Description

ガス絶縁装置
 本発明は、ガス絶縁開閉装置などのガス絶縁装置に関する。
 電力供給のために変電所内で使用される、例えばガス絶縁開閉器、ガス絶縁遮断器、およびガス絶縁母線などのガス絶縁装置は、接地された密閉型の金属容器内に高電圧導体が収容されている。さらに、SFなどの絶縁ガスが充填されて、この絶縁ガスによって絶縁されている。このような構成によって絶縁強度が増加するため、従来の気中絶縁や油絶縁の電気機器に比べて、電気機器のより一層の小型化が図れると共に安全性が向上する。
 このガス絶縁装置においては、接地金属容器内において接触不良や金属異物の混入などがあると、その部分で絶縁性能が低下して部分放電が発生する場合がある。このような部分放電を放置しておくと、絶縁破壊に至り、重大な事故発生に繋がる危険性がある。
 したがってこのような重大事故を未然に防ぐために、接地金属容器内の絶縁低下を早期に発見し対処する必要がある。この絶縁低下のときに発生する部分放電を検出する部分放電検出器等の絶縁診断技術が開発されている。
 また、最近は機器の長期安定運用の観点から状態監視を行う外部診断法として、UHF帯域(0.3~3GHz)の部分放電信号を測定する、いわゆるUHF法を国際電気標準会議(IEC)として規格化する動きも出てきている。
 一般的にUHF法は、接地金属容器に電極(アンテナ)を設けて、部分放電の発生に伴う高周波帯の電磁波を当該電極で検出する。このときの部分放電を検出することによって、絶縁診断を行っている。このような部分放電検出用の電極は、高周波帯の電磁波を検出する電極であるため、2つの電極、すなわち検出電極および接地側電極を必要としている。
 これらの電極は、互いに電気的に絶縁されるように配置されている。さらに、特許文献1に開示されているように、2つの電極の形状および配置状態を改良することによって、これらの電極の検出性能を向上させる方法などが知られている。
 また、従来においては、特許文献2に開示されているように、絶縁スペーサに埋め込んだ内部シールドをアンテナとして用いて、内部シールドと測定装置の間に抵抗体を挿入して測定電圧を下げて部分放電を検出し、絶縁診断を行う方法などが知られている。
 特許文献2に開示されている一般的なガス絶縁装置は、高電圧導体と、この高電圧導体が挿入されてSFガス等の絶縁ガスが封入された接地金属容器と、この高電圧導体を支持する絶縁スペーサと、を有する。この絶縁スペーサは、スペーサ本体部と、このスペーサ本体の外周に形成された金属フランジを有している。スペーサ本体部は、絶縁部を有し、さらに、高電圧側の内部電極と接地側の内部シールドとを絶縁部に埋め込んで一体的に形成されている。
 金属フランジには、雌ねじ部が形成されている。この雌ねじ部は、ボルト等の締結手段によって、接地金属容器に形成された金属フランジに固定されている。
 この金属フランジは、スペーサ本体部と金属部材により一体に固定されている。すなわち、スペーサ本体部と金属フランジとは別構造になっている。スペーサ本体部の外周部および金属フランジの内周部には、少なくとも4箇所にくぼみ部が形成されている。このくぼみ部には金属部材が組み込まれている。
 これらのくぼみ部および金属部材は、絶縁スペーサの軸方向および径方向に対してスペーサ本体部と金属フランジとを拘束するように形成されている。さらに、金属フランジに金属部材がボルトで締め付け固定するように構成されている。
 また、スペーサ本体部に埋め込まれた内部シールドの電位は、上記金属部材および内部シールドに取り付けられた棒に接触させることにより保持されている。さらに、金属フランジ内には、内部シールドから突出した棒に電気的に接続している接触金物が設けられている。この接触金物の内部には、抵抗素子などが配設されている。
 部分放電の信号は、この抵抗素子の抵抗値により分圧された電圧を部分放電測定器等により検出している。

 ところが、上記の従来のガス絶縁装置は、以下のような技術的課題がある。
 内部シールドを用いた部分放電検出装置は、高電圧導体を支持する絶縁スペーサのスペーサ本体部に予め埋め込まれた内部シールドを、部分放電によって発生する高周波信号を検出するアンテナとして使用している。すなわち、接地金属容器内を伝播してきた高周波信号は、絶縁スペーサ内の内部シールドで検出するように構成されている。この手法では、内部シールドと測定装置との間に抵抗素子を挿入して、測定電圧を下げて高周波の部分放電信号を検出している。
