Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verteileranschlussmodul (1), umfassend ein Gehäuse (2), in dem mindestens eine Leiterplatte (3) mit Funktionselementen (30) angeordnet ist, Eingangskontakte (20) und Ausgangskontakte (21) zum Anschließen von Adern, wobei die Eingangs- und Ausgangskontakte (20, 21) von der Vorderseite (V) des Verteileranschlussmoduls (1) zugänglich und über die Leiterplatte (3) miteinander elektrisch verbunden oder verbindbar sind, wobei die Eingangs- und Ausgangskontakte (20, 21) auf einer separaten zweiten Leiterplatte (6) angeordnet sind, wobei die separate zweite Leiterplatte (6) eine Schnittstelle zur Verbindung mit der ersten Leiterplatte (3) mit den Funktionselementen (30) aufweist, die als Trennstecker (9) mit Trennkontakten (23) ausgebildet ist, wobei von den Eingangs- und Ausgangskontakten (20, 21) elektrische Verbindungen zu den Trennkontakten (23) geführt sind, wobei bei geschlossenem Trennkontakt (23) jeweils ein Eingangskontakt (20) mit jeweils einem Ausgangskontakt (21) verbunden ist und bei geöffnetem Trennkontakt (23) nach Aufstecken auf die erste Leiterplatte (3) mit den Funktionselementen (30) die Eingangs- und Ausgangskontakte (20, 21) über die Funktionselemente (30) miteinander verbunden oder verbindbar sind.
Description
Verteileranschlussmodul
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verteileranschlussmodul gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Verteileranschlussmodule sind für verschiedenste Anwendungen bekannt. Ein Anwendungsgebiet sind beispielsweise Verteiler mit Test-Access-Matrix- Funktion. Dabei werden beispielsweise die Teilnehmerleitungen an die Eingangskontakte und DSL-Leitungen an die Ausgangskontakte angeschlossen, die dann zu einem DSLAM geführt werden. Über die Test- Access-Matrix kann dann eine Testeinheit (Test Head) auf die Leitung aufgeschaltet werden oder diese unterbrechen, um in die Teilnehmerleitung und/oder die DSL-Leitung zu messen. Hierzu umfasst die Test- Access- Matrix üblicherweise Relais oder andere Schaltelemente. Bei Ausfall der Bauelemente muss dann jedoch die Leiterplatte, auf der die Test-Access- Matrix-Bauelemente angeordnet sind, ausgetauscht werden. Bei dem Austausch der Leiterplatte wird dann jedoch die Verbindung zwischen den Eingangs- und Ausgangskontakten unterbrochen, d.h. der Teilnehmer hat keine Verbindung mehr zum Netz. Dieses Problem stellt sich allgemein bei Verteileranschlussmodulen, wenn die Teilnehmerleitungen über eine Leiterplatte mit den Leitungen einer Service-Einrichtung verbunden sind.
Der Erfindung liegt das technische Problem zugrunde, ein Verteileranschlussmodul zu schaffen, das ein unterbrechungsfreies Auswechseln der Leiterplatte ermöglicht.
Die Lösung des technischen Problems ergibt sich durch den Gegenstand mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Hierzu umfasst das Verteileranschlussmodul ein Gehäuse, in dem mindestens eine Leiterplatte mit Funktionselementen angeordnet ist,
Eingangskontakte und Ausgangskontakte zum Anschließen von Adern, wobei die Eingangskontakte und die Ausgangskontakte von der Vorderseite des Verteileranschlussmoduls zugänglich und über die Leiterplatte miteinander elektrisch verbunden oder verbindbar sind, wobei die Eingangs- und Ausgangskontakte auf einer separaten zweiten Leiterplatte angeordnet sind, wobei die separate zweite Leiterplatte eine Schnittstelle zur Verbindung mit der ersten Leiterplatte mit den Funktionselementen aufweist, die als Trennstecker ausgebildet ist, wobei von den Eingangs- und Ausgangskontakten elektrische Verbindungen zu den Trennkontakten des Trennsteckers geführt sind, wobei bei geschlossenem Trennkontakt jeweils ein Eingangskontakt mit jeweils einem Ausgangskontakt verbunden ist und bei geöffnetem Trennkontakt nach Aufstecken auf die erste Leiterplatte mit den Funktionselementen die Eingangs- und Ausgangskontakte über die Funktionselemente miteinander verbunden sind. Hierdurch kann die zweite Leiterplatte ohne Unterbrechung des Dienstes ausgewechselt werden.
