本发明涉及一种发动机机油限压阀, 具体地说是安装在发动机齿轮室盖 机油主油道中的一个限压阔, 其作用是限制机油的最高压力。
背景技术
在已有技术中, 发动机工作时, 机油泵的泵油压力是随发动机转速增加 而升高的, 并且当润滑系中油路淤塞: 如轴承间隙过小或使用的机油粘度过 大时, 也会使供油压力升高。 因此, 必须限制发动机主油道中机油的最高压 力, 以确保安全。 传统的限压装置是在机油泵中。 为了将出油侧的机油压力 限制到所设定压力而设置限压阀, 有的为了将溢流油排到油泵外部而将限压 阀泄油孔开过大, 调压时溢流油急剧排出, 发生自激振动现象, 还有的将溢 流油返回到机油泵的进油 这样润滑油.就在机油泵进油侧和出油侧之间循 i , 造成润滑油温度急剧升高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种发动机机油限压阀, 能避免机油泵限压时产生的自激振动现象和机油温升高的不利影响; 能有效 的控制机油主油到中的压力, 使发动机正常工作。
. 本发明的主要解决方案是这样实现的- 本发明主要特征是包括限压阀阀体、 限压阀柱塞、 限压阀弹簧、 密封垫 圈和限压阀螺塞, 在限压阀阀体内依次安装限压阀柱塞、 限压阀弹簧、 密封 垫圈、 及限压阀螺塞。
所述的限压阀螺塞伸出限压阀阀体, 且限压阀螺塞伸在齿轮室盖外面。 所述的限压阔柱塞中设置多个回油孔。
所述的限压阀阀体中设有多个限压阀泄油孔。
所述的回油孔与限压阔泄油孔对齐。 所述的限压阀阀体中设有多个限压 阀泄油孔, 且多千个限压阀泄油孔的通道总面积等于限压阀的开口面积。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点- 本发明结构简单、 紧凑, 合理; 由于限压阀是直接安装在齿轮室盖上机 油主油道中, 并在限压阀中设置了若干个将限压时产生的溢流油排出的泄油 孔, 若干个泄油孔的通道总面积等于机油限压阀阀门的开口面积。 因此避免 了机油泵限压时产生的自激振动现象和机油温升高的不利影响。 由于限压阀 的限压阀螺塞设置在齿轮室盖外面, 因此限压阀加工, 安装, 调试, 维护都 十分方便。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
. 本发明主要包括发动机的齿轮室盖 1、齿轮室盖机油主油道 2、机油泵高 压油腔 3、 限压阀柱塞 4、 限压阓弹簧 5、 限压阀螺塞 6、 密封垫圈 7、 泄油 孔 8、泄油孔 9、 齿轮室 10、 限压阀阀体 11、机油泵 12、机体主油道 13、 限 压阀柱塞回油孔 14等。
如图 1〜图 4所示: 在发动机的齿轮室盖机油主油道 2中安装一个限压 阀, 此齿轮室盖机油主油道 2与机油泵高压油腔 3直接相通。
本发明限压阀由限压闳柱塞 4、 限压阀弹簧 5、 密封垫圈 7和限压阀螺 塞 6组成。在限压阀阀体 11内依次安装限压阀柱塞 4、 限压阀弹簧 5、密封 垫圈 7、 及限压阀螺塞 6, 限压阀螺塞 4伸出限压阀阀体 11。 且限压阀蟪塞 4仲在齿轮室盖 1外面。 在限压阀阀体 11中, 设置若干个限压阀泄油孔 8 和 9, 若干个限压阀泄油孔 8和 9的通道总面积等于限压阀的幵口面积。 在 限压阀柱塞 4中设置若干个回油孔 14, 安装时此限压阀柱塞 4中的回油孔 14刚好与限压阀泄油孔 8、 9对齐。
当机油泵 12高速运转时机油迅速从机油泵高压油腔 3中流出进入齿轮室 盖板机油主油道 2中, 机油压力随着发动机转速的增加而不断增加, 当齿轮 室盖板机油油道 2中的机油压力超过设定的预定上限时, 克服了限压阀弹簧 5的压紧力, 推动限压阀柱塞 4, 将逐渐的打开限压阀泄油孔 8和 9, 机油 从限压阀泄油孔 8和 9中全部排到齿轮室 10中, 使机体主油道 13中的机油 卸压,待机体主油道 13中的机油压力下降到设定的正常值后限压阀关闭。此 时限压阀柱塞 4中的遗留机油通过限压阀柱塞回油孔 14排到齿轮室 10中。
如上所述, 本发明的限压阀能有效的控制机油主油中的压力, 使发动机 正常工作。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种发动机机油限压阀, 其特征是包括限压阀阀体 (11 )、 限压阔柱 塞 (4)、 限压阀弹簧 (5)、 密封垫圈 (7)、 和限压阀螺塞 (6), 在限压阀阀 体(11 ) 内依次安装限压阀柱塞(4)、 限压阀弹簧(5)、 密封垫圈 (7)及限 压阀螺塞 (6)。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的一种发动机机油限压阀,其特征在于所述的限 压阀螺塞 (4)伸出限压阀阀体(11 ), 且限压阀螺塞(4)伸在齿轮室盖(1 ) 外面。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种发动机机油限压阀,其特征在于所述 的限压阀柱塞 (4) 中设置多个回油孔 (14)。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的一种发动机机油限压阀,其特征在于所述的限 压阀阀体 (11 ) 中设有多个限压阀泄油孔。
5、根据权利要求 3所述的一种发动机机油限压阀,其特征在于所述的回 油孔 (14) 与限压阔泄油孔对齐。
