Since the two materials are similar, or in any case compatible with each other, when the second material is foamed and sintered it adheres and becomes attached to the surface of the first material, so that the two parts are joined together.

  • the characteristics, and more precisely the foaming and sintering chemical and physical parameters of the material that makes up the body of the filling must be accurately evaluated in order to avoid damaging the gel elements during foaming, sintering and successive hardening of the material of the body, and this does not always happen.
  • a new type of filling for mattresses has been designed and produced, which comprises a body made of a foam material and one or more gel elements.
  • One of the objects of the invention is to provide a new mattress filling comprising a body made of a foam material joined in a stable and lasting manner to each gel element.
  • Another object of the invention is to produce a new mattress filling whose body is made of a foam material with foaming physical-chemical characteristics that are not compatible with the gel elements.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un nouveau remplissage de matelas (I) qui comporte un corps (C) fait d’un matériau en mousse, et au moins un élément fait de gel ou d’un matériau de type gel (G) appliqué à au moins l'une des longueurs dudit corps (C). Après la formation dudit corps (C) dans un moule, le matériau est retiré de sa surface sur au moins l'une de ses longueurs, de façon à obtenir des formes de vague et/ou de protubérances et/ou de dépressions (V), au niveau desdites protubérances ou dépressions (V) un ou plusieurs éléments de gel plats et minces (G) étant appliqués qui, en principe, suivent le profil desdites protubérances et/ou dépressions (V).
