所述支撑体的第一端可以由所述上盖上的第一开口伸入所述上盖的内部并通过所述枢接轴与所述上盖枢接,所述支撑体的第二端位于所述上盖的外部并在所述第二状态下脱离所述上盖的外表面。
所述上盖支撑机构还可以包括位于所述上盖内部的配重体,所述配重体与所述支撑体固定连接且与所述支撑体的第二端位于所述枢接轴的同一侧。
所述上盖支撑机构还可以包括设置在所述支撑体上的锁钩,所述锁钩能够与所述上盖上的第二开口配合,以便将所述支撑体锁定在所述上盖上。
所述支撑体上可以设有长孔,当所述上盖相对于所述底座闭合时,所述长孔与所述第二开口相对应,所述锁钩设置在所述长孔中且能够沿着所述长孔的长度方向移动。
所述锁钩可以包括基座、第一弹性卡爪、第二弹性卡爪、挂钩和扳手,所述第一弹性卡爪、所述第二弹性卡爪和所述挂钩位于所述基座的靠近所述上盖的第一侧,所述扳手位于所述基座的背离所述上盖的第二侧;所述第一弹性卡爪和所述第二弹性卡爪伸入所述长孔中并与所述长孔卡接配合,使得所述锁钩沿所述长孔的长度方向移动,从而实现所述挂钩与所述上盖的内壁之间的配合或脱离。
所述薄片类介质处理装置还可以包括入纸口,所述入纸口设置在所述底座的邻近所述转轴的后壁上。
所述薄片类介质处理装置还可以包括显示操作面板,所述显示操作面板设置在所述上盖上。
所述薄片类介质处理装置还可以包括打印机构。
本发明实施例提供的薄片类介质处理装置的上盖支撑机构设置在上盖的外部,在上盖绕转轴转动相对于底座打开时,该上盖支撑机构的至少一部分脱离上盖相对于上盖张开并与上盖呈夹角设置,从而将上盖支撑在打开位置上。本发明实施例提供的薄片类介质处理装置的上盖支撑机构与相关技术中的薄片类介质处理装置的上盖支撑机构相比,上盖支撑机构设置在上盖的外部,当上盖打开角度大于设定角度(例如大于或等于90度)时,上盖支撑机构从上盖的外部支撑上盖,此时无论上盖多重,薄片类介质处理装置均不会发生仰翻,因此薄片类介质处理装置的状态稳定,不会产生由此引起的设备损坏问题。

本发明的实施方式
在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例详细说明本发明。
如图2至图4所示,薄片类介质处理装置包括底座1、上盖2、处理机构3、驱动机构4,以及上盖支撑机构5。其中,上盖2的一端通过转轴20与底座1枢接,可以绕转轴20的轴线转动,相对于底座1打开或者闭合。其中,上盖2可以沿前后方向翻转打开,也可以沿左右方向翻转打开,本实施例中,上盖2沿前后方向翻转打开。
上盖2包括第一侧壁21、第二侧壁22,以及顶壁23,其中,第一侧壁21和第二侧壁22两者沿转轴20的轴线方向间隔排布(例如可以是沿垂直于该轴线的方向),顶壁23连接在第一侧壁21和第二侧壁22之间,顶壁23的截面形状可以是三角形、折线形、П形、弧形等形状,本实施例中,顶壁23的截面呈向上凸起的弧形,如此设置既使薄片类介质处理装置外观美观,又增大了薄片类介质处理装置的内部空间。
处理机构3可以是打印机构、扫描机构、读磁机构、写磁机构等机构中的一种或多种的组合,本实施例中,处理机构3为打印机构,用于在纸张上打印预先设定的内容。打印机构可以是热打印机构、针式打印机构、喷墨打印机构 等结构形式,打印机构包括滚筒31和打印头32,滚筒31和打印头32两者中的一个设置在底座1上,滚筒31和打印头32两者中的另一个设置在上盖2上,其中,滚筒31的轴线沿转轴20的轴向延伸,滚筒31与驱动机构4传动连接,在驱动机构4的驱动下,可以绕自身轴线转动。当上盖2位于闭合位置时,滚筒31和打印头32配合;当上盖2位于打开位置时,滚筒31和打印头32分离,此时可以进行清洁打印头、滚筒等维护操作。
本实施例中,打印机构为热打印机构,滚筒31设置在底座1上,打印头32设置在上盖2上,当上盖2位于闭合位置时,打印头32与滚筒31相切配合。
本实施例中,薄片类介质处理装置还可以包括介质支撑机构6,沿纸张输送方向,介质支撑机构6位于打印机构的上游,介质支撑机构6设置在底座1上,用于容纳、支撑打印用的纸张。介质支撑机构6可以是纸仓或纸卷支撑架,本实施例中,介质支撑机构6为纸卷支撑架。当安装纸卷时,旋转上盖2使其相对于底座1打开,将纸卷安装在纸卷支撑架上,此时,由于上盖2位于打开位置,打印头32与滚筒31分离,因此可以将纸张前端从纸卷引出,并从打印头32和滚筒31之间穿过,然后将上盖2相对于底座1闭合,纸张位于打印头32和滚筒31之间,完成纸张安装。
上盖支撑机构5用于将上盖2稳定地支撑在打开位置上。上盖支撑机构5包括能够在第一状态和第二状态之间切换的支撑体51,当上盖2相对于底座1闭合时,支撑体51处于第一状态,当上盖2相对于底座1打开设定角度时,支撑体51能够处于第二状态,其中,当支撑体51处于第一状态时,支撑体51附着在上盖2的外表面上,当支撑体51处于第二状态时,支撑体51的至少一部分脱离上盖2的外表面,以支撑上盖2。