Vorzugsweise sind die Eingangskontakte und/oder die Ausgangskontakte als mindestens ein Leiterplattensteckverbinder ausgebildet, wobei weiter vorzugsweise die Eingangskontakte als mindestens ein erster Leiterplattensteckverbinder und die Ausgangskontakte als mindestens ein weiterer Leiterplattensteckverbinder ausgebildet sind, so dass eine übersichtliche Trennung erreicht wird. Die Aderanschlussseite der Leiterplattensteckverbinder ist vorzugsweise mit Schneid-Klemm-Kontakten oder Wire-Wrap-Kontakten ausgebildet. Die Anschlussseite zur separaten zweiten Leiterplatte ist vorzugsweise mit Gabelkontakten ausgebildet. Prinzipiell können die Eingangs- und Ausgangskontakte aber auch durch Standardsteckverbinder realisiert werden.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Funktionselemente als Test- Access- Matrix ausgebildet.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind an der Rückseite des Gehäuses Steuerkontakte für die Funktionselemente angeordnet. Über diese Steuerkontakte können Funktionselemente angesteuert und/oder mit elektrischer Energie versorgt werden und/oder Messdaten von den Leitungen abgegriffen werden.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Steuerkontakte als mindestens ein Leiterplattensteckverbinder ausgebildet, wobei der Leiterplattensteckverbinder vorzugsweise mit dem Gehäuse fest verbunden ist, um das Auswechseln der ersten Leiterplatte zu erleichtern.
In einer alternativen Ausführungsform sind die Steuerkontakte auf einer Rückverdrahtungsplatine angeordnet, die über Steckkontakte mit Gegenkontakten auf der Leiterplatte mit den Funktionselementen verbunden sind.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind auf der separaten zweiten Leiterplatte Überspannungsschutzelemente, insbesondere Gasabieiter, angeordnet. Hierdurch wird auch der Trennstecker wirksam gegen Überspannungen geschützt. Prinzipiell ist es aber denkbar, die Überspannungsabieiter auf der ersten Leiterplatte mit den Funktionselementen anzuordnen.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform besteht das Gehäuse mindestens teilweise aus Metall, wobei weiter vorzugsweise die separate zweite Leiterplatte über mindestens einen Erdkontakt mit dem Gehäuse verbunden ist. Das Gehäuse kann dabei auch vollständig aus Metall bestehen.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Die Fig. zeigen :

Das Verteileranschlussmodul 1 umfasst ein Gehäuse 2, in dem eine erste Leiterplatte 3 mit Funktionselementen 30 angeordnet ist. Dabei ist anzumerken, dass das Gehäuse 2 üblicherweise eine Vielzahl von Leiterplatten 3 umfasst, die übereinander angeordnet sind. Des Weiteren umfasst das Verteileranschlussmodul 1 für jede Leiterplatte 3 ein Frontteil 4, das an der Vorderseite V des Verteileranschlussmoduls 1 angeordnet ist. Das Frontteil 4 umfasst ein Gehäuse 5, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, in dem eine separate zweite Leiterplatte 6 angeordnet ist. An der Vorderseite der Leiterplatte 6 sind zwei Leiterplattensteckverbinder 7, 8 angeordnet. Dabei dienen die Leiterplattensteckverbinder 7, 8 zum Anschließen von Doppeladern, wobei beispielsweise an dem Leiterplattensteckverbinder 7 DSL-Leitungen und an dem Leiterplattensteckverbinder 8 Teilnehmerleitungen angeschlossen werden. Dabei bilden Kontaktelemente des Leiterplattensteckverbinders 8 Eingangskontakte 20 des Verteileranschlussmoduls 1 und Kontaktelemente des Leiterplattensteckverbinders 7 Ausgangskontakte 21 des Verteileranschlussmoduls 1. Vorzugsweise über Gabelkontakte sind die Leiterplattensteckverbinder I1 8 mit der Leiterplatte 6 elektrisch verbunden. An der Rückseite der Leiterplatte 6 ist ein Trennstecker 9 angeordnet, der eine der Anzahl der Kontakte zum Anschließen von Adern des
