Description

Moose oil and fat composition and method for producing the same
The present invention relates to a novel mousse-like oil / fat composition and a method for producing the same that have not been known at all.
Fats and oils, especially horse oil, are known to have a therapeutic effect on burns, atopic dermatitis, bedsores, rashes, and other cosmetic effects such as smoothing the surface of the skin, improving blood circulation, and eliminating cracks and redness. In the form of liquid horse oil, semi-solid horse oil or solid horse oil, it has been generally used as a therapeutic agent for burns, rough skin, cracks, scratches and cuts.
Currently, refined horse oil that has been subjected to removal of debris and deodorized treatment using diatomaceous earth, activated carbon, etc., and hydrogenated horse oil are commercially available, such as massage cream, beauty cream, soap, etc. It is used.
This horse oil contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid, and is prone to rancidity, deterioration, and alteration due to the action of air, heat, light, etc., and produces unpleasant odors and discoloration. For example, refined horse oil other than completely hydrogenated products remains white and odorless for 2 to 3 months after purification, but is isolated from the atmosphere and protected from light at temperatures above 20 ° C. Even under the conditions, the use of refined horse oil is limited because it produces an unpleasant odor due to oxidation, rancidity and discoloration.
In order to remedy the disadvantages of such refined horse oil, those containing an antioxidant, for example, 95.00 to 99.90% by weight of horse oil and 5.00 to 0.10% by weight of γ-oryzanol or ferulic acid % Horse oil composition (see Patent Document 1) has been proposed so far.
However, even if an antioxidant is added, its efficacy lasts only for about one year, and its effect is insufficient, so far no satisfactory product has been obtained.
On the other hand, oxygen has an action of promoting metabolism in the human body and purifying blood, so it is used for recovery from fatigue, prevention of adult diseases, brain activation, deodorization, sterilization, keeping freshness of fresh products, bleaching, etc. In recent years, it has been used for health maintenance and environmental improvement.
Therefore, if horse oil and oxygen are used in combination, a synergistic effect on the therapeutic effect and beauty effect is expected. However, as mentioned above, horse oil causes rancidity and deterioration due to the presence of oxygen. It was considered impossible to use in combination and has not been implemented so far.

The present invention has been made for the purpose of providing a stable oil and fat composition containing an oil and fat component and an oxygen component.
The present inventors have conducted extensive research to develop an oil and fat composition that does not cause undesired changes such as rancidity even though it contains oxygen. As a result, solid oils and fats such as partially hydrogenated horses have been developed. An unexpected fact that a stable composition is formed without causing rancidity by uniformly dispersing oxygen as fine bubbles in the oil, and the present invention is made based on this finding. It came.
That is, the present invention relates to solid oil and fat, and oxygen gas contained therein in a state of being uniformly dispersed as bubbles having a diameter of 0.01 to 100 μm, preferably 0.1 to 100 μm, more preferably 1 to 50 μm. A mousse-like oil / fat composition comprising a volume ratio of 2: 8 to 5: 5, first slowly stirring until oxygen can be easily agitated while blowing oxygen into the solid oil / fat. And a mousse-like oil / fat composition, wherein the mousse-like oil composition is continuously dispersed as bubbles having a diameter of 0.01 to 100 μm, preferably 0.1 to 100 μm, more preferably 1 to 50 μm. A cosmetic base comprising an oil and fat composition is provided.
The solid fat used as a raw material in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is a solid tallow, vegetable fat or the like at room temperature, that is, 20 ° C., and it is a solid fat having a melting point of 25 to 48 ° C. Is preferred. Further, partially hydrogenated horse oil, pork fat, shea butter and macadamia nut oil are particularly preferable in terms of excellent therapeutic effect and beauty effect. In addition, beef tallow, whale oil, sheep fat and the like can also be used.
This solid fat may be unpurified or purified according to a conventional method. Moreover, what was partially or completely water-added can be used if desired.
Furthermore, as this solid oil and fat, what mixed 2 or more types of oil and fat can also be used.
