次に、図9乃至図11を参照して、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る吸収性物品の製造装置について説明する。吸収性物品の製造装置は、係合部材配置機構210と、側縁折返機構220と、切断配置機構230とを備える。

Claims (7)
- 液透過性の表面シートと、液不透過性の裏面シートと、該表面シートと該裏面シートとの間に介在する吸収体本体とを具備する吸収性物品の製造方法であって、
フラップライン上で連続搬送される長尺状のフラップの連続体において、該フラップラインの搬送方向に沿う中心線の両側に、所定領域に係合可能な係合部材を配置する係合部材配置工程と、
前記フラップライン上で、該フラップラインの搬送方向に交差する方向に沿って前記フラップの連続体を切断することによって、フラップを形成するフラップ形成工程と、
本体ライン上で連続搬送される長尺状の吸収性物品の連続体上に、前記中心線が該本体ラインの搬送方向に沿うように、所定間隔で、前記フラップを配置するフラップ配置工程とを有し、
前記フラップライン上で、前記フラップの連続体の両側縁部を、該フラップラインの搬送方向に沿う中心線側に折り返すことを特徴とする吸収性物品の製造方法。 - 前記係合部材配置工程において、前記フラップの連続体の両側縁部に前記係合部材を配置し、
前記フラップの連続体の両側縁部を、前記中心線側に折り返すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸収性物品の製造方法。 - 前記フラップの連続体の両側縁部を、前記中心線側に折り返すと共に、該両側縁部に配置されている前記係合部材を該フラップの連続体に係止させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吸収性物品の製造方法。
- 前記係合部材配置工程において、前記フラップの連続体において、前記フラップラインの搬送方向に沿う中心線の近傍領域の両側に、前記係合部材を配置すると共に、前記中心線に沿って該フラップの連続体を二分可能な切取り可能線を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸収性物品の製造方法。
- 複数回、前記フラップの連続体の両側縁部を折り返すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸収性物品の製造方法。
- 前記フラップ配置工程において、前記フラップを前記吸収性物品の連続体上に接合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸収性物品の製造方法。