 しかし、このような信号検出方法では、部分放電から発生されるUHF帯域の電磁波の他に、例えば、高電圧導体に流れる商用周波数帯域の電圧の誘導分なども検出されてしまう。当該抵抗素子の抵抗値は、一般的に商用周波数帯域の検出を前提に設定されているため、例えば断路器等を開閉するときに生じる断路器サージのような高電圧を作用させると、当該抵抗素子が損傷する可能性がある。
 また、当該抵抗素子は、kHzオーダーの検出を想定しているため、ばねに板をつけてインダクタンス分の影響を受けないようにしている。また、分圧された測定電圧を取り出すために、絶縁筒などが設けられている。したがって、構造が複雑になる場合がある。
 すなわち、内部シールドを用いた従来の部分放電検出装置は、比較的低周波帯域の商用電圧を検出する機能と、高周波帯域の部分放電を検出する機能を併せ持つものである。このため、部分放電のみを検出したい場合においても、商用電圧も同時に検出してしまい、効率的な部分放電検出が困難になる場合があった。
 通常、ガス絶縁装置は、設置スペース等の様々な設置条件に対応できるように、複数の接地金属容器を連結して複雑な配管経路形状が形成される。隣接する接地金属容器の間に配置される絶縁スペーサは、ガス絶縁装置内に複数配置されている。
 異常の検出を目的とした部分放電を検出する機能は、複数の接地金属容器を有するガス絶縁装置において、異常部位を特定しやすくするために、複数配置されていることが望ましい。このため、隣接する接地金属容器の間に配置される絶縁スペーサには、部分放電を検出する機能を設ければ、新たに検出部を設けることなく、複数個所での部分放電検出が可能になる。
 一方、全ての絶縁スペーサに、商用電圧検出機能を持たせる必要性はなく、1箇所でよい。よって、商用電圧を検出する機能は、スペーサとは限らずに別途設けておけばよい。
 本発明は上述した課題を解決するものであり、その目的は、ガス絶縁装置から安全かつ安定的にUHF帯域の部分放電信号を抽出して、部分放電測定を行うことにある。
 上記目的を達成するための本発明に係るガス絶縁装置は、軸方向に延びた高電圧導体と、端部フランジによって少なくとも2つに分割可能で、前記高電圧導体との間に空隙を保ちながら前記高電圧導体を覆って、この空隙に絶縁ガスが充填された接地金属容器と、前記高電圧導体を支持しつつ前記高電圧導体を電気的に接続するように形成された内部電極と、外周側で前記端部フランジに挟み込まれるように固定されて内周側で前記高電圧導体を支持し絶縁性を備えた絶縁部と、前記端部フランジ近傍側の前記絶縁部に埋め込まれるように配置されて前記高電圧導体を取り囲むように形成されたリング状で導電性を備えた内部シールドと、前記絶縁部の外周に配置されて前記端部フランジに挟み込まれるように固定された接地金属フランジと、一方の端部が前記内部シールドに電気的に接続されて、他方の端部が前記絶縁部の外部に延びて前記接地金属容器に接続されて導電性を備えた接地用棒と、前記接地金属フランジの外周側に取り付けられた部分放電測定端子と、一方の端部が前記内部シールドに電気的に接続されて、他方の端部が前記絶縁部の外部に延びて前記部分放電測定端子に接続されて導電性を備えた測定用棒と、を有することを特徴とする。
 本発明によれば、ガス絶縁装置から安全かつ安定的にUHF帯域の部分放電信号を抽出して、部分放電測定を行うことが可能となる。

 以下、本発明に係るガス絶縁装置の一実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。
 先ず、図1~図6を用いて、本実施形態のガス絶縁装置の構成について説明する。
 図1は、本実施形態のガス絶縁装置の絶縁スペーサ40を示す概略平面図である。図2は、図1のII-II線矢視図であって、一部断面を示す部分側面図である。図3は、図1のIII-III線矢視図であって、一部断面を示す部分側面図である。図4は、図1のIV部拡大平面図である。図5は、図4のV-V線矢視断面図である。図6は、本実施形態のガス絶縁装置の一部を示す概略断面図である。
 本実施形態のガス絶縁装置は、図6に示すように、接地金属容器3、高電圧導体1、および絶縁スペーサ40を有する。
 接地金属容器3は、略円筒部を有し、この円筒部の軸に垂直な面で、少なくとも第1接地金属容器31および第2接地金属容器32に分割および連結可能に形成されている。