In particular, partially hydrogenated horse oil has a high skin permeability and dries quickly when applied to the skin, whereas pork fat has a low skin permeability and can be kept moist for a long time. Thus, the wettability can be adjusted. A mixture of partially hydrogenated horse oil and shea butter, a mixture of pork fat and macadamia nut oil, and the like can also be used.
The mixing ratio when partially hydrogenated horse oil and pork fat are used is selected in the range of 1: 9 to 9: 1, preferably 5: 5 to 9: 1 in terms of mass ratio.
If the proportion of the partially hydrogenated horse oil is lower than this, the medicinal effect derived from the partially hydrogenated horse oil is not achieved, and if the proportion of pork fat is small, sufficient wettability is not exhibited.
On the other hand, as oxygen, it is convenient to use a commercially available product, that is, one that can be purchased in a cylinder, as it is, but if desired, oxygen generated by a chemical reaction on site or oxygen generated by an oxygen concentrator May be used.
In the mousse oil composition of the present invention, the solid oil and oxygen are mixed in a volume ratio of 2: 8 to 5: 5, preferably 1: 3 to 1: 4.
The oxygen needs to be uniformly dispersed as bubbles having a diameter of 0.01 to 100 μm, preferably 0.1 to 100 μm, more preferably 1 to 50 μm, in the solid oil or fat as a matrix. Thus, the light mixture which has a mousse-like appearance is formed by disperse | distributing uniformly as a microbubble. The mousse-like oil / fat composition thus formed usually has an apparent density of 0.020 to 0.50 g / cm 3 , preferably 0.20 to 0.50 g / cm 3 .
The size of the oxygen bubbles in the present invention becomes smaller as the stirring time becomes longer and the stirring speed becomes faster.
And since oxygen is dispersed and contained in this way as a microbubble, the fats and oils themselves coexist with oxygen in a stable state without being oxidized even though they contain unsaturated fatty acid components that are easily oxidized. can do.
In spite of the presence of oxygen in this way, the oil and fat does not have an unfavorable effect such as rancidity. This is because contact with oxygen is blocked. The formation of such a film can be confirmed with a cross-sectional microscope.
That is, FIG. 1 is an enlarged micrograph of a cross-section of the mousse-like oil composition of the present invention when partially hydrogenated horse oil is used, and FIG. 2 is a mousse-like oil of the present invention when shea butter is used. It is an enlarged photomicrograph of the cross section of the composition. From this, it can be seen that a film distinct from the oil matrix is formed around the bubbles.
3 is an enlarged photomicrograph of partially hydrogenated horse oil used as a raw material, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged photomicrograph of shea butter used as a raw material, which is compared with FIG. 1 and FIG. As you can see, there is a clear organizational difference between the two.
Next, the method for producing the mousse-like oil / fat composition of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a mixer that can be suitably used to carry out the method of the present invention. This mixer is composed of a container 1, an agitator 2 disposed in the container 1, and an oxygen distribution plate 3 disposed in the lower part. The oxygen distribution plate 3 is connected to an oxygen cylinder ( (Not shown).
In order to produce the mousse-like oil / fat composition of the present invention, the mixer container 1 opens the valve 4 and introduces oxygen into the container prior to charging the oil / fat so that the air in the container is completely discharged. Scaven and remove. Next, the stirrer 2 is rotated. This rotation is performed gently until the fats and oils can be smoothly stirred, and then the stirring speed is increased to rapidly rotate. At this time, the initial stirring is preferably performed at a stirring speed of 200 to 400 rpm, and the subsequent rapid stirring is preferably performed at 450 to 800 rpm, but is not limited to this stirring speed range. By this stirring, the initially charged fat increases in volume from 110% to 200% of the initial volume in the initial stage, and then increases in volume from 200% to 400% by oxygen introduction and rapid stirring.
In this way, a mousse oil composition having an apparent density of 0.020 to 0.50 g / cm 3 is obtained.
In the above stirring, it is advantageous to use a dough hook type stirring tool as shown in FIG. 6 for the initial gentle stirring.
