Abstract
L'invention concerne une hotte aspirante comprenant un dispositif de commande, un dispositif de contrôle pour contrôler un moteur de soufflerie ainsi qu'un dispositif d'interprétation dans lequel sont interprétés les états opérationnels d'une plaque de cuisson associée à la hotte aspirante pour le contrôle du moteur de soufflerie. Selon l'invention, un module de communication est associé au dispositif d'interprétation. Pour configurer une hotte aspirante en fonction de l'état opérationnel d'une plaque de cuisson et/ou un appareil de cuisson ainsi qu'un procédé pour faire fonctionner ladite hotte aspirante de telle sorte qu'aucun capteur de valeur mesurée n'est nécessaire sur la plaque de cuisson ou l'appareil de cuisson pour détecter l'état opérationnel, un module de communication est associé au dispositif d'interprétation, lequel est conçu pour la transmission de données d'appareil et/ou de données de fonctionnement.