如图4、图5所示,支撑体51通过枢接轴50与上盖2枢接,其中枢接轴50的轴线平行于转轴20的轴线,当上盖2位于闭合位置时,支撑体51附着在上盖2的顶壁23上,当上盖2位于打开位置时,支撑体51的一部分脱离上盖2,两者之间相对张开并呈夹角设置,支撑体51由上盖2的外部将上盖2稳定地支撑在打开位置上。
支撑体51包括第一端511和第二端512,支撑体51的第一端511通过枢接轴50与上盖2枢接,支撑体51可绕枢接轴50转动,其中,支撑体51的重心设置为在支撑体51自身重力的作用下,当打开上盖2时,支撑体51始终具有 相对于上盖2张开并与上盖2呈夹角设置的运动趋势。
当上盖2相对于底座1闭合时,如图4所示,在自重的作用下,支撑体51的第二端512附在顶壁23的外表面上,此时支撑体51处于第一状态;当上盖2相对于底座1打开时,如图5所示,支撑体51在自身重力的作用下,支撑体51的第二端512绕枢接轴50朝向脱离顶壁23的方向转动,使支撑体51相对于上盖2张开并与上盖2呈夹角设置,当上盖2转动预定角度时,支撑体51的第二端512抵接在支撑薄片类介质处理装置的支撑面上,此时,支撑体51处于第二状态,支撑体51的第一端511顶住上盖2,支撑体51的第二端512抵住支撑面,因此,支撑体51从上盖2的外部将上盖2稳定地支撑在该预定角度的打开位置上。
本实施例中,上盖支撑机构5还包括固定板52,固定板52与上盖2固定连接,固定板52包括沿垂直于转轴20的轴向间隔排布的两个侧壁521,枢接轴50的两端由两个侧壁521支撑,可以绕自身轴线自由转动,在本发明提供的其他实施例中,枢接轴50的两端还可以由上盖2的第一侧壁21和第二侧壁22支撑。
本实施例中,由于支撑体51的截面形状为与顶壁23相适配的弧形,支撑体51的第一端511由上盖2的第一开口231(见图6)伸进上盖2的内部,通过枢接轴50与上盖2枢接,支撑体51的第二端512位于上盖2的外部。上盖支撑机构5还包括位于上盖2内部的配重体53,配重体53与支撑体51固定连接,且与支撑体51的第二端512位于枢接轴50的同一侧,通过设置配重体53,使得当打开上盖2时,支撑体51始终具有相对于上盖2张开并与上盖2呈夹角设置的运动趋势。
上盖支撑机构5还可以包括锁钩54,锁钩54安装在支撑体51上,锁钩54与上盖2上的第二开口24配合,可将支撑体51锁定在上盖2上,这样,当上盖2相对于底座1打开时,支撑体51也不会相对于上盖2张开,始终附着在上盖2的外表面上。
如图6所示,在支撑体51上设置有长孔56,长孔56的长度可以沿转轴20的轴线方向延伸,也可以沿着其他方向延伸;在上盖2的顶壁23上设置有第二开口24,当上盖2位于闭合位置时,第二开口24与附着在顶壁23上的支撑体51的长孔56相对应;如图7、图8所示,锁钩54包括基座541、第一弹性卡爪 542、第二弹性卡爪543、挂钩544,以及扳手545,其中,基座541与支撑体51的背离上盖2的一侧相配合;两个弹性卡爪和挂钩544位于基座541的第一侧,扳手545位于基座541的第二侧,第一弹性卡爪542和第二弹性卡爪543与长孔56卡接配合,使锁钩54沿长孔56的长度方向移动。
当支撑体51搭在顶壁23上时,锁钩54的挂钩544穿过顶壁23上的第二开口24,扳动扳手545,使锁钩54沿长孔56的长度方向移动至长孔56的第一端时,挂钩544与顶壁23上的第二开口24相对,此时支撑体51可相对于上盖2张开,当将锁钩54沿长孔56的长度方向移动至长孔56的第二端时,挂钩544与顶壁23的内壁接触,将支撑体51锁定在上盖2上,此时,即使打开上盖2,支撑体51也不会相对于上盖2张开。
由于在上盖2向后打开时支撑体51可以被锁定在上盖2上,薄片类介质处理装置还可以包括入纸口B,入纸口B设置在底座1的邻近转轴20的后壁11上,用于由薄片类介质处理装置的外部提供纸张,如折叠纸。折叠纸放置在薄片类介质处理装置的邻近入纸口的桌面上,折叠纸的前端由入纸口B进入薄片类介质处理装置的内部,当上盖2打开时,由于支撑体51被锁定在上盖2上,因此不会与折叠纸发生干涉。
本发明实施例提供的薄片类介质处理装置的上盖支撑机构的支撑体设置在上盖的外部,并通过枢接轴与上盖枢接,在上盖绕转轴转动相对于底座打开时,支撑体相对于上盖张开并与上盖呈夹角设置,将上盖稳定地支撑在打开位置上。本发明实施例提供的薄片类介质处理装置的上盖支撑机构与相关技术中的薄片类介质处理装置的上盖支撑机构相比,支撑体设置在上盖的外部,当上盖打开角度大于设定角度(例如大于或等于90度时),支撑体从上盖的外部支撑上盖,此时无论上盖多重,薄片类介质处理装置均不会仰翻,因此薄片类介质处理装置的状态稳定,不会产生由此引起的设备损坏问题。由于支撑体可以设置在上盖的外部,因此节省了上盖的内部空间,缩小了薄片类介质处理装置的体积;由于上盖的打开角度可以大于或等于90度,因此更加便于维护操作。
