Description

【0001】
<実施例1>

[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Ginger is a perennial herb native to tropical Asia. The leaves are petiole, long lanceolate and pointed, and small yellow-green flowers bloom in summer. The rhizome is called ginger and is grown throughout Asia.
Ginger exerts its main effects on disinfection, antibacterial action and odor removal, and has a blood circulation function. The above effects are due to gingiberene and gingerone which account for 2-3% by weight of ginger. It is generated by an essential oil component composed of shogaol and the like and a directional component such as citral and camphene. Such essential oils have a bactericidal activity against bacteria such as Salmonella typhi and Vibrio cholerae. In particular, gingerone and shogaol have a strong bactericidal activity against various hospitalized bacteria.
[0007]
The method for producing a soap preparation containing a ginger component according to the present invention is as follows.
The ginger component used in the present invention is a sap produced by filtering and filtering ginger, which has been finely cut by a conventional method, or a powder obtained by drying the sap. Alternatively, the ginger that has been finely cut may be extracted, filtered, and concentrated by an ordinary method using an organic solvent such as ethanol, and the extract may be used.
The ginger component has a size of 50 to 200 wire mesh, but if the size of the particles is more than 50 mesh, it will be inferior to the production extruder wire mesh to support it. Not only is it difficult to work, but the size of the particles is so small that it can be a factor in generating dust during manufacturing, making it difficult to work. The size of the particles is suitably 60 to 150 mesh in terms of work, more preferably 80 to 100 mesh in consideration of the workability and usability of the product, and the form of the ginger extract as described above. Can also be used.
The use amount of the ginger component is preferably 0.1 to 35% by weight based on the total weight of the soap composition from the viewpoint of the effect of the product, and more preferably 0.5 to 10% by weight.
[0008]
As the soap base, a base generally used for cosmetic soap (containing 7 to 15% by weight) is used. For example, a fatty acid extracted from coconut oil is used, and an alkali such as caustic soda is further added.
The soap base uses 80 to 90% by weight based on the total weight of the soap composition, and the fatty acid is Capric Acid (8%), Capric Acid (21%), Lauric Acid (25%), Myric Acid (15%). %), Palmic Acid (8%), and Stearic Acid (23%).
Further, glycerin is used for moisturizing and the like, and the glycerin is used in an amount of 0.1 to 2% by weight based on the total weight of the soap composition.
In addition, the soap of the present invention can be made into a product containing a fragrance, a colorant and the like by a usual method, but the amount used is 0.1 to 1% by weight based on the total weight of the soap composition.
The soap prepared as described above is composed of only vegetable materials and is easily decomposed when dissolved in water.
[0009]
Hereinafter, a method for producing a soap containing a ginger component according to the present invention will be described in detail.
A stirring tank (3 tons) is charged with a base commonly used in cosmetic soaps, that is, a fatty acid extracted from coconut oil, glycerin, and the like, and stirred at a temperature of 75 to 85 ° C. to be dissolved. At this time, if the stirring temperature is 85 ° C. or more, the category of the chemical element is divided, and a problem such as a fog phenomenon and a reverse reaction occurs.
Further, during the stirring process, the rotation rpm of the impeller is suitably 20-35, and the stirring time is suitably about 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. If the rpm is too high during the stirring operation, the stirring is not performed, and among the soap bases, those with low specific gravity float above and those with heavy specific gravity sink down, and when the temperature is low, a layer is formed due to the difference in specific gravity, and The rotation speed of the impeller is important because bubbles are generated by the foaming agent to form a film.
When the first step of dissolving the soap base and glycerin is completed, the ginger component and the pigment are added.
After adding the ginger component and the pigment, it is important to stabilize the material that has been randomly disrupted by the high temperature, but in order to stabilize the material, the impeller must be rotated very slowly. At this time, the rpm is appropriately in the fifth position, and the stirring time is about 30 minutes. Through such a stirring process, the transparency as well as the transparency is improved, and further, the foam film of the foaming agent floating in the upper layer portion slowly sinks down. At this time, it is very transparent to the naked eye.
As described above, the soap obtained by adding the soap base, glycerin, a ginger component, a pigment, and the like is reacted and the resulting liquid soap is put into a container such as PVC and molded to be put into a container such as PVC to produce a soap-bar. Maintaining a temperature of 70 to 80 ° C. up to the above maintains consistency in product quality.
It takes about one hour to be solidified, and after the solidified soap-bar is cut into an appropriate size, the molded soap is wrapped with a packaging material to obtain a finished product.
[0010]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to the examples.
<Example 1>
A soap containing a ginger component having a combination shown in Table 1 below was produced according to the production method described below.
1) After maintaining the temperature of the stirring tank with a dose of 3 tons at 80 ° C., add base (fatty acid extracted from coconut oil) used for cosmetic soap, glycerin, etc., and stir and dissolve them. . At this time, the rotation rpm of the impeller was adjusted to 25, and the stirring time was about 1 hour.
2) When the primary step of dissolving the soap base, glycerin and the like is completed, ginger juice and pigment are added. At this time, the ginger juice used was one obtained by lowering the ginger, which had been finely cut by an ordinary method, and filtering it by pressure.
3) After adding the ginger component and the pigment, adjust the rpm of the stirrer to 5th. If the stirring is carried out for about 30 minutes, the transparency as well as the transparency will be improved, and the foam film of the foaming agent floating in the upper layer portion will sink completely.
4) As described above, a liquid soap having a reaction completed by adding a soap base, glycerin, a ginger component, a pigment and the like is put into a container such as a PVC, and molded to produce a soap-bar. Maintain at 75 ° C. until ready. The liquid soap put in the container solidifies after about 1 hour, but after cutting the soap-bar produced in this way to an appropriate size, the molded soap is wrapped in a packaging material to complete the product. become.

[0013]
<Experimental example 1>
An experiment was performed as follows to determine whether the ginger-containing soap prepared in Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Example 1 caused a skin hypersensitivity reaction or irritated the skin.
Ginger ingredient-containing soap is dissolved in 100 ml of distilled water in each 100 g of distilled water for 20 genders of 20 to 10-year-old female students with weak and sensitive skin, and 0.1 ml of the solution is applied to a certain part of the skin. Then, using a tape synthesized with a square aluminum plate having a side length of 3 cm, the skin was closely connected to the skin, and the reaction of the skin appeared 30 minutes, 50 hours, and 100 hours later. As a result, all of the female students under test did not show any skin redness, itching, or skin irritation regardless of the observation time or the content of the ginger component. Therefore, it has been proved that the soap of the present invention can be widely used for allergic and sensitive skin.
[0014]
<Experimental example 2>
Experiments on the deodorization degree, color stability and skin stability of the soaps prepared according to Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Example 1 were performed as follows, and the results are shown in Table 2.
Sixty healthy people between the ages of 20 and 40 were asked to use soap for 30 days to observe the stability of the skin and the extent to which the odor was eliminated.
The degree of deodorization was determined by randomly dividing the group for every 20 persons using the soaps prepared according to the examples of the present invention and the comparative examples for 30 days (++: very excellent, +: Excellent, ±: good, −: not much difference).
