Claims (2)
- Procédé de fonctionnement d'une hotte aspirante (1) avec un dispositif de manoeuvre (2), un dispositif de commande (3) pour piloter le moteur de ventilateur (4) ainsi qu'avec un dispositif d'analyse (5) dans lequel des états de fonctionnement d'une table de cuisson (6) affectée à la hotte aspirante (1) sont analysés pour le pilotage du moteur de ventilateur (4), un module de communication (7) étant affecté au dispositif d'analyse (5),
un ou plusieurs niveaux de puissance et/ou données d'appareil réglés sur la table de cuisson (6) étant transmis par un module de communication (9) intégré dans la table de cuisson (6) au module de communication (7) de la hotte aspirante (1) par le biais d'un réseau électrique (8), et les données transmises étant transmises du module de communication (7) au dispositif d'analyse (5) de la hotte aspirante (1) pour le pilotage du moteur de ventilateur (4) dans le mode automatique de la hotte aspirante (1) de telle sorte que le niveau de puissance du ventilateur peut être réglé en fonction d'au moins un niveau de puissance transmis du module de communication (9) de la table de cuisson (6), caractérisé en ce que
la mise à l'arrêt et/ou la réduction d'au moins un niveau de puissance de la table de cuisson (6) provoque une réduction retardée du niveau de puissance du ventilateur, un temps de marche par inertie étant déterminé pour le moteur de ventilateur (4) par le dispositif d'analyse (5) en fonction du niveau de puissance du ventilateur de la hotte aspirante (1) réglé au préalable. - Procédé de fonctionnement d'une hotte aspirante (1) pouvant être commandée et réglée automatiquement et/ou manuellement selon la revendication 1,
