技术领域
本发明涉及一种发动机的齿轮室盖, 具体地说用于密封齿轮室。
背景技术
在已有技术中, 发动机齿轮室盖仅考虑如何密封齿轮室, 不让发动机内 的机油渗漏到发动机的外部;其形状根据齿轮布置而定,很少考虑其它要求, 故结构也很简单。 但该种结构的发动机齿轮室盖不能方便的更换喷油泵, 以 及调节供油提前角和机油压力, 而且也不能降低齿轮室内的噪声和震动。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处, 从而提供一种能方便喷油泵的更 换, 便于供油提前角和机油压力的调节, 且可降低齿轮室内的噪声和震动的 —种发动机的齿轮室盖。
.本发明的主要解决方案是这样实现的:
本发明包括齿轮室盖体, 特征是在齿轮室盖体主油道内依次安装柱塞、 弹簧、 螺塞, 柱塞从齿轮室盖体侧面的主油道装入, 弹簧放入柱塞, 孔口用 螺塞封住。 所述的齿轮室盖体侧面的油道上设置了若干个卸油孔。
所述的齿轮室盖体端面上在安装喷油泵齿轮的对应位置设置有喷油泵调 节孔。 所述的齿轮室盖体上与凸轮轴齿轮或喷油泵齿轮同心的外壁上, 设置 有传感器安装孔。
所述的齿轮室盖体内外侧设置有与曲轴齿轮、 惰齿轮、 喷油泵齿轮、 凸 轮轴齿轮同心圆的加强筋和圆心向外放射形的加强筋, 增加了齿轮室盖的强 度。 所述的在齿轮室盖体外侧, 曲轴轴端伸出孔的垂直轴线上设置有一条 长筋与皮带轮上的上止点标记相对应, 为机器的维修提供了方便。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单、 紧凑, 合理; 由于在齿轮室盖体侧面主油道内安装调 压阀后, 在外部可方便的调节发动机主油道中的机油压力; 由于在喷油泵轴 头孔周围开了较大的通孔, 用盖板封住, 打开后, 可很方便调节供油提前角 或更换喷油泵, 并能降低齿轮室内的噪声和震动; 正对凸轮轴正时齿轮的齿 轮室盖外缘壁面上开有一个小孔, 可安装电磁触头, 检测发动机转速或判别 止点位置; 简化了发动机的总体结构, 增加了齿轮室盖的强度, 降低了齿轮 室内的齿轮噪音和齿轮系对外的振动, 为整机日常维护提供方便。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
图 1〜图 6所示, 包括机体齿轮系 1、 齿轮室盖体 2、 喷油泵盖板垫片 3、 喷油泵盖板 4、 曲轴皮带轮 5、 机油压力限压阀 6; 其中机体齿轮系 1主要由 曲轴齿轮 la、 惰齿轮 lb、 凸轮轴齿轮 lc、 喷油泵齿轮 Id组成; 机油压力限 压阀 6主要由限压阀柱塞 6a、 限压阀弹簧 6b、 限压阀螺塞 6c等。 在机体齿 轮室盖体 2上设置有油泵调节孔 12、 螺栓 13、 紧固螺栓 14、 主油道 15、 卸 油孔 16。
本发明使用时将齿轮室盖体 2盖在机体齿轮系 1上, 用于密封发动机机 体齿轮系 1。在机体齿轮室盖体 2上设置有喷油泵调节孔 12、 螺栓 13、 紧固 螺栓 14、 主油道 15、 卸油孔 16、 传感器 17。 在齿轮室盖体 2上安装有机油 泵 18、 机油压力限压阔 6、 喷油泵盖板 4、 发动机转速传感器 17等。
如图 2〜3所示, 齿轮室盖体 2内外侧设置了与曲轴齿轮 la、 惰齿轮 lb、 喷油泵齿轮 lc、凸轮轴齿轮 Id同心圆的加强筋和圆心向外放射形的加强筋 8, 增加了齿轮室盖体 2的强度, 降低了机体齿轮系 1的噪音, 减小了机体齿轮 系 1对外的谐振, 同时在齿轮室盖体 2外侧, 曲轴轴端伸出孔 11的垂直轴线 上设置一条长筋 9与曲轴皮带轮 5上的上止点标记 7相对应, 为机器的维修 提供了方便。
如图 4所示, 齿轮室盖体 2在安装喷油泵齿轮 Id的对应位置设置了一喷 油泵调节孔 12, 孔径大于喷油泵齿轮 Id的安装螺栓 13位置, 通过喷油泵盖 板垫片 3、 喷油泵盖板 4密封, 调节喷油提前角时, 只需拆下喷油泵盖板 4 上的若干个紧固螺栓 14, 取下喷油泵盖板 4、 喷油泵盖板垫片 3, 就可方便 的调节喷油提前角,维修结束后,重新装上喷油泵盖板垫片 3、喷油泵盖板 4, 锁紧螺栓 14, 即可密封齿轮室盖体 2。
如图 5所示, 在齿轮室盖体 2主油道 15上安装由柱塞 6a、 弹簧 6b、 螺 塞 6c组成的机油压力限压阀 6,同时在主油道 15上设置了若干个卸油孔 16, 机油压力限压阀 6采用从齿轮室盖体 2外部装入主油道 15, 首先将柱塞 6a 从齿轮室盖体 2侧面的主油道 15装入, 接着将弹簧 6b放入柱塞 6a, 孔口用 螺塞 6c封住。可通过拆卸孔口螺塞 6c,方便的更换弹簧 6b来调整机油压力。
如图 6所示, 在齿轮室盖体 2上, 与凸轮轴齿轮 lc或喷油泵齿轮 Id同 心的外壁上,设置一转速传感器安装孔 10安装传感器,用于检测发动机转速 或止点位置, 实现电控; 当不装传感器 17 ·时, 不加工或用螺塞封堵传感器安 装孔 10即可实现齿轮室盖的密封。

1、一种发动机的齿轮室盖, 包括齿轮室盖体(2), 其特征是在齿轮室盖 体 (2) 主油道 (15) 内依次安装柱塞 (6a)、 弹簧 (6b)、 螺塞 (6c), 柱塞
( 6a)从齿轮室盖体(2)侧面的主油道( 15)装入,弹簧(6b)放入柱塞(6a), 孔口用螺塞 (6c) 封住。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的一种发动机的齿轮室盖,其特征在于所述的主 油道 (15) 上设置了若干个卸油孔 (16)。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的一种发动机的齿轮室盖,其特征在于所述的齿 轮室盖体 (2) 端面上设置有喷油泵调节孔 (12)。
4、根据权利要求 1或 3所述的一种发动机的齿轮室盖,其特征在于所述 的齿轮室盖体 (2) 上设置有传感器安装孔 (10)。
5、根据权利要求 1或 4所述的一种发动机的齿轮室盖,其特征在于所述 的齿轮室盖体 (2) 内外侧设置有加强筋 (8)。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种发动机的齿轮室盖, 其特征在于所述的 齿轮室盖体 (2) 外侧设置有长筋 (9) 与皮带轮 (5) 上的上止点标记 (7) 相对应。