 第1および第2接地金属容器31、32それぞれの連結部の外周には、端部フランジ部3aが形成されている。第1および第2接地金属容器31、32を連結するときには、これらの端部フランジ部3aが、絶縁スペーサ40を挟んで、例えば締結ボルト8等の締結手段によって高電圧導体1の軸方向から締結されている。
 接地金属容器3で囲まれた空間のほぼ中心部には、円筒部の中心軸に沿って高電圧導体1が挿入されている。さらに、この高電圧導体1の外側と接地金属容器3内側で形成される空間には、例えばSFガス等の絶縁ガス2が封入されている。
 絶縁スペーサ40は、絶縁スペーサ本体4、内部シールド6、内部電極5、および接地金属フランジ7を有する。
 絶縁スペーサ本体4は、絶縁部材により形成された絶縁部4aを有し、この絶縁部4aは、接地金属容器3内部を円筒の中心軸方向に垂直な方向に分割するように配置されている。
 絶縁部4aの外周側は、第1および第2接地金属容器31、32それぞれの端部フランジ部3aに挟み込まれるように固定されている。端部フランジ部3aは、締結ボルト8等の締付手段によって締め付けられて固定されている。このとき、絶縁部4aに設けられたオーリング溝41にシール用オーリングをはめ込み気密性を保持するように締結されている。これにより、絶縁ガス2が接地金属容器3内に密封されると共に、第1接地金属容器31内部と第2接地金属容器32内部とが絶縁スペーサ40でガス区分される。絶縁スペーサ本体4の中心側は、接地金属容器3の内部に挿入された高電圧導体1を支持するように形成されている。
 絶縁スペーサ本体4の中心部には、高電圧導体1を連結支持するように内部電極5が配置されている。この内部電極5は、その両側に配置された高電圧導体1を電気的に接続するとともに、高電圧導体1を接地金属容器3の中心部に保持する機能を有している。また、絶縁部4a内の端部フランジ部3a近傍側には、内部シールド6が埋め込まれている。この内部シールド6は、高電圧導体1を取り囲むように配置されて、例えばリング状に形成されている。この内部シールド6は、不連続部を有するリング状であってもよい。
 この内部シールド6には、導電性を有する3本の棒、すなわち、第1棒17a、第2棒17b、および第3棒17cそれぞれが、電気的に接続されている。これらの第1~第3棒17a、17b、17cは、内部シールド6から絶縁部4aの外部まで例えば放射状に延びるように形成されている。
 さらに、絶縁部4aの外側には、接地金属フランジ7が設けられている。この接地金属フランジ7は、絶縁スペーサ本体4の外周側の絶縁部4aと同様に、第1および第2接地金属容器31、32それぞれの端部フランジ部3aによって挟み込まれるように固定されている。
 図4および図5に示すように、ガス絶縁装置には、絶縁スペーサ40の絶縁スペーサ本体4および接地金属フランジ7の双方を、高電圧導体1の軸方向から押え付けるように、例えば、樹脂材(エポキシ、ポリアセタール等)で形成された円板状の絶縁板33が配置されている。この絶縁板33の中央には、ボルト用貫通孔20が形成され、固定ボルト11等により接地金属フランジ7に取り付けられている。すなわち、接地金属フランジ7は、絶縁スペーサ本体4の絶縁部4aと直に接触することなく、絶縁板33を介して、絶縁スペーサ本体4に取り付けられている。
 接地金属フランジ7には、高電圧導体1の軸方向に垂直な面に、第1くぼみ部10aが形成されている。この第1くぼみ部10aの中央部には、高電圧導体1の軸方向にねじ穴21が形成されている。さらに、この第1くぼみ部10aに対向する位置の絶縁部4aには、第2くぼみ部10bが形成され、これらの第1くぼみ部10aおよび第2くぼみ部10bは、全体で略円形となるように形成されている。すなわち、略円形のくぼみ部10a、10bは、絶縁部4aおよび接地金属フランジ7の双方にまたがって形成されている。
 絶縁板33は、略円形のくぼみ部10a、10bに嵌め込まれるように配置されて、絶縁部4aおよび接地金属フランジ7の双方を、高電圧導体1の軸方向から押え付けている。
 第1棒17aは、図2に示すように、ステンレス鋼製の接続用ばね35により同軸ケーブルが直接接続可能な同軸ケーブル接続端子34と接続されている。この接続用ばね35は、第1棒17aの外側に直列に連結されて、第1棒17aが延びる方向に伸縮するように配置されている。この第1棒17aは、部分放電の測定を行う測定用棒の機能を有し、部分放電測定端子39を構成する部材の1つである。