Leiterplattensteckverbinders 7 bzw. 8 entsprechende Anzahl von Trennkontakten aufweist, was später noch anhand der Fig. 3a und 3b näher erläutert wird. Der Tennstecker 9 dient dabei als Schnittstelle zwischen der zweiten Leiterplatte 6 und der ersten Leiterplatte 3. Über die Funktionselemente 30 auf der ersten Leiterplatte 3 sind die Eingangskontakte 20 und die Ausgangskontakte 21 miteinander verbunden bzw. verbindbar. Auf der zweiten Leiterplatte 6 sind des Weiteren Überspannungsschutzelemente 10 angeordnet, die den Trennstecker 9 bzw. die Funktionselemente 30 auf der Leiterplatte 3 vor Überspannungen schützen. Weiter weist die Leiterplatte 6 zwei Erdkontakte 11 auf, die elektrisch mit dem Gehäuse 2 verbunden sind, das vorzugsweise mindestens teilweise aus Metall besteht. Über den Erdkontakt 11 wird eine nicht dargestellte Masseleitung für die Überspannungsabieiter 10 mit Gehäusemasse bzw. Erde verbunden. An der Rückseite R weist das Verteileranschlussmodul 1 einen Steckverbinder 12 mit Steuerkontakten 31 für nicht dargestellte Steuerleitungen auf, über die die Funktionselemente 30 auf der Leiterplatte 3 angesteuert und/oder mit elektrischer Energie versorgt werden und/oder Daten abgegriffen werden. Über Verbindungsteile 13 ist das Gehäuse 2 an Buchtenschienen 14 befestigt, wobei die Verbindungsteile 13 an der linken und rechten Seite unterschiedlich sind. Hierdurch wird es möglich, die DSL-Kabel 15 mit den jeweiligen DSL-Leitungen von der Rückseite R über eine Kabelführung 16 zwischen Gehäuse 2 und Buchtenschiene 14 zur Vorderseite V zu führen.
Bevorzugtes Funktionselement 30 der Erfindung ist eine Test-Access-Matrix, die vorzugsweise aus Relais aufgebaut ist, wobei für jede Leitung beispielsweise zwei Relais R1-R2 verwendet werden. Die möglichen Verschaltungen sind in den Fig. 2a bis 2d dargestellt.
In der Fig. 2a ist der normale Service dargestellt, wobei die Ansteuerschaltungen für die Relais R1-R2 nicht dargestellt sind. Das Relais Rl ist derart geschaltet, dass eine elektrische Verbindung zwischen einem
Eingangskontakt 20 für eine Teilnehmerleitung und einem Ausgangskontakt 21 für eine DSL-Leitung hergestellt wird, wobei das Relais R2 derart geschaltet ist, dass ein Steuerkontakt 31 kein Messsignal erfasst.
In der Fig. 2b sind die Relaisstellungen für eine Messung in die Teilnehmerleitung dargestellt. Relais Rl ist derart geschaltet, dass die Verbindung zwischen den Kontakten 20, 21 aufgetrennt ist, wobei Relais R2 derart geschaltet ist, dass über den Steuerkontakt 31 eine nicht dargestellte Testeinheit in die Teilnehmerleitung messen kann.
In Fig. 2c ist nun das Relais R2 mit dem Relais Rl verbunden, wobei Relais Rl derart geschaltet ist, dass die Kontakte 20, 21 nicht miteinander verbunden sind. Dadurch kann die Testeinheit über den Steuerkontakt 31 in die DSL-Leitung messen.
In der Fig. 2d ist schließlich ein Monitoring dargestellt, bei dem die Relais R1-R2 derart verschaltet sind, dass die Kontakte 20, 21 miteinander verbunden sind und die Testeinheit die Signale zwischen den Kontakten 20, 21 abgreift.
Anhand der Fig. 3a und 3b soll nun die Funktionsweise des Trennsteckers 9 (siehe Fig. 1) an einem Trennkontakt 23 exemplarisch erläutert werden. Der Trennkontakt 23 weist zwei Schenkel 24, 25 auf, die derart geformt sind, dass diese im geschlossenen Zustand (siehe Fig. 3b) sich berühren. Wird hingegen der Trennkontakt 23 auf die Leiterplatte 3 geschoben, so werden die beiden Schenkel 24, 25 aufgetrennt und der Kontakt geöffnet. Der Schenkel 24 ist über eine nicht dargestellte Leiterbahn auf der Oberseite 26 der Leiterplatte 6 mit einem Eingangskontakt 20 des Leiterplattensteckverbinders 8 (Teilnehmer) verbunden, wohingegen der Schenkel 25 über eine nicht dargestellte Leiterbahn auf der Unterseite 27 der Leiterplatte 6 mit einem Ausgangskontakt 21 des Leiterplattensteckverbinders 7 (DSL) verbunden ist. Im geöffneten Zustand
(Fig. 3a) kontaktiert der Schenkel 24 ein Kontaktpad auf einer Oberseite 28 der Leiterplatte 6, von wo eine nicht dargestellte Leiterbahn zum Funktionselement 30 führt. Entsprechend kontaktiert der Schenkel 25 ein Kontaktpad auf einer Unterseite 29 der Leiterplatte 6, von wo eine nicht dargestellte Leiterbahn zum Funktionselement 30 führt.
