上下方向垂直运动,脱料顶杆的作用斜面与定位杆配合, 脱料顶杆的顶压面与第一顶压部抵压配合,使压料件的 、压板克服弹簧扭力旋 转至或超过容置嵌槽的位置, 压料件从夹持工作位置转换至松开工作位置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的针灸针自动绕柄机的工件夹持装置, 其特征在 于: 所述座体与压料件间嵌设有一抬料件, 所述抬料件由抬料板和该抬料板中 ' 部向下垂直设置的一 '套管构成,所述抬料板中部对应套管的中心孔开孔构成所 述贯穿孔; 所述抬料件以套管穿设于座体上, 套管底部向下伸出作为第二顶压 部, 且抬料板叠置于座体上, 所述芯棒一端固接于座体上, 另一端经抬料板向 上穿出, 抬料板的板面作为所述工作面, 所述压料件以中心杆穿设于抬料件的 贯穿孔中, 所述第一顶压部伸出于抬料件的套管下端口外; 所述脱料顶杆的顶 压面直接与第二顶压部抵压配合,或者经第一顶压部传递动力间接与第二顶压 部抵压配合。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的针灸针自动绕柄机的工件夹持装置, 其特征在 于: 所述各工件夹具的中心杆底部固定套设有一挡环, 弹簧的一端固定在挡环 顶面上,另一端固定在座体的底面上,所述挡环的顶面与第二顶压部抵压配合。
