本发明的设计要点在于所述开盖部件 3 , 同时结合打印机主体 1和上 盖体 2的结构设计, 向上转动开盖部件即可实现上盖体 2与打印机主体 1 之间处于完全打开状态。 下面通过两个实施例进行详细的描述。
实施例 1:
请参见图 3 , 该图是图 2的 I - I剖视图, 为了清楚的显示本发明技术 方案, 本图仅保留了与本发明相关的主要部件。 如图 3所示, 所述上盖体 2上壁的中部设置有开口 21 ,所述开盖部件 3a的下端穿过所述上盖体 2上 的开口 21且与所述打印机主体 1卡合连接; 所述开盖部件 3a的中部与所 述上盖体 2铰接。 向上转动所述上盖体 2上面的开盖部件 3a, 即, 所述开 盖部件 3a绕其中部的铰接点转动,以实现其下端部与所述打印机主体 1之 间的卡合、 脱离。
进一步地, 如图 2和图 3所示, 所述上盖体 2的上表面上设置有内凹 容纳部 5 , 位于所述上盖体 2上方的开盖部件 3a与所述内凹容纳部 5且二 者之间具有间隙 8。
需要说明的是,当所述上盖体 2上方的开盖部件 3a嵌入所述内 IHJ容纳 部 5时, 所述内凹容纳部 5可以为使用者提供操作空间, 当需要打开上盖 体 2时,使用者可通过所述开盖部件 3a与所述内凹容纳部 5之间的间隙 S 完成开盖操作。
为满足防尘的需求, 所述上盖体 2上的所述内凹容纳部 5与所述开口
21之间为非连通关系, 具体地, 与所述开口 21相邻侧的所述内凹容纳部 5 具有挡板 51。 这样, 可防止经所述开盖部件 3a端部落入的灰尘和异物经 开口 21落入打印机主体 1的内部。
实际上,所述上盖体 2上的所述内 IHJ容纳部 5与所述开口 21之间为非 连通关系的实现, 不局限于图中所述的直线型挡板结构, 也可以为弧状挡 板, 只要满足使用需要均可。 不再——阐述。
进一步地, 所述开盖部件 3a由扳手 31a和锁钩机构(图中未标记 )组 成,所述扳手 31a的中部与所述上盖体 2铰接,所述锁钩机构包括锁钩 321a 和与所述锁钩 321a卡合连接的锁紧轴 322a, 其中, 所述锁钩 321a设置在 所述扳手 31a的下端,所述锁紧轴 322a设置在所述打印机主体 1内。其中, 锁钩为活动端, 锁紧轴为固定端。
实际上, 上述实现卡合配合关系的锁钩和锁紧轴之间的相对位置关系 也可以互换, 也就是说, 在所述扳手 31a的下端设置锁紧轴, 所述打印机 主体 1内固定设置有与所述扳手 31a下端的锁紧轴卡合连接的锁钩(图中未 示出)。 其中, 锁紧轴为活动端, 锁钩为固定端。
当然,与所述扳手 31a的下端部的锁钩 321a相配合实现卡合连接的所 述打印机主体 1上的结构, 不局限于上述锁紧轴 322a的设计。 它也可以是 在所述打印机主体 1的相应位置上设置的与所述锁钩 321a相配合的卡槽结 构(图中未示出)。 可以理解地是, 只要能够满足使用需要, 实现扳手 31a 与所述打印机主体 1之间的卡合连接均可。
本发明还包括弹性部件 4 , 所述弹性部件 4具有预变形且固定设置在 铰接点下方的所述扳手 31a与所述上盖体 2之间, 用于实现所述扳手 31a 与所述打印机主体 1之间的锁紧, 以防止打印过程中产生振动而导致上述 卡合关系的松脱。
如图 3所示, 本实施例中, 所述弹性部件 4为拉簧, 该拉簧设置在所 述锁钩头侧的扳手 31a与上盖体 2之间, 其一端挂装在所述扳手 31a上, 其另一端挂装在所述上盖体 2上;当上盖体 2相对于打印机主体 1闭合时, 通过所述拉簧的预拉伸变形, 以获得所述扳手 31a与所述打印机主体 1之 间可靠的卡紧固定。
需要说明的是, 所述弹性部件 4也可根据打印机主体 1内部空间进行 选择, 比如说, 可以选择设置在所述锁钩头的相反侧的扳手 31a与上盖体 2之间压簧; 也可以是扭簧, 扭簧中心穿过所述扳手 31a的铰接轴, 扭簧 一端卡接在铰接点上方的上盖体 2的, 扭簧另一端卡接在扳手 31a铰接点 下方的上盖体 2上。 其中, 所述压簧或扭簧的详细结构及连接关系未在图 中示出。
当然, 所述弹性部件也可以是塑性弹性体, 诸如弹性橡胶、 TPU等, 只要是能够发生塑性变形并且可以储存较大能量的材质均可。
其中,本实施例所述开盖部件 3a的详细结构,请一并参见图 4和图 5 , 图 4是本发明所述实施例 1中开盖部件 3a的结构示意图;图 5是图 4的 D 向视图。
