Description

The invention relates to medical cosmetology and intimate cosmetics and relates to a method for producing an intimate antler cream having a therapeutic and prophylactic effect by optimizing the formulation with an increase in the use of the beneficial properties of a cosmetic product (primarily therapeutic and prophylactic) with a concomitant improvement in environmental, preserving and biological active characteristics of the cosmetic product.

This result is achieved through the creation of an intimate antler therapeutic cream containing a natural combined cosmetic base and a biologically active antler-plant complex, which can provide skin tone strengthening, fill epidermal cells with a balanced set of nutrients, prevent hemorrhoidal manifestations in the mucous membranes of the rectum, protect from microtrauma and anal fissures.

An analogue presented on the anti-hemorrhoidal and skin-protective cosmetic products market exists in the form of capsule candles, the Dobrodeya series, which contain cocoa butter, lecithin, beeswax, biomass of antlers of Altai maral, propolis, bee morbidity, mummies, honey, vitamin E, cedar oil, St. John's wort oil, clover extract, yarrow extract, chamomile extract, chaga extract, chestnut extract, beaver stream, nettle extract, cedar gum, tea tree essential oil, juniper essential oil, stone oil.

The use of extracts from antlers of Altai maral in cosmetology is well known (2). Along with extracts from antlers of Altai maral, a variety of biologically active substances and their complexes are introduced into the composition of cosmetics to strengthen skin tone, fill the epidermis with a balanced set of nutrients, prevent hemorrhoidal manifestations in the mucous membranes of the rectum, protect against microtrauma and anal fissures, lower compared to drugs (3). Due to the resulting low concentration and multicomponent formulations, a decrease in the effectiveness of the biologically active component of animal origin can also occur - an extract (biomass) from antlers of Altai maral, which has the characteristic of a biostimulator, which has a high stimulating effect on skin trophy and has anti-hemorrhoidal and wound healing effects.

Closest to the proposed method of achieving a therapeutic effect in medical cosmetology is a method for producing a cosmetic gel according to patent RU 2350342 (4), which includes the manufacture of a cosmetically acceptable base consisting of a gelling agent, preservatives and a biologically active substance-extract from antlers. The invention relates to the production of products with pronounced biological activity and the recommendation on the use of the product as a therapeutic and prophylactic agent in medical cosmetology, balneology, medicine.

A method of manufacturing a gel of antlers for external use is carried out in several stages, including the extraction of biologically active substances from antlers at a temperature not exceeding 40 ° C, the introduction of preservatives and a gelling agent.

According to the authors of (4), a gel based on an aqueous extract of antlers effectively regenerates tissues damaged by injuries and burns, improves skin elasticity and nutrition, and relieves dryness, inflammation, and other adverse environmental effects due to the unique composition of biologically active substances including macro and micronutrients, antioxidants, vitamins and other beneficial components. The resulting gel does not contain aggressive media inherent in other preparations from antlers.

However, it should be noted that the preservatives of a synthetic nature used in (4), methylparaben and propylparaben, can have a negative aggressive effect in the final cosmetic gel product, which can manifest itself in the form of allergic reactions, the presence of itching and redness on the skin.

Methylparaben is prohibited in many European countries, but it is allowed in Russia. In any case, there is no special law prohibiting supplementation. In turn, the production of cosmetic products with animal products without chemical preservatives is currently not possible.

Biologically active substances in the gel exist in the form of an antler extract in a solution of preservatives. Separately, the antler extract itself is characterized by low stability in an aqueous solution at room temperature and requires special storage conditions.

The above examples show that the use of chemical preservation with methyl paraben and propyl paraben for the purpose of stabilizing the biologically active component - antler extract - can also significantly affect the biological activity of gel-based cosmetic products with their further use as therapeutic and prophylactic agents in medical cosmetology, balneology, and medicine .

The aim of the invention is to develop a method for producing an intimate antler therapeutic and prophylactic cream and relates to optimizing the prescription composition of a cosmetic product to improve the natural and environmental characteristics of a cosmetic product, expanding its scope in the absence of chemical preservatives designed to stabilize the biologically active component of the product - deer antler extract .

This goal is achieved by creating a method of preparing a natural combined cosmetic base with a preserving effect and improving product quality by increasing the content of the antler-plant complex, which has a therapeutic and prophylactic effect to eliminate hemorrhoidal manifestations in the mucous membranes of the rectum, protect against microtrauma and anal fissures, and strengthen tone skin, filling the epidermal cells with a balanced set of nutrients.

A method of manufacturing an intimate antler treatment-and-prophylactic cream involves the manufacture at the first stage - a combined cosmetic base.

In the manufacture of the combined base, the fact is taken into account that the fatty components in the base - cocoa butter, beeswax, cedar oil, St. John's wort oil, vitamin E - can be both carriers of biologically active substances, and can additionally perform a nutritional and preservative function.

The manufacture of a combined cosmetic base for an intimate antler treatment-and-prophylactic cream should ultimately provide the necessary consistency of the cream, fulfill the preservative function for the biologically active component - deer antler extract, provide the proper weight and the necessary physicochemical properties for the operation of the cosmetic product - the intimate antler treatment preventive cream.

The combined cosmetic base of an intimate antler treatment-and-prophylactic cream consists of the following components (wt%):

In the manufacture of a combined cosmetic base, the following biologically active and beneficial properties of the constituent components were taken into account.

Lecithin - has a moisturizing effect, relieves irritation, promotes tissue regeneration (healing).

Beeswax - has an antibacterial, anti-infectious effect, restores metabolic processes in cells.

Propolis - has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiseptic effect.

Bee morbidity - helps to eliminate pain, swelling, wounds, bleeding, is a source of easily absorbed vitamins and minerals.