在本发明实施例提供的薄片类介质处理装置中,上盖支撑机构(或其支撑体)与上盖(或其顶壁)之间并不限于前述实施例的借由枢接轴的枢接,可以是前者能够相对于后者具有不同位置的各种连接方式,且前者相对于后者可以在前者自身重量或外力的作用下从第一状态切换至第二状态;锁钩不限于前述 实施例的结构,可以是能够与上盖上的第二开口配合起锁定作用的各种部件/机构,例如具有弹性的卡子、可转动的钩子等。
图9是根据本发明另一实施例的薄片类介质处理装置的结构示意图,图10是根据本发明另一实施例的薄片类介质处理装置的结构侧视图,其中,上盖处于打开位置。如图9、图10所示,本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于,薄片类介质处理装置还包括显示操作面板7(例如PAD),显示操作面板7设置在上盖2上,当上盖2相对于底座1打开时,显示操作面板7随上盖2一起绕转轴20转动,此时,支撑体51相对于上盖2张开并与上盖2呈夹角设置,将上盖2稳定地支撑在打开位置上。本实施例中,虽然上盖设置的显示操作面板使上盖整体的重量非常大,但上盖支撑机构仍可以将上盖稳定地支撑在打开位置上。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种薄片类介质处理装置,包括底座和上盖,所述上盖通过转轴与所述底座枢接并能够相对于所述底座打开或者闭合,其特征在于,所述薄片类介质处理装置还包括上盖支撑机构,所述上盖支撑机构包括能够在第一状态和第二状态之间切换的支撑体;当所述上盖相对于所述底座闭合时,所述支撑体处于所述第一状态,当所述上盖相对于所述底座打开设定角度时,所述支撑体能够处于所述第二状态;其中,当所述支撑体处于所述第一状态时,所述支撑体附着在所述上盖的外表面上,当所述支撑体处于所述第二状态时,所述支撑体的至少一部分脱离所述上盖的外表面,以支撑所述上盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支撑体通过枢接轴与所述上盖枢接,所述枢接轴的轴线平行于所述转轴的轴线;当所述上盖相对于所述底座打开且打开角度大于或等于90度时,所述支撑体在自身重力的作用下具有始终向所述第二状态切换的趋势。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述上盖包括第一侧壁、第二侧壁和顶壁;所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁沿所述转轴的轴线方向间隔设置,所述顶壁连接在所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间;所述支撑体在处于所述第一状态时附着在所述顶壁的外表面,所述支撑体在处于所述第二状态时所述支撑体的至少一部分脱离所述顶壁的外表面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支撑体的第一端由所述上盖上的第一开口伸入所述上盖的内部并通过所述枢接轴与所述上盖枢接,所述支撑体的第二端位于所述上盖的外部并在所述第二状态下脱离所述上盖的外表面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述上盖支撑机构还包括位 于所述上盖内部的配重体,所述配重体与所述支撑体固定连接且与所述支撑体的第二端位于所述枢接轴的同一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述上盖支撑机构还包括设置在所述支撑体上的锁钩,所述锁钩能够与所述上盖上的第二开口配合,以便将所述支撑体锁定在所述上盖上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支撑体上设有长孔;当所述上盖相对于所述底座闭合时,所述长孔与所述第二开口相对应,所述锁钩设置在所述长孔中且能够沿着所述长孔的长度方向移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述锁钩包括基座、第一弹性卡爪、第二弹性卡爪、挂钩和扳手;所述第一弹性卡爪、所述第二弹性卡爪和所述挂钩位于所述基座的靠近所述上盖的第一侧,所述扳手位于所述基座的背离所述上盖的第二侧;所述第一弹性卡爪和所述第二弹性卡爪伸入所述长孔中并与所述长孔卡接配合,使得所述锁钩沿所述长孔的长度方向移动,从而实现所述挂钩与所述上盖的内壁之间的配合或脱离。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括入纸口;所述入纸口设置在所述底座的邻近所述转轴的后壁上。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括显示操作面板;所述显示操作面板设置在所述上盖上。
  11. 根据权利要求10项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括打印机构。