如图 4所示, 所述锁钩 321a对称设置在所述扳手 31a的两侧, 当然, 根据实际打印机主体 1的内部空间, 所述锁钩 321a可以仅在一侧设置。如 图 5所示, 所述扳手 31a是上、 下分体结构且通过螺钉固定连接, 所述上 盖体 2上设置有铰接轴 22a (该铰接轴 22a在图 3中示出),在所述扳手 31a 上下分体结构的接合部形成与所述上盖体 2上的铰接轴 22a相适配的铰接 孔 6a。
装配时, 先将所述扳手 31a上、 下两部分分别扣合在所述铰接轴 22a 上, 然后再用螺钉将所述扳手 31a和铰接轴 22a二者固定连接; 如此分体 结构设计, 具有零件加工方便, 装配工艺性好的优点。
下面接合图 3说明本实施例所述打印机上盖体 2的开启过程。 当需要 开启上盖体 2时, 逆时针向上扳动扳手 31a, 扳手 31a克服弹性部件 4的 拉力, 且绕铰接轴 22a转动, 所述扳手 31a下端的锁钩 321a与打印机主体 1上的锁紧轴 322a脱离, 此时, 握住扳手 31a, 继续向上扳动上盖体 2 , 即可实现上盖体 2相对于打印机主体 1完全敞开。
请参见图 6 , 该图是本发明所述打印机上盖体 2开启状态示意图。 这 时, 打印机主体 1内部的纸仓 7完全暴露出来, 便于用户更换打印介质。
另外, 也可以绕所述铰接轴 22a顺时针方向扳动扳手 31a完成上盖打 开的操作, 请参见图 7 , 该图为实施例 1 中所述开盖部件及相关部件反向 设置的结构示意图。 如图 7所示, 所述扳手 31a、 锁钩 321a、 锁紧轴 322a 及弹性部件 4等主要部件的位置及连接关系, 即为图 3中所示相应部件沿 前、 后方向的镜像设置。
实施例 2: 请参见图 8, 该图是本实施例所述开盖部件 3b的结构示意图。
本实施例与实施例 1的不同点在于, 所述开盖部件 3b由扳手组件 31b 和锁钩机构(图中未标记)组成, 所述扳手组件 31b包括扳手 311b和传力杆 312b, 所述扳手 311b的中部与所述上盖体 2铰接, 图中所示, 所述传力杆 312b的中部与所述扳手 311b下方的上盖体 2铰接(基于打印机的内部结 构,所述传力杆 312b与所述上盖体 2之间的铰接点不局限在所述扳手 311b 的下方,它可以高于所述扳手 311b与所述上盖体 2之间的铰接点或与其在 同一高度上 ), 且所述传力杆 312b的上端与所述扳手 311b的下端相抵接; 所述锁钩机构包括锁钩 321b和与所述锁钩 321b卡合连接的锁紧轴 322b, 其中, 所述锁钩 321b设置在所述传力杆 312b的下端, 所述锁紧轴 322b 的上端, 实现所述传力杆 312b下端的锁钩 321b与所述打印机主体 1内的 锁紧轴 322b之间脱离。
同样, 上述实现卡合配合关系的锁钩和锁紧轴之间的相对位置关系也 可以互换, 也就是说, 在所述传力杆 312b的下端设置锁紧轴, 所述打印机 主体 1 内固定设置有与所述传力杆 312b下端的锁紧轴卡合连接的锁钩(图 中未示出)。 可以理解地是, 只要能够满足使用需要, 实现传力杆 312b与 所述打印机主体 1之间的卡合连接均可。
另外, 本实施例还包括弹性部件 4, 所述弹性部件 4具有预变形且固 定设置在铰接点下方的所述传力杆 312b与所述上盖体 2之间,用于实现所 述传力杆 312b与所述打印机主体 1之间的锁紧,用于上述卡合关系发生松 脱。
如图 8所示, 本实施例所述弹性部件 4也釆用拉簧, 该拉簧设置在所 述锁钩头侧的传力杆 312b与上盖体 2之间,其一端挂装在所述传力杆 312b 上, 其另一端挂装在所述上盖体 2上; 当上盖体 2相对于打印机主体 1闭 合时,通过所述拉簧的预拉伸变形, 以获得所述传力杆 312b与所述打印机 主体 1之间可靠的卡紧固定。
进一步地, 所述上盖体 2上设置有铰接轴 22b, 所述扳手 311b可以是 上、 下分体结构并通过螺钉固定连接, 且在所述扳手 311b上下分体结构的 接合部形成与所述上盖体 2上的铰接轴 22b相适配的铰接孔 6b。
同样, 装配时, 先将所述扳手 311b上、 下两部分分别扣合在所述铰接 轴 22b上, 然后再用螺钉将扳手 311b和铰接轴 22b二者固定连接。
