Abstract
Bei einem Ringkerntransformator (1) hoher Leistung mit einer Haltevorrichtung (7, 10) der Teilwicklungen (2, 4, 23, 24) wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Segmente der Oberspannungswicklung (2, 24), bestehend aus mindestens einem Wicklungsträger, mindestens einem elektrischen Leiter und mindestens einem Isolationsmaterial mit einer Halterung (10) von außen fixiert und gehalten werden, wobei keine mechanische Verbindung zu den Unterspannungssegmenten (4, 23) und dem Kern (6, 18) besteht, das Oberspannungssegment (2, 24) nach außen hin Befestigungspunkte aufweist und die Position der Oberspannungssegmente (2, 24) zu den Unterspannungssegmenten (4, 23) variabel ist. Es wird ferner vorgeschlagen, die Unterspannungswicklung eines Ringkerntransformators (1) in mehrere Teilwicklungen (4, 23) aufzuteilen und diese mit einem elektrisch leitenden Material (11, 12, 19, 20) kernnahe parallel zu verbinden. Durch die Aufteilung der Unterspannungswicklung in mehrere einzelne Teilwicklungen (4, 23) wird es möglich, flache leitende Bänder, zum Beispiel aus Kupfer oder Aluminium maschinell zu wickeln.