 また、第2棒17bおよび第3棒17cは、図3に示すように、接地用棒としての機能を有している。これらの棒17b、17cは、接地をとるためにステンレス鋼製の接地用ばね36を介して接地金属フランジ7と接続されている。この接地用ばね36は、接地用の第2棒17bおよび接地金属フランジ7の間に配置されて、これらを互いに電気的に接続するように形成されている。この接地用ばね36は、第2棒17bが延びる方向に垂直な方向に伸縮するように配置されている。第3棒17cおよび接地金属フランジ7の間にも同様に接地用ばね36が配置されている。
 次に、図7~図9を用いて本実施形態のガス絶縁装置の作用について説明する。
 図7は、本実施形態の接地状態を示す模式図である。図8は、時間と電圧の関係を示しており、内部シールドを用いた従来の部分放電検出装置により検出された部分放電信号を示したグラフである。図9は、図1の実施形態のガス絶縁装置の絶縁スペーサ40により検出された部分放電信号を示すグラフである。
 第1接地金属容器31および第2接地金属容器32それぞれの端部フランジ部3aを締付ボルト8で締結して、絶縁スペーサ本体4および接地金属フランジ7を挟み込んだ状態であっても、第1接地金属容器31および第2接地金属容器32の導通は、締結ボルト8によって保持されている。
 また、上記のような構造によって、例えば第1棒17aなどの測定用棒の近傍では、金属部材等の導電性部材は接地金属容器3の外部に突出していない。よって、部分放電等の測定信号が、外部に漏洩して減衰することを抑制することが可能となる。
 従来の内部シールドは、接地金属容器、絶縁ガス、および絶縁スペーサ本体の集合点、すなわちトリプルジャンクション部の電解を緩和することを目的として、絶縁スペーサ本体に埋め込まれた電極である。よって、部分放電を検出するために設置された部品ではなかった。
 これに対して、本実施形態のガス絶縁装置は、第1棒17aを有する部分放電測定端子39を、接続用ばね35を介して接地金属フランジ7に取り付けて、部分放電検出の手段として用いている。すなわち、ガス絶縁装置に複数配置された絶縁スペーサ40によって、商用電圧を検出せずに、部分放電(UHF信号)を選択的に検出するように構成されている。よって、放電を検出する部材、例えば電圧検出センサ等を新たに設ける必要がなく、装置を簡素化することが可能となる。
 また、部分放電測定端子39として、高周波成分を検出することに優れた同軸ケーブルを直接接続することができるように同軸ケーブル接続端子34を使用している。よって、装置をより簡素化することが可能となる。
 上記のように構成されたガス絶縁装置では、接地金属容器3内部で部分放電による信号が発生すると、GHzオーダーの周波数を有する電磁波が発生して伝搬する。このとき、図7に示すように、絶縁スペーサ本体4に埋め込まれたリング状の内部シールド6および第1~第3棒17a、17b、17cが、ループアンテナ38の機能を有して、この伝搬電磁波を信号として抽出する。
 内部シールド6を部分放電の検出手段として用いる部分放電測定装置は、例えば、特許文献1に開示されているように独立したアンテナ電極を設置する方式と比較して製作コストの低減が可能であり、経済的である。
 また、従来は図8に示すように、部分放電信号37が商用周波電圧に起因する誘導電圧に重畳されていたため、例えば抵抗体を設けることによって、測定電圧を下げて、信号を検出していた。図8では抵抗体の有無によって測定電圧の値が低減した例を示している。これに対して、本実施形態によれば、図9に示すように、部分放電信号37において、接地をとりながらUHF帯域(GHzオーダー)の信号のみを抽出することが可能となる。この後に、検出されたUHF帯域の信号に基づいて解析して、絶縁状態を診断する。
 さらに、抽出される信号の周波数がGHzオーダーであるため、内部シールド6と部分放電測定装置(図示せず)との接続は、接続用ばね35のインダクタンス分で減衰することなく抽出することが可能となる。よって、部分放電を安定して検出および判定することができる。
 なお、上記の通り、ガス絶縁装置に作用する商用電圧を検出する機能は、ガス絶縁装置内に別途検出装置を設けておけばよい。ガス絶縁装置に配置される絶縁スペーサ40の全てに商用電圧検出機能を持たせなくともよく、商用電圧検出装置は部分放電を検出する装置に比べて少なくてもよい。
 本実施形態のように絶縁スペーサ40を部分放電専用の検出装置とすることにより、より安定して安全に部分放電信号を検出することが可能となる。