本实施例的其他组成与连接关系与实施例 1相同, 故不再赘述。
本实施例所述打印机上盖体的开启过程是: 转动扳手 311b (图示箭头
A方向), 所述扳手 311b的下端绕铰接轴 22b转动 (图示箭头 B方向); 接着,扳手 311b的下端头推动传力杆 312b的上端头,使得锁钩 321b克服 弹性部件 4的弹力,绕所述传力杆 312b的铰接点旋转(图示箭头 C方向 ), 这样, 传力杆 312b上的锁钩 321b与锁紧轴 lib脱离。 此时, 继续抬起扳 手 311b, 上盖体 2相对于打印机主体 1完全敞开。
同样地, 也可以绕所述铰接轴 22b顺时针方向扳动扳手 31b完成上盖 打开的操作, 请参见图 9, 该图为实施例 2中所述开盖部件及相关部件反 向设置的结构示意图。 如图 9所示, 所述扳手 311b、 锁钩 321b、 锁紧轴 lib, 传力杆 312b及弹性部件 4等主要部件的位置及连接关系, 即为图 8 中所示相应部件沿前、 后方向的镜像设置。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进 和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种打印机,包括打印机主体和与打印机主体的后部铰接的上盖体, 其特征在于, 还包括开盖部件, 所述上盖体上壁的中部设置有开口, 所述 开盖部件的下端穿过所述上盖体上的开口且与所述打印机主体卡合连接; 所述开盖部件的中部与所述上盖体铰接, 向上转动所述开盖部件实现其下 端部与所述打印机主体之间的卡合、 脱离。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述上盖体的上表面 设置有内凹容纳部, 位于所述上盖体上方的开盖部件与所述内凹容纳部相 对且二者之间具有间隙。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述上盖体上的所述 内 IHJ容纳部与所述开口之间为非连通关系。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 与所述开口相邻侧的 所述内凹容纳部具有挡板。
5、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述开盖 部件由扳手和锁钩机构组成,
所述扳手的中部与所述上盖体铰接,
所述锁钩机构包括锁钩和与所述锁钩卡合连接的锁紧轴, 其中, 所述 锁钩设置在所述扳手的下端或打印机主体内 , 所述锁紧轴设置在所述打印 机主体内或所述扳手的下端。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 还包括弹性部件, 所 述弹性部件具有预变形且固定设置在铰接点下方的所述扳手与所述上盖体 之间, 用于实现所述扳手与所述打印机主体之间的锁紧。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述弹性部件为拉簧 或扭簧。
8、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述开盖 部件由扳手组件和锁钩机构组成 ,
所述扳手组件包括扳手和传力杆,所述扳手的中部与所述上盖体铰接, 所述传力杆的中部与上盖体铰接, 且所述传力杆的上端与所述扳手的下端 相抵接; OP080946
- 10- 所述锁钩机构包括锁钩和与所述锁钩卡合连接的锁紧轴, 其中, 所述 锁钩设置在所述传力杆的下端或打印机主体内, 所述锁紧轴设置在所述打 印机主体内或所述传力杆的下端;
所述扳手的下端可推动所述传力杆的上端, 实现所述传力杆下端的锁 5 钩或锁紧轴与所述打印机主体内的锁紧轴或锁钩之间脱离。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 还包括弹性部件, 所 述弹性部件具有预变形且固定设置在铰接点下方的所述传力杆与所述上盖 体之间, 用于实现所述传力杆与所述打印机主体之间的锁紧。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述弹性部件为拉 10 簧或扭簧。
