Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de champ de cuisson, en particulier dispositif de champ de cuisson à induction, avec une unité de capteurs (12) prévue afin de détecter au moins une grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine d'au moins un élément de batterie de cuisine utilisé (14), avec une unité de commande (16) prévue afin d'évaluer l'au moins une grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine, et avec plusieurs éléments chauffants (30), dans lequel les éléments chauffants (30) définissent une zone de surface de cuisson variable (32), dans lequel l'unité de commande (16) est prévue afin d'évaluer, outre la taille et la forme, au moins une grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine supplémentaire pour un traitement supplémentaire, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (16) est prévue afin de reconnaître, sur la base de l'au moins une grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine l'au moins un élément de batterie de cuisine (14), dans lequel l'unité de commande (16) est prévue afin de reconnaître une nouvelle fois, sur la base de l'au moins une grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine, l'au moins un élément de batterie de cuisine (14), et dans lequel la grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine est une grandeur physique et/ou chimique, qui caractérise et/ou définit l'élément de batterie de cuisine (14) en tant que tel, indépendamment d'un état de fonctionnement.
  2. Dispositif de champ de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (16) est prévue afin de comparer l'au moins une grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine à au moins une grandeur caractéristique de référence enregistrée dans une unité de mémoire (50) de l'unité de commande (16) pour la reconnaissance de l'au moins un élément de batterie de cuisine (14).
  3. Dispositif de champ de cuisson selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (16) est prévue, en cas de divergence de l'au moins une grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine par rapport à l'au moins une grandeur caractéristique de référence à l'intérieur d'au moins une zone de tolérance, afin d'utiliser l'au moins une grandeur caractéristique de référence pour la suite du traitement.
  4. Dispositif de champ de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (16) est prévue afin d'enregistrer l'au moins une grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine dans une unité de mémoire (50) de l'unité de commande (16) pour la constitution d'au moins une grandeur caractéristique de référence.
  5. Dispositif de champ de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (16) est prévue afin de déterminer, sur la base d'un type de l'au moins un élément de batterie de cuisine (14) identifié, au moins un mode de fonctionnement selon lequel l'au moins un élément de batterie de cuisine (14) peut être exploité.
  6. Dispositif de champ de cuisson selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (16) est prévue afin de proposer l'au moins un mode de fonctionnement.
  7. Dispositif de champ de cuisson selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (16) est prévue afin de lancer, sur la base de l'au moins un mode de fonctionnement, automatiquement au moins un mode de chauffe à température régulée.
  8. Système avec au moins un dispositif de champ de cuisson (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes et avec au moins un élément de batterie de cuisine (14) exécuté sous la forme d'un élément de batterie de cuisine systémique, dans lequel l'unité de commande (16) présente une unité de mémoire (50), dans laquelle au moins une grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine affectée à l'au moins un élément de batterie de cuisine (14) et/ou au moins une fonction supplémentaire affectée à l'au moins un élément de batterie de cuisine (14) est/sont enregistrée(s).
  9. Champ de cuisson, en particulier champ de cuisson à induction, avec au moins un dispositif de champ de cuisson (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7.
  10. Procédé pour une exploitation d'un dispositif de champ de cuisson (10), en particulier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, avec plusieurs éléments chauffants (30), dans lequel les éléments chauffants (30) définissent une zone de surface de cuisson variable (32), dans lequel au moins une grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine d'au moins un élément de batterie de cuisine (14) utilisé est détectée et évaluée, dans lequel, outre la taille et la forme, au moins une grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine supplémentaire est évaluée pour un traitement supplémentaire, caractérisé en ce que, sur la base de l'au moins une grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine, une unité de commande (16) reconnaît l'au moins un élément de batterie de cuisine (14), dans lequel, sur la base de l'au moins une grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine, l'unité de commande (16) reconnaît à nouveau l'au moins un élément de batterie de cuisine (14), et dans lequel la grandeur caractéristique d'élément de batterie de cuisine est une grandeur physique et/ou chimique, qui caractérise et/ou définit l'élément de batterie de cuisine (14) en tant que tel, indépendamment d'un état de fonctionnement.