 また、接続用ばね35および接地用ばね36の材質をステンレス鋼製とすることで、錆の発生を抑制することが可能となる。
 絶縁スペーサ本体4と接地金属フランジ7とを接続するときに、接地用ばね35を介して押え付けることで、これらの接続部の部品の製作誤差(寸法公差)を吸収できる。よって、製作コストを低減することが可能となる。
 絶縁板33を樹脂材とすることによって、固定ボルト11で押し付けたときに絶縁スペーサ本体4を損傷させることを抑制することが可能となる。
 以上の説明からわかるように、本実施形態によれば、ガス絶縁装置の特に絶縁スペーサ40の簡素化および小型化を図ることが可能になると共に、安全かつ安定的にUHF帯域の部分放電信号を抽出して、部分放電測定を行うことが可能となる。
 以上、実施形態について説明したが、これらは単なる例示であって、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではない。例えば、接地用棒は2本に限らず、1本または3本以上であってもよい。また、測定用棒も1つの内部シールド6に2本以上接続してもよい。
 また、絶縁ガス2は絶縁スペーサ40によりガス区分されなくてもよい。

Claims (6)

  1.  軸方向に延びた高電圧導体と、
     端部フランジによって少なくとも2つに分割可能で、前記高電圧導体との間に空隙を保ちながら前記高電圧導体を覆って、この空隙に絶縁ガスが充填された接地金属容器と、
     前記高電圧導体を支持しつつ前記高電圧導体を電気的に接続するように形成された内部電極と、
     外周側で前記端部フランジに挟み込まれるように固定されて内周側で前記高電圧導体を支持し絶縁性を備えた絶縁部と、
     前記端部フランジ近傍側の前記絶縁部に埋め込まれるように配置されて前記高電圧導体を取り囲むように形成されたリング状で導電性を備えた内部シールドと、
     前記絶縁部の外周に配置されて前記端部フランジに挟み込まれるように固定された接地金属フランジと、
     一方の端部が前記内部シールドに電気的に接続されて、他方の端部が前記絶縁部の外部に延びて前記接地金属容器に接続されて導電性を備えた接地用棒と、
     前記接地金属フランジの外周側に取り付けられた部分放電測定端子と、
     一方の端部が前記内部シールドに電気的に接続されて、他方の端部が前記絶縁部の外部に延びて前記部分放電測定端子に接続されて導電性を備えた測定用棒と、
     を有することを特徴とするガス絶縁装置。
  2.  前記部分放電測定端子と前記測定用棒は、接続用ばねにより接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス絶縁装置。
  3.  前記接続用ばねは、ステンレス鋼材により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス絶縁装置。
  4.  前記接続用ばねは、前記接地用棒および接地金属フランジとの間に前記接地金属容器の長手方向に伸縮するように配置されて、これらを電気的に接続するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載のガス絶縁装置。
  5.  前記部分放電測定端子は、同軸ケーブルが接続可能な同軸ケーブル接続用端子であること特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のガス絶縁装置。
  6.  前記接地金属フランジには、前記高電圧導体の軸方向に垂直な面に、第1くぼみ部が形成されて、
     前記第1くぼみ部には、前記高電圧導体の軸方向にねじ穴が形成されて、
     前記絶縁部には、前記第1くぼみ部に対向する位置で、前記第1くぼみ部と合わせて全体で円形くぼみ部を形成する第2くぼみ部が形成されて、
     前記円形くぼみ部には、表面から裏面に向かって貫通するボルト用貫通孔が形成された絶縁板が前記円形くぼみ部に嵌合するように配置されて、
     前記ボルト用貫通孔にボルトを通して、このボルトを前記ねじ穴に取り付けて前記絶縁板を締め付けて、前記絶縁板により前記絶縁部および接地金属フランジそれぞれを、前記高電圧導体の軸方向から押え付けて固定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のガス絶縁装置。