Soll eine defekte Leiterplatte 3 ausgetauscht werden, so wird die Leiterplatte 6 mit Trennstecker 9 und Leiterplattensteckverbinder 7, 8 (einschließlich der beschalteten Teilnehmer- und DSL-Leitungen) von der Leiterplatte 3 abgezogen, so dass sich die Trennkontakte 23 schließen. Damit ist der Eingangskontakt 20 über das Überspannungsschutzelement 10 mit dem Ausgangskontakt 21 verbunden. Dadurch sind die Teilnehmerleitungen weiterhin direkt über die Überspannungsschutzelemente 10 mit den DSL- Leitungen verbunden. Daher kann die Leiterplatte 3 ohne Unterbrechung des Services ausgewechselt werden.
In der Fig. 4 ist schematisch dargestellt, wie alternativ zum Steckverbinder 12 die Steuerkontakte 31 über eine Rückverdrahtungsplatine 32 von der Rückseite R an die Leiterplatten 3 angebunden werden, die im Gehäuse 2 (siehe Fig. 1) übereinander gestapelt sind. Hierzu weist die Rückverdrahtungsplatine 32 Steckkontakte 33 auf, die mit Gegensteckkontakten 34 auf den Leiterplatten 3 verbunden werden können. Die Steuerkontakte 31 können dabei auch als hochpolige Steckverbinder ausgebildet sein.

Claims
1. Verteileranschlussmodul, umfassend ein Gehäuse, in dem mindestens eine Leiterplatte mit Funktionselementen angeordnet ist, Eingangskontakte und Ausgangskontakte zum Anschließen von Adern, wobei die Eingangs- und Ausgangskontakte von der Vorderseite des Verteileranschlussmoduls zugänglich und über die Leiterplatte miteinander elektrisch verbunden oder verbindbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingangs- und Ausgangskontakte (20, 21) auf einer separaten zweiten Leiterplatte (6) angeordnet sind, wobei die separate zweite Leiterplatte (6) eine Schnittstelle zur Verbindung mit der ersten Leiterplatte (3) mit den Funktionselementen (30) aufweist, die als Trennstecker (9) mit Trennkontakten (23) ausgebildet ist, wobei von den Eingangs- und Ausgangskontakten (20, 21) elektrische Verbindungen zu den Trennkontakten (23) geführt sind, wobei bei geschlossenem Trennkontakt (23) jeweils ein Eingangskontakt (20) mit jeweils einem Ausgangskontakt (21) verbunden ist und bei geöffnetem Trennkontakt (23) nach Aufstecken auf die erste Leiterplatte (3) mit den Funktionselementen (30) die Eingangs- und Ausgangskontakte (20, 21) über die Funktionselemente (30) miteinander verbunden oder verbindbar sind.
2. Verteileranschlussmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingangs- und/oder Ausgangskontakte (20, 21) als mindestens ein Leiterplattensteckverbinder (7, 8) ausgebildet sind.
3. Verteileranschlussmodul nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingangskontakte (20) als ein erster
Leiterplattensteckverbinder (8) und die Ausgangskontakte (21) als ein zweiter Leiterplattensteckverbinder (7) ausgebildet sind.
4. Verteileranschlussmodul nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Funktionselemente (30) als Test- Access-Matrix ausgebildet sind.
5. Verteileranschlussmodul nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Rückseite (R) des Gehäuses (2) Steuerkontakte (31) für die Funktionselemente (30) angeordnet sind.
6. Verteileranschlussmodul nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerkontakte (31) als mindestens ein Leiterplattensteckverbinder (12) ausgebildet sind.
7. Verteileranschlussmodul nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Steuerkontakte (31) auf einer Rückverdrahtungsplatine (32) angeordnet sind, die über Steckkontakte (33) mit Gegenkontakten (34) auf der Leiterplatte (3) mit den Funktionselementen (30) verbunden sind.
8. Verteileranschlussmodul nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der separaten zweiten Leiterplatte (6) Überspannungsschutzelemente (10) angeordnet sind.
9. Verteileranschlussmodul nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) mindestens teilweise aus Metall besteht.
10. Verteileranschlussmodul nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die separate zweite Leiterplatte (6) über mindestens einen Erdkontakt (11) mit dem Gehäuse (2) verbunden ist.
