 The invention relates to medicine, namely medical cosmetology, and can be used as a therapeutic and prophylactic agent for facial skin care.

 A feature of cosmetics for skin care is a combination of not only nutritious, organoleptic, emollient, but also pronounced tonic, anti-inflammatory, wound healing properties.

 In the formulation of well-known creams for skin care for face and hands, complexes of biologically active substances isolated from raw materials of plant and animal origin are used in connection with their low cost, availability and high biological activity.

 It is known to use in the formulation of skin care creams a complex of active biological substances from beeswax, propolis, rosehip seeds, etc. / Pat. 96104066/14, Pat. 96104067/14, Pat. 96104068/14.

 But these creams are characterized by insufficiently deep penetration of biologically active components into the skin structure, which reduces the therapeutic effect.

 The closest to the claimed cream by appointment is a skin care product, in particular an active additive for obtaining regenerative cosmetics and a cosmetic cream based on it, which includes drone larvae and has anti-inflammatory effect. / Pat. This cosmetic product contains larvae of drones of bees, as well as additional biologically active substances of plant and animal origin in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

The composition of the prototype includes olive, sunflower, lavender, burdock, fir and palm oil.

 Positive in the formulation of this cream is the presence of drone larvae, which are a source of a complex of biologically active substances.

 The disadvantage of the prototype is a large inappropriate combination of biologically active components without a preliminary study of their mutual influence on each other (physical and chemical incompatibilities are possible). In addition, obtaining raw materials - drone larvae - is a complex technological process (inconvenience of obtaining in an apiary, the complexity of extracting from honeycombs, etc.).

 More promising for facial skin care is a rare crosslinked polyethylene oxide gel 1500 having better organoleptic properties compared to the polyethylene oxide gel used as a base in the prototype formulation. In addition, it was found that the polyethylene oxide gel 1500 crosslinked has a wound healing effect.

 The aim of the invention is to obtain a cosmetic treatment and prophylactic cream mask containing drone larvae and royal jelly, stable during storage, providing a therapeutic and prophylactic effect.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the cream mask contains biologically active components of drone larvae and royal jelly, a hydrophilic base is used - gel of polyethylene oxide 1500 cross-linked (PEO-1500), as well as preservatives (methyl and propyl esters of paraoxybenzoic acid), flavoring agent in the following ratio of components , wt.%:
Drone larvae (in terms of dry matter) - 2.95 - 3.05
Royal jelly (in terms of dry substance) - 2.95 - 3.05
Paraoxybenzoic acid methyl ester - 0.30 - 0.50
Paraoxybenzoic acid propyl ester - 0.15 - 0.50

In relation to the prototype of the claimed formulation of the cream mask has the following distinctive essential features:

- the addition of methyl and propyl esters of paraoxybenzoic acid as preservatives;

- use as a biologically active component of royal jelly - a natural elixir of youth.

 The specified combination of components (drone larvae and royal jelly) shows a noticeable synergy of pharmacological action due to the similarity of its compositions and, in addition, both objects are beekeeping products that have the ability to enhance their effects when combined.

 The drone larvae homogenate or lyophilisate contains a complex of biologically active substances that determine the therapeutic and prophylactic effect of the developed cream. These include proteins necessary for the construction and restoration of tissues; amino acids, of which significant quantities contain proline, lysine, threonine and glutamic acid, which contribute to the formation of collagen and elastin, healing of wounds; saturated and unsaturated fatty acids that activate metabolic processes; steroids that contribute to cell renewal, epidermis thickening, pore cleansing. Nucleic acids contained in drone larvae and precalcula stimulate skin regeneration. In addition, phospholinides, glycolipids improve the delivery of active substances to the cells of the body, participate in the restoration of the lipid composition of cell membranes, changes that occur with metabolic disorders.

 Royal jelly has a composition similar to drone brood, it contains a complex of biologically active substances: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, fatty acids, hormone-like substances, nucleic acids, vitamins, macro- and microelements. Unlike drone brood, royal jelly contains a significant amount of decenic acids with antibiotic properties. The complex chemical composition of royal jelly determines its versatile pharmacological effect (tonic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory), improves the state of blood vessels.

 Experimentally established pronounced anti-inflammatory and wound healing effects of the proposed cream mask.

 The use of rare-crosslinked polyethylene oxide 1500 as a gel base provides not only a gel-like consistency of the cream, but also a condition for the formation of a coherent dispersed system and a stable uniform distribution of active substances in the mass of the product. The possibility of practical implementation of the claimed formulation is illustrated by an example of a specific implementation.

Example 1
A gel of crosslinked 1500 gel is loaded into a stirred reactor at room temperature, and methyl and propyl esters of paraoxybenzoic acid are added at a rate of 0.5% of the total volume of the finished product. The mixture is homogenized for 20-30 minutes and drone larvae (homogenate or lyophilisate) and royal jelly are introduced into the resulting mass at the rate of 3.0% dry matter of the total product volume, flavor is added (0.01-0.02% to the total finished product volume). Mixing of all components is carried out for 20-30 minutes, after which the drug is Packed in containers.

 The claimed content of all components in the formulation of the cream mask optimally ensures the achievement of the desired effect. The decrease in the content of biologically active components - drone larvae and royal jelly - below the claimed worsens the biological and nutritional quality of the cream.

 The cream mask has a pleasant smell, delicate and uniform consistency, is evenly applied to the skin, quickly absorbed without leaving a greasy sheen, forming a thin tightening film that can be easily washed off with warm water.

 Tests of experimental batches of cream masks at the Pyatigorsk State Pharmaceutical Academy showed positive results. After applying the cream mask, irritation and acute inflammation of the skin are quickly removed. Cream mask also has a pronounced wound healing effect.

 The use of the claimed composition of the cream mask allows you to organize the mass production of inexpensive and effective cosmetic therapeutic and prophylactic agents.