Honey - has a tonic effect, relieves inflammatory processes, has a general strengthening effect and a preserving effect.

Vitamin PP - enhances blood flow to the extremities, improves blood circulation, tissue cell renewal.

Vitamin E - helps to restore damaged areas in a shorter wound healing time.

Cedar oil - a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids, improves metabolic processes, the functional state of the pelvic organs.

St. John's wort oil - helps to eliminate stagnant processes, purulence, improves blood circulation.

Essential oils of tea tree and juniper - have a powerful positive effect in chronic inflammatory processes, have an antiseptic effect.

At the second stage, in the prepared combined cosmetic base, the biologically active component was added - the antler-plant complex of the therapeutic and prophylactic action of the following composition (wt.%):

The antler-plant complex of therapeutic and prophylactic action provides the following useful properties to a cosmetic product that can be used in the fields of intimate cosmetics and medical cosmetology:

1. Antlers of the Altai maral - contribute to the improvement of the microcirculation process, restore the hormonal background, have a tonic effect, strengthen the walls of the mucous membranes, improve vascular tone.

2. Clover extract - prevents the formation of blood clots in blood vessels, improves the elasticity of blood vessels and mucous walls.

3. Yarrow extract has wound healing, anti-inflammatory, tonic, firming, anti-allergic properties.

4. Chamomile extract - has anti-inflammatory, wound healing and tonic effects, enhances regenerative processes in skin cells.

5. Chaga extract - an active biogenic stimulant that helps to increase the body's defenses, improve metabolism.

6. Honey - has a tonic effect, relieves inflammatory processes, has a general strengthening effect and a preserving effect ..

In general, in the manufacture of the composition of an intimate antler therapeutic and prophylactic cream, positive effects were achieved that help moisturize the skin, strengthen skin tone, fill the epidermis cells with a balanced set of nutrients, prevent hemorrhoidal manifestations in the mucous membranes of the rectum, and protect against microtrauma and anal fissures.

Intimate antler medical and preventive creams are certified and declared according to the technical regulations of TS 009/2011 "On the safety of perfumes and cosmetics."

Determination of skin-irritating effect, action on mucous membranes, general toxic effect in intimate antler treatment-and-prophylactic creams was carried out in accordance with Annexes 6 and 8, 9 TP ТС 009 \ 2011.

It was found that skin-irritating effect, effect on mucous membranes, irritating effect, sensitizing effect for intimate antler therapeutic and preventive creams in all cases is “0” points, which indicates the safety of intimate antler therapeutic and preventive creams in accordance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the TS 009/2011 "On the safety of perfumes and cosmetics."

Intimate antler medical treatment and prophylactic creams can be used in a rectal way.

The following examples illustrate the essence of the proposal in more detail.

Example 1

To obtain a combined cosmetic base for an intimate antler treatment and prophylactic cream, the following components of the composition are manually fed into the reactor with the mixer turned on at 60 ° C at the first stage of manufacture: cocoa butter - 2.5 kg, beeswax - 0.25 kg, and stirring within 1 hour until the ingredients are completely dissolved. At the second stage of manufacturing an intimate antler treatment-and-prophylactic cream, the components of a biologically active antler-plant complex of the therapeutic and prophylactic action, consisting of a panto-honey extract - 15 kg, clover extract - 0.3 kg, chamomile extract - are introduced into the obtained natural cosmetic preservative cream. 0.3 kg, chaga extract - 0.3 kg and yarrow extract - 0.3 kg.

The yield of an intimate antler treatment-and-prophylactic cream is 20.22 kg.

Example 2

To obtain a combined cosmetic base for an intimate antler treatment-and-prophylactic cream, the following components of the composition — cocoa butter — 1.25 kg, beeswax — 0.12 kg and manually mix in within 1 hour until the components are completely dissolved. Then the temperature in the reactor is reduced to 40 ° C and, with the stirrer switched on, add lecithin - 0.1 kg, bee stain extract - 0.1 kg, propolis extract - 0.1 kg, honey - 0.75 kg, St. John's wort oil - 0.062 kg , cedar oil - 0.062 kg, vitamin PP - 0.05 kg, vitamin E - 0.05 kg, tea tree essential oil 0.005 l, juniper essential oil - 0.005 l and the components are mixed until the components of the mixture are completely dissolved for 0.5 hours. At the second stage, the components of a biologically active antler-herbal complex of therapeutic and prophylactic action, consisting of a panto-honey extract - 16 kg, clover extract - 0.375 kg, chamomile extract - 0.375 kg, chaga extract - are added to the prepared natural combined cosmetic base with a preserving effect. 0.375 kg, yarrow extract - 0.375 kg.

The yield of an intimate antler treatment-and-prophylactic cream is 20.15 kg.

The resulting intimate antler therapeutic and preventive creams after pouring into cylindrical pointed forms have a solid consistency of candles, brown in color and have a pleasant smell of honey, plant extracts, essential oils.

The applicant does not have information about the use of an intimate antler treatment and prophylactic cream of this composition (including a complex of biologically active substances of the specified composition), which were previously stated and were intended to strengthen skin tone, fill epidermal cells with a balanced set of nutrients, and prevent hemorrhoidal manifestations in mucous membranes of the rectum, protection against microtrauma and anal fissures.

The use of a biologically active antler-plant complex as part of the proposed intimate antler treatment-and-prophylactic cream involves local application of a cosmetic product - an intimate antler-treatment and prophylactic cream for intimate cosmetics and medical cosmetology.

In this regard, the applicant believes that the composition of biologically active substances in the combined cosmetic preservative base and the target panto-herbal complex of therapeutic and prophylactic action are original and have not been used to achieve the same goal, which suggests that the proposed meets the requirements to the invention.
